| 1 | Hierarchical coupling effect in hollow Ni/NiFe2O4-CNTs microsphere via spray-drying for enhanced oxygen evolution electrocatalysis显示文摘Design and fabrication of cost-effective transition metal and their oxides-based nanocomposites are of paramount significance for metal-air batteries and water-splitting.However,the traditional optimized designs for nanostructure are complicated,low-efficient and underperform for wide-scale applications.Herein,a novel hierarchical framework of hollow Ni/NiFe2O4-CNTs compositemicrosphere forcibly-assembled by zero-dimensional(OD)Ni/NiFo204 nanoparticle(<16 nm)and one-dimensional(1D)self-supporting CNTs was fabricated successfully.Benefitted from the unique nanostructure,such monohybrids can achieve remarkable oxygen evolution reaction(OER)performance in alkaline media with a low overpotential and superior durability,which exceeds most of the commercial catalysts based on IrO/RuO2 or other non-noble metal nanomaterials.The enhanced OER performance of Ni/NiFe2OA-CNTs composite is mainly ascribed to the increased catalytic activity and the optimized conductivity induced by the effects of strong hierarchical coupling and charge transfers between CNTs and Ni/NiFe204 nanoparticles.These effects are greatly boosted by the polarized heterojunction interfaces confirmed by electron holography.The density functional theory(DFT)calculation indicates the epitaxial Ni further enriches the intrinsic electrons contents of NiFe204 and thus accelerates absorption/desorption kinetics of OER intermediates.This work hereby paves a facile route to construct the hollow composite microsphere with excellent OER electrocatalytic activity based on non-noble metal oxide/CNTs. | Xuefeng Yu Guanyu Chen Yizhe Wang Jiwei Liu Ke Pei Yunhao Zhao Wenbin You Lei Wang Jie Zhang Linshen Xing Jingjun Ding Guangzhou Ding Min Wang Renchao Che | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,2: | 3 |
| 2 | First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. | 3 | First results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from CDEX-1 experiment显示文摘We report the first results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from stage one of the China dark-matter experiment(CDEX).A p-type point-contact high-purity germanium detector with a mass of 994 g has been installed to detect neutrinoless double beta decay events, as well as to directly detect dark matter particles. An exposure of 304 kg d has been analyzed over a wide spectral band from 500 keV to 3 MeV. The average event rate obtained was about 0.012 counts per keV per kg per day over the 2.039 MeV energy range. The half-life of ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay derived based on this result is T^(0ν)1/2>6.4×10^(22) yr(90% C.L.). | 9 | Performances of a prototype point-contact germanium detector immersed in liquid nitrogen for light dark matter search显示文摘The CDEX-10 experiment searches for light weakly interacting massive particles, a form of dark matter, at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory, where approximately 10 kg of germanium detectors are arranged in an array and immersed in liquid nitrogen. Herein, we report on the experimental apparatus, detector characterization, and spectrum analysis of one prototype detector. Owing to the higher rise-time resolution of the CDEX-10 prototype detector as compared with CDEX-1 B, we identified the origin of an observed category of extremely fast events. For data analysis of the CDEX-10 prototype detector, we introduced and applied an improved bulk/surface event discrimination method. The results of the new method were compared to those of the CDEX-1 B spectrum. | 10 | Regulation of intracellular Ca^2+/CaMKII signaling by TRPV4 membrane translocation during osteoblastic differentiation显示文摘Bone constantly remodels between resorption by osteoclasts and formation by osteoblasts;therefore the functions of osteoblasts are pivotal for maintaining homeostasis of bone mass.Transient receptor potential vanilloid 4(TRPV4),a type of mechanosensitive channel,has been reported to be a key regulator in bone remodeling.Howevei;the relationship between TRPV4 and osteoblast function remains largely elusive.Only little is known about the spatial distribution change of TRPV4 during osteoblastic differentiation and related signal events.Based on three-dimensional super-resolution microscopy,our results clearly showed a different distribution of TRPV4 in undifferentiated and differentiated osteoblasts,which reflected the plasma membrane translocation of TRPV4 along with prolonged differentiation.GSK1016790A(GSK101),the most potent agonist of TRPV4,triggered rapid calcium entry and calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II(CaMKII)phosphorylation via TRPV4 acti・vation in a differentiation-dependent manner,indicating that the abundance of TRPV4 at the cell surface resulting from differentiation may be related to the modulation of Ca2+response and CaMKII activity.These data provide compelling evidences for the plasma membrane translocation of TRPV4 during osteoblastic differentiation as well as demonstrate the regulation of downstream Ca2+/CaMKII signaling. | Fen Hu Yali Zhao Zhenhai Hui Fulin Xing Jianyu Yang Imshik Lee Xinzheng Zhang Leiting Pan Jingjun Xu | 2019 | Biophysics Reports2019,5,5: | 0 |
