1基于DEM的陕北黄土高原典型地貌分形特征研究显示文摘应用分形理论与方法,结合陕北黄土高原1∶5万DEM数据,通过河网分形维数和稳定性系数计算,研究了陕北黄土地貌空间分布特征。结果表明:(1)陕北黄土高原不同地貌类型分形结构复杂程度各异,表现出不同大小的水系分维值和稳定性系数,其中,黄土峁状、梁状丘陵沟壑区地貌结构最为复杂,分维值最大,稳定性系数最小。黄土残塬、黄土塬区分维值次之。黄土—风沙过渡区地形结构简单,地势相对平坦,分维值最低,稳定性程度最高。(2)以分形参数作为定量化指标进行黄土地貌特征研究是可行的,DEM数据集是研究过程中的核心和基础。分形值所描述的分形特征与地貌类型、地质结构等有一定的相关性。此外,对分形几何的地学机理还需要进一步分析。蔡凌雁 汤国安 熊礼阳 Kamila Justyna Lis 谢婷 李亚平 2014水土保持通报2014,34,3:18
2Recurrent inflammatory fibroid polyp of cardia:A case report显示文摘Inflammatory fibroid polyp is one of the chronic inflammatory diseases in the digestive tract, which often mimics the submucosal tumor. Precise diagnosis is possible after removal of the detected lesion. Endoscopic removal is recommended as a safe and efficient method of the treatment. In this report the authors present a case of inflammatory fibroid polyp located in the cardia, which has been removed endoscopically. 3Sorption of lanthanide ions on biochar composites显示文摘Sorption of lanthanum(Ⅲ), cerium(Ⅲ) and neodymium(Ⅲ) ions from the aqueous solutions of mixtures through adsorption on the biochar composites was investigated as a function of sorbent mass, pH, phase contact time and initial concentration of solutions at 295 K. The maximum removal of lanthanide ions takes place under the following conditions: 0.1 g of sorbent mass, pH 4 and 360 min contact time for all studied initial concentrations of solutions. Kinetics of La(Ⅲ), Ce(Ⅲ) and Nd(Ⅲ) ions sorption proceeded by a fast initial uptake reached equilibrium. This process was modelled by means of the pseudo first order, pseudo second order, intraparticle diffusion and Elovich models. The desorption of three lanthanide ions by nitric, hydrochloric and sulfuric acids at a concentration of 1 mol/L from biochar composites was also studied. 4Unusual clinical course of metachronous melanomas of the upper digestive system显示文摘Melanoma of the gastrointestinal tract is a rare, highly malignant neoplasm of poor prognosis. This is description of an unusual case of surgically treated patient with two metachronous malignant melanomas of the stomach and the esophagus. The former lesion was located in the cardia and effectively treated with R0 total gastrectomy. The latter was recognized after 67 mo and appeared as irregular, flat, pigmented areas located in the mid esophagus. Subtotal esophagectomy via right-sided thoracotomy, laparotomy and left-sided cervicotomy was performed, but neoplastic cells were found in distal margin (R1). Fourteen months after esophagectomy multiple lung metastases were detected. 6Markers of systemic inflammation and colorectal adenoma risk: Meta-analysis of observational studies显示文摘AIM To perform a meta-analysis of observational studies on inflammatory markers levels and occurrence of colorectal adenoma.METHODS Pub Med and EMBASE databases were searched until March 2016 for the articles reporting on the circulating levels of inflammatory markers, including: C-reactive protein(CRP), interleukin-6(IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-a) and risk of colorectal adenoma. Random-effects models were used to calculate summary odds ratios(ORs) with 95%CIs for the highest vs lowest category of exposure. Heterogeneity was assessed by using the Q test and I2 statistic. Subgroup analyses were also performed to test for potential source of heterogeneity.RESULTS A total of 14 case-control studies were included. Ten studies on CRP including a total of 3350 cases and 4168 controls showed non-significant summary(OR = 1.23, 95%CI: 0.98-1.54; I2 = 54%, P heterogeneity = 0.01) in the general analysis, but significant increased odds when considering only advanced adenoma(OR = 1.59, 95%CI: 1.09-2.32; I2 = 44%, P heterogeneity = 0.15). Subgroup and stratified analyses revealed a potential influence of smoking status and aspirin use on the association between CRP levels and colorectal adenoma. Five studies examined the association between circulating levels of TNF-a and colorectal adenoma risk, including a total of 1,568 cases and 2,832 controls. The summary OR for the highest vs the lowest category of exposure was 1.00(95%CI: 0.77-1.29). The relationship between circulating IL-6 levels and colorectal adenoma risk was investigated in 7 studies including a total of 1936 cases and 3611 controls. The summary OR for the highest vs the lowest category of exposure was 1.19(95%CI: 0.92-1.55).CONCLUSION Summary of current evidence suggests a positive association of CRP levels and advanced colorectal adenoma risk. 8Complicated fecal microbiota transplantation in a tetraplegic patient with severe Clostridium difficile infection显示文摘A 65-year-old male suffering from acute spinal cord injury leading to incomplete tetraplegia presented with severe recurrent Clostridium difficile(C. difficile) infection subsequent to antibiotic treatment for pneumonia. After a history of ineffective antimicrobial therapies, including metronidazole, vancomycin, fidaxomicin, rifaximin and tigecycline, leading to several relapses, the patient underwent colonoscopic fecal microbiota transplantation from his healthy son. Four days subsequent to the procedure, the patient showed a systemic inflammation response syndrome. 9Interrelationship between soil depth and soil properties of Pieniny National Park forest(Poland)显示文摘The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between soil biota such as microbial activity,soil fauna(e.g.,earthworms and enchytraeids),and soil physical and chemical properties.The study area was located in Pieniny National Park(PNP)in the Carpathian Mountains in southern Poland.Soil samples were collected from six forest monitoring areas of PNP from two soil layers(at 0–15 cm and 15–30 cm down,respectively).The investigated soils were classified to eutric cambisols and had silt or silt loam soil texture.Upon analysis,soil aggregate stability index was connected with other physical,chemical,and biological soil properties.It was noted that the stability index of 3 mm to 5 mm soil aggregates influenced pH and dissolved organic carbon.The stability index of 2 mm to 3 mm soil aggregates was positively correlated with dissolved organic carbon,soil moisture,microbial biomass carbon,total organic carbon,total nitrogen,and enchytraeid density,and negatively correlated with bulk density,particle density,porosity,and permanent wilting point.The stability index of 1 mm to 2 mm soil aggregates was positively correlated with total nitrogen,enchytraeid and earthworm density and negatively correlated with particle density,porosity,and permanent wilting point.The study has shown what factors create a stable soil structure in the forest soils of PNP.Justyna SOKO?OWSKA Agnieszka JóZEFOWSKA Karolina WO?NICA Tomasz ZALESKI 2019Journal of Mountain Science2019,16,7:2
