| 1 | 微粒化非诺贝特治疗高脂血症疗效和耐受性显示文摘上海市多中心、开放性、自身比较,观察微粒化非诺贝特200mg,每晚一次,治疗131例高脂血症病人4~8周的疗效和耐受性。男性76例,女性55例,平均年龄56.2±9.73岁,所属高血脂类型:Ⅱa型26例,Ⅱb型53例,Ⅳ型52例。治疗8周之后,Ⅱa和Ⅱb型患者血清总胆固醇明显降低(平均降低20%,P<0.01),Ⅱb和Ⅳ型患者血清甘油三酯明显降低(平均降低60%~63%,P<0.01),未出现严重不良反应,结论:微粒化非诺贝特特别适用于治疗Ⅱb和Ⅳ型高脂血症患者。4例合并有高尿酸血症者,治疗8周后,血尿酸平均降低59%。 | Zhu Junren, Han Qingqin. | 2 | CDH1 germline mutation in hereditary gastric carcinoma显示文摘This paper provides a bird's-eye view both in preclinical and clinical aspects of E-cadherin germline gene (CDH1) in gastric cancer patients and their families. E-cadherin, a product of CDH1 gene, belonging to the functionally related trans-membrane glycoprotein family, is responsible for the Ca^2+-dependent cell-cell adhesion mechanism and contributes to dissociation followed by acquisition of cell motility, which usually occurs in the first step of cancer irwasion and metastasis. CDH1 gene germline mutation is common in many types of carcinoma, and occurs very frequent in hereditary gastric carcinoma (HGC) patients and their families. Recently, more and more researches support that E-cadherin plays an important role in the differentiation, growth and invasion of HGC. So it is of great value to clarify its mechanisms both for understanding HGC pathogenesis and for clinical therapy, especially in China, where there are a high risk population of gastric cancer and a high HGC incidence rate. | 3 | Small guanine nucleotide-binding protein Rho and myocardial function显示文摘RhoA and Rho-kinase (ROCK) participate in a wide variety of cell signal functions such as cell growth, smooth and cardiac muscle contraction, cytoskeleton rearrangement, cell migration and proliferation. In vascular smooth muscle cells, RhoA and ROCK play an important role in Ca^2+ sensitization and regulate vascular smooth muscle tone. In the heart, RhoA and ROCK mediate hypertrophic response leading to cardiac hypertrophy. Recent cellular and molecular biology studies using ROCK inhibitors such as Y-27632 and fasudil have indicated a pivotal role of the RhoA-ROCK cascade in many aspects of cardiovascular function such as cardiac hypertrophy and ventricular remodeling following myocardial infarction. Inhibition of the RhoA-ROCK signaling pathway may be a suitable target for a number of cardiovascular diseases including hypertension, atherosclerosis, diabetes and hypertrophic heart failure. | 4 | Global analysis of lysine succinylation in patchouli plant leaves显示文摘Lysine succinylation is a novel,naturally occurring posttranslational modification(PTM)in living organisms.Global lysine succinylation identification has been performed at the proteomic level in various species;however,the study of lysine succinylation in plant species is relatively limited.Patchouli plant(P.cablin(Blanco)Benth.,Lamiaceae)is a globally important industrial plant and medicinal herb.In the present study,lysine succinylome analysis was carried out in patchouli plants to determine the potential regulatory role of lysine succinylation in patchouli growth,development,and physiology.The global succinylation sites and proteins in patchouli plants were screened with an immunoprecipitation affinity enrichment technique and advanced mass spectrometry-based proteomics.Several bioinformatic analyses,such as function classification and enrichment,subcellular location predication,metabolic pathway enrichment and protein−protein interaction networking,were conducted to characterize the functions of the identified sites and proteins.In total,1097 succinylation sites in 493 proteins were detected in patchouli plants,among which 466 succinylation sites in 241 proteins were repeatedly identified within three independent experiments.The functional characterization of these proteins indicated that the tricarboxylic acid(TCA)cycle,oxidative phosphorylation,photosynthesis processes,and amino acid biosynthesis may be regulated by lysine succinylation.In addition,these succinylated proteins showed a wide subcellular location distribution,although the chloroplast and cytoplasm were the top two preferred cellular components.Our study suggested the important role of lysine succinylation in patchouli plant physiology and biology and could serve as a useful reference for succinylation studies in other medicinal plants. | Xiaobing Wang Xiuzhen Chen Junren Li Xuanxuan Zhou Yanting Liu Liting Zhong Yun Tang Hai Zheng Jiyun Liu Ruoting Zhan Likai Chen | 2019 | Horticulture Research2019,6,1: | 2 |

| 7 | VLCA: vision-language aligning model with cross-modal attention for bilingual remote sensing image captioning显示文摘In the field of satellite imagery, remote sensing image captioning(RSIC) is a hot topic with the challenge of overfitting and difficulty of image and text alignment. To address these issues, this paper proposes a vision-language aligning paradigm for RSIC to jointly represent vision and language. First, a new RSIC dataset DIOR-Captions is built for augmenting object detection in optical remote(DIOR) sensing images dataset with manually annotated Chinese and English contents. Second, a Vision-Language aligning model with Cross-modal Attention(VLCA) is presented to generate accurate and abundant bilingual descriptions for remote sensing images. Third, a crossmodal learning network is introduced to address the problem of visual-lingual alignment. Notably, VLCA is also applied to end-toend Chinese captions generation by using the pre-training language model of Chinese. The experiments are carried out with various baselines to validate VLCA on the proposed dataset. The constructed vector was confirmed by enzymes digestion and electrophoresis, and the product expressed was detected by electrochemiluminescence and immunofluorescence methods.RESULTS: The full length AFP-cDNA successfully cloned to the eukaryotic vector through electrophoresis, 0.9723 IU/ml AFP antigen was detected in the supernatant of AFPCHO by electrochemiluminescence method. Compared with the control groups, the differences were significant (P<0.05).AFP antigen molecule was observed in the plasma of AFPCHO by immunofluorescence staining.CONCLUSION: The recombined human AFP eukaryotic expression vector can express in CHO cell line. | 19 | Ribosome biogenesis protein Urb1 acts downstream of mTOR complex 1 to modulate digestive organ development in zebrafish显示文摘Ribosome biogenesis is essential for the cell growth and division. Disruptions in ribosome biogenesis result in developmental defects and a group of diseases, known as ribosomopathies. Here, we report a mutation in zebrafish urb1, which encodes an essential ribosome biogenesis protein. The urb1 cq31 mutant exhibits hypoplastic digestive organs, which is caused by impaired cell proliferation with the differentiation of digestive organ progenitors unaffected. Knockdown of mtor or raptor leads to similar hypoplastic phenotypes and reduced expression of urb1 in the digestive organs. Overexpression of Urb1 results in overgrowth of digestive organs, and can efficiently rescue the hypoplastic liver and pancreas in the mtor and raptor morphants. Reduced syntheses of free ribosomal subunits and impaired assembly of polysomes are observed in the urb1 mutant as well as in the mtor and raptor morphants, which can be rescued by the Urb1 overexpression. These data demonstrate that Urb1 plays an important role in governing ribosome biogenesis and protein synthesis downstream of mammalian/mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 1(mTORC1), thus regulating the development of digestive organs.
