1high-entropy silicide:(Mo_(0.2)Nb_(0.2)Ta_(0.2)Ti_(0.2)W_(0.2))Si_(2)显示文摘A high-entropy metal disilicide,(Mo_(0.2)Nb_(0.2)Ta_(0.2)Ti_(0.2)W_(0.2))Si_(2),has been successfully synthesized.X-ray diffraction(XRD),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX),and electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)collectively show the formation of a single high-entropy silicide phase.This high-entropy(Mo_(0.2)Nb_(0.2)Ta_(0.2)Ti_(0.2)W_(0.2))Si_(2) possesses a hexagonal C40 crystal structure with ABC stacking sequence and a space group of P6222.This discovery expands the known families of high-entropy materials from metals,oxides,borides,carbides,and nitrides to a silicide,for the first time to our knowledge,as well as demonstrating that a new,non-cubic,crystal structure(with lower symmetry)can be made into highentropy phase.This(Mo_(0.2)Nb_(0.2)Ta_(0.2)Ti_(0.2)W_(0.2))Si_(2) exhibits high nanohardness of 16.7±1.9 GPa and Vickers hardness of 11.6±0.5 GPa.Moreover,it has a low thermal conductivity of 6.9±1.1Wm^(-1) K^(-1),which is approximately one order of magnitude lower than that of the widely-used tetragonal MoSi_(2) and ~1/3 of those reported values for the hexagonal NbSi_(2) and TaSi_(2) with the same crystal structure.Joshua Gild Jeffrey Braun Kevin Kaufmann Eduardo Marin Tyler Harrington Patrick Hopkins Kenneth Vecchio Jian Luo 2019Journal of Materiomics2019,5,3:27
2冷冻球囊消融与冷盐水灌注射频消融治疗阵发性心房颤动的长期随访效果比较显示文摘目的探讨阵发性心房颤动(PAF)患者首次采用冷冻球囊消融(CBA)与冷盐水灌注导管射频消融(RFCA)治疗长期随访效果的差异。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2013年6月首次接受导管消融治疗的PAF患者的住院病历资料、手术记录和门诊随访资料。根据消融方法不同分为CBA组和RFCA组。术后3个月后如有快速型房性心律失常复发的心电学证据判定为消融治疗失败。结果 158例PAF患者纳入研究,其中CBA组103例,RFCA组55例。CBA组与RFCA组术中即刻PVI成功率(98.3%vs 98.1%)和主要并发症发生率(2.9%vs 3.6%)均无明显差异。CBA组X线曝光时间短[20(14,32)min vs 28(16,43)min,P<0.000 1]、X线曝光剂量少[39783(24 528,2 455 559)mGy/cm2vs 63 306(26 478,138 753)mGy/cm2,P=0.000 7]、手术时间短[115(80,151)min vs 159(120,218)min,P<0.000 1]、消融时间短[35(24,55)min vs 49(17,71)min,P=0.000 4]。在(18±8)个月随访期内119例(75.3%)完成随访,消融治疗成功率66.9%(81/121)。消融术后3、6、9、12、24、30个月随访结果显示CBA组成功率依次为95.8%、85.9%、76.1%、69.0%、60.6%、60.6%,RFCA组成功率依次为90.0%、78.0%、78.0%、78.0%、72.0%和72.0%,两组患者消融术后成功率无明显差异。结论 CBA与RFCA治疗PAF手术安全性相似,长期随访效果无差别。刘俊 唐闽 Kaufmann Jan Kriatselis Charalampos Fleck Eckart 李劲宏 方丕华 张澍 2014中国心脏起搏与心电生理杂志2014,28,5:12
3新一代冷冻球囊能提高冷冻消融治疗心房颤动的远期疗效显示文摘目的探讨新一代冷冻球囊能否提高冷冻消融治疗心房颤动(简称房颤)的远期疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2013年6月序贯接受冷冻球囊消融治疗的房颤患者的介入治疗与术后门诊随访资料。根据术中使用球囊类型不同将患者分为第一代(G1)组和第二代(G2)组。术后3个月后的规律门诊随访中如有房颤或心房扑动或房性心动过速复发的心电学证据则判定为冷冻消融治疗失败。术前经胸超声测量左房前后径。结果共105例患者纳入研究,其中G1组57例,G2组48例。G2组术中即刻肺静脉隔离成功率高于G1组[98.7%(150/152)vs 94.6%(174/184),P=0.042 9]。G2组不同肺静脉最低冷冻温度均明显低于G1组(P<0.01),冷冻消融时间[30(16,44)min vs 35(25,55)min,P<0.000 1]、手术时间[105(75,145)min vs 120(80,190)min,P=0.0056]、X线曝光时间[17(13,28)min vs 20(13,32)min,P=0.047 0]均明显低于G1组。G1组1例发生心包积液,G2组4例(8.3%)发生手术相关主要并发症(2例膈神经麻痹,2例短暂性脑缺血发作)。在平均13(5,20)个月随访期内73例完成随访,46例维持窦性心律。G2组冷冻消融术后成功率明显高于G1组[89.3%(25/28)vs 46.7%(21/45),P=0.0002]。生存分析亦证实G2组成功率高于G1组(Log-Rank=5.023 8,P=0.025 0)。复发患者左房内径较大[(48±7)mm vs(44±6)mm,P=0.007 9]。Logistic回归分析显示采用新球囊[RR=9.524(2.511,36.121),P=0.000 9]与冷冻消融成功率提高独立相关。结论采用新一代冷冻球囊冷冻消融治疗房颤不仅能够缩短术中冷冻标测和消融时间,提高即刻肺静脉隔离成功率,还能提高远期随访成功率,但是在早期应用中主要并发症发生率稍高。刘俊 Jan Kaufmann Charalampos Kriatselis Eckart Fleck 张澍 李劲宏 方丕华 2014中国心脏起搏与心电生理杂志2014,28,6:8
4肾动脉内支架成形术的临床应用显示文摘目的:对肾动脉阻塞性病变采用Palmaz内支架进行治疗,并对其临床远期疗效进行前瞻性、非随机研究分析。材料与方法:7例(26%)为经皮肾动脉气囊成形术(PTRA)治疗失败者,13例(48%)为PTRA后病变再狭窄,4例(15%)为PTRA后出现并发症,3例(11%)为肾动脉开口处狭窄直接作内支架治疗。共有4枚Palmaz内支架、5枚Palmaz-Schats节段性内支架及18枚Palmaz中号内支架被用于本组病例,内支架透视导向下用气囊导管及8F导引鞘释放到靶血管段。结果:技术成功率为100%(残余狭窄<30%),未发生严重并发症,病变两端平均压差从6.8±1.5kPa(1kPa=7.5mmHg)降至0kPa(P<0.05),随访结果(3~32个月,平均10±6个月)显示4例治愈,20例缓解,总有效率89%,平均收缩压从术前24.8±3.0kPa降至18.9±2.0kPa,舒张压从14.7±1.3kPa降至11.3±1.5kPa(P<0.05),6例肾功能衰竭病人中有2例术后肾功能改善,另4例稳定不变,2例分别于术后3、18个月出现病变内再狭窄,但未出现临床症状,病变两端压力差改变不显著。结论:常规PTRA?杨建勇 Thomas Roeren Goetz M Richter Goetz W Kaufmann 1996中华放射学杂志1996,30,5:8
5单次冷冻球囊消融治疗心房颤动长期随访效果显示文摘目的分析冷冻球囊消融(CBA)治疗心房颤动(房颤)患者的单中心长期随访效果,探讨影响其疗效的相关临床因素。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2013年4月接受CBA治疗的房颤患者的住院病历资料、手术记录和门诊随访资料。术前经胸超声测量左心房内径(LAD)。术后3个月后出现的房颤、心房扑动(房扑)、房性心动过速(房速)发作判定为CBA治疗失败。结果 199例房颤接受CBA治疗,术中并发膈神经麻痹3例(1.5%),术后发生心包积液1例(0.5%)、短暂性脑缺血发作1例(0.5%),均自行缓解。在平均(23±14)个月随访中152例患者完成随访,其中65例(42.8%)治疗成功,失败患者中75例(86.2%)为术后12个月内复发。失败患者年龄较大[(62±7)比(52±10),P=0.0379]、LAD较大[(47±7)mm比(43±6)mm,P<0.0001],持续性房颤患者治疗成功率(29.5%)明显低于阵发性房颤患者(48.1%)。Logistic回归分析显示年龄[OR=1.037(1.000,1.076),P=0.0488]和LAD[OR=0.896(0.842,0.953),P=0.005]能独立预测初次CBA治疗效果。结论 CBA治疗房颤安全有效,长期随访效果较好。房性心律失常复发主要发生在术后12个月内。年龄和LAD是预测术后复发的独立危险因素。刘俊 唐闽 Jan Kaufmann Charalampos Kriatselis Eckart Fleck 李劲宏 方丕华 张澍 2014中国介入心脏病学杂志2014,22,5:7

7Simulation of Mould Level Velocities During Continuous Casting of Round Bloom Strands With Mould-Electromagnetic Stirring显示文摘In modern continuous casting of round steel blooms rotating electromagnetic fields are commonly employed to improve the product quality.Mould-electromagnetic stirrers(M-EMS)are used to excite a rotary motion along the solidification front in the liquid core.These velocities lead to a better strand surface quality as well as enhancing the transition from columnar to equiaxed solidification.Although the usage of electromagnetic stirrers is widespread,not all effects are fully known or understood.Due to harsh conditions at the plant,measurements are scarce and limited.Water model experiments-an established alternative for investigating continuous casting of steel-cannot be used due to the low electrical conductivity of water.Experiments with liquid metals like mercury,Galinstan or Wood's metal are either expensive or difficult to perform.Thus numeric simulations are essential to gain a better understanding of the processes involved in continuous casting with electromagnetic stirring.However numeric simulations should always be validated with experiments and/or measurements.While the velocity field inside the liquid core of the bloom cannot be measured at the caster,the velocity at the mould level can be measured by dipping a nail into it.The skull forming at the tip of the nail is directly linked to the occurring surface velocity.These measurements can then be compared with numeric simulations of the nail dipping process.The numeric model is restricted to the upper part of the strand.The lower part of the strand is also taken into account through adjusted boundary conditions(velocity field etc.taken from a simulation of the whole strand).In this work the influence of the stirring field strength on the simulation results will be investigated.In the future these nail dipping simulations will be validated with plant measurements.This can then to a certain extentvalidate the simulation of the strand with M-EMS too,as it serves as the basis for the nail dipping model.BARNAMartin JAVUREK Mirko REITER Jurgen WATZINGER Josef KAUFMANN Bernhard HACKL Gemot 2012Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)2012,19,S2:3
8Sustainable livestock production: Low emission farm-The innovative combination of nutrient, emission and waste management with special emphasis on Chinese pig production显示文摘Global livestock production is going to be more and more sophisticated in order to improve efficiency needed to supply the rising demand for animal protein of a growing, more urban and affluent population.To cope with the rising public importance of sustainability is a big challenge for all animal farmers and more industrialized operations especially. Confined animal farming operations(CAFO) are seen very critical by many consumers with regard to their sustainability performance, however, the need to improve the sustainability performance especially in the ecological and social dimension exists at both ends of the intensity, i.e., also for the small holder and family owned animal farming models. As in livestock operations, feed and manure contribute the majority to the three most critical environmental impact categories global warming potential(GWP), acidification(AP) and eutrophication potential(EP)any effort for improvement should start there. Intelligent combination of nutrient-, emission-and waste management in an integrated low emission farm(LEF) concept not only significantly reduces the environmental footprint in the ecological dimension of sustainability, but by producing renewable energy(heat, electricity, biomethane) with animal manure as major feedstock in an anaerobic digester also the economic dimension can be improved. Model calculations using new software show the ecological improvement potential of low protein diets using more supplemented amino acids for the Chinese pig production. The ecological impact of producing biogas or upgraded biomethane, of further treatment of the digestate and producing defined fertilizers is discussed. Finally, the LEF concept allows the integration of an insect protein plant module which offers additional ecological and economical sustainability improvement potential in the future. 15Building Transcription Factor Binding Site Models to Understand Gene Regulation in Plants显示文摘Transcription factors (TFs) are key cellular components that control gene expression. They recognize specific DNA sequences, the TF binding sites (TFBSs), and thus are targeted to specific regions of the genome where they can recruit transcriptional co-factors and/or chromatin regulators to fine-tune spatiotemporal gene regulation. Therefore, the identification of TFBSs in genomic sequences and their subsequent quantitative modeling is of crucial importance for understanding and predicting gene expression. Here, we review how TFBSs can be determined experimentally, how the TFBS models can be constructed in silico, and how they can be optimized by taking into account features such as position interdependence within TFBSs, DNA shape, and/or by introducing state-of-the-art computational algorithms such as deep learning methods. In addition, we discuss the integration of context variables into the TFBS modeling, including nucleosome positioning, chromatin states, methylation patterns, 3D genome architectures, and TF cooperative binding, in order to better predict TF binding under cellular contexts.
