| 2 | 光动力疗法辅助龈下刮治和根面平整对不同性别牙周病病人的疗效观察显示文摘目的:以随机化、控制性、盲法设计分析一种新型光动力疗法治疗牙周疾病病人时存在的潜行性的性别差异。方法:本研究经伦理委员会同意后,入选45例病人(每位病人至少有4个以上≥5mm的牙周袋并分布在两个以上区域内)。所有病人在接受基础检查、龈下刮治和根面平整(subgingival scaling and rootplanning)治疗后,随机分为3组,其中A组在SRP之后接受一次PERIOWAVE光动力治疗,B组在SRP后接受一次PERIOWAVE治疗以及在6周后再一次接受激光治疗,而C组仅接受SRP治疗。在6周以及12周来访中检查牙周袋深度、附着丧失,以Mann-Whitney秩和检验分析疗效的性别差异。结果:SRP组、A组均为8位男性7位女性,B组为7位男性8位女性。在6周、12周时,各组CAL均增加>1.1mm,6周时CAL增加无明显差异,然而12周时B组男性CAL平均增加2.06mm,明显高于女性组(1.61mm)(P=0.031),与女性组相比,接受两次激光治疗的男性CAL增加27.4%。结论:在本研究条件下,牙周袋深度≥5mm的男性牙周炎病人在接受两次光动力治疗后CAL增加超过女性病人27.4%。 | 王莹 林芝 张秀华 丁熙 陈宏 朱形好 王靖虓 李一鸣 S.LEE J.KIM 邓辉 | 2008 | 牙体牙髓牙周病学杂志2008,18,1: | 6 |

| 5 | Photoluminescence enhancement of red-emitting GdVO_4:Eu and YVO_4:Eu phosphors by adding zinc显示文摘We synthesized the rare-earth activated R0.94-xEu0.06ZnxVO4 (R: Gd and Y; 0≤x≤0.08) phosphors with a spherical morphology and a smooth surface by the ultrasonic spray pyrolysis. The annealed R0.94-xEu0.06ZnxVO4 crystallized in the tetragonal zircon type structure, belonging to the space group of I41/amd. The incorporation of a small amount of Zn to R0.94Eu0.06VO4 improved the emission characteristics. The emission intensities of the Gd0.88Eu0.06Zn0.06VO4 and Y0.9Eu0.06Zn0.04VO4 phosphors at 619 nm were 72% and 21% stronger than those of the Gd0.94Eu0.06VO4 and Y0.94Eu0.06VO4 phosphors, respectively. | 6 | Peroxidase-like properties of Ruthenium nanoframes显示文摘This work reports the inherent peroxidase-like properties of Ruthenium(Ru) nanoframes. After templating with Palladium(Pd) seeds, Ru nanoframes with an octahedral shape, average edge length of 6.2 nm, and thickness of 1.8 nm were synthesized in high purity([95 %) and good uniformity. Using the oxidation of 3,30,5,50-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB) by H2O2 as a model catalytic reaction, the Ru frames were demonstrated to be approximately three times more active than natural peroxidases in catalyzing the formation of colored products. As compared to their natural counterparts, Ru frames have a stronger binding affinity to TMB as well as a weaker binding affinity to hydrogen peroxide during the catalysis. The Ru frames as peroxidase mimics proved to be chemically and thermally stable. | 8 | 大于90°的重度脊柱侧凸患者的单纯后路椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗显示文摘研究设计回顾性比较研究。目的评估单纯后路椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗侧凸角度>90°的重度脊柱畸形的疗效和安全性。研究背景对于侧凸角度>90°的重度脊柱畸形的标准手术方式仍存争议,传统术式包括围手术期牵引辅助和分期前后路联合手术。方法回顾性分析由同一术者采取单纯后路椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗的40例侧凸角度>90°的重度脊柱畸形患者资料,侧凸角度平均为111.4°(91~175)°,平均随访31(6~60)个月。其中特发性脊柱侧凸27例,先天性9例,神经肌肉型3例,症状性1例。40例中,25例行多节段Ponte截骨术联合后路椎弓根螺钉内固定术,另15例则行全脊椎切除联合后路椎弓根螺钉内固定术。分析影像学结果和并发症发生率。结果影像学结果表明,单纯后路椎弓根螺钉矫形术可使主弯平均矫正率术后8周达49%,而末次随访时为47%(P<0.001)。总畸形角度(主弯Cobb’s角+最大后凸角)术前平均为160°,而术后8周和末次随访时,平均矫正率分别为50%和48%(P<0.001)。有7例(18%)术中运动诱发电位(motorevokedpotential,MEP)消失,而4例(10%)术后出现暂时性脊髓神经损伤。1例术后并发伤口感染。另1例术后2年随访时发现内植物断裂,予以观察随访。结论单纯后路椎弓根螺钉内固定可有效治疗角度>90°的重度脊柱侧凸,其可避免前路手术或围手术期牵引,达到理想的矫形效果,且无严重并发症。 | Kola Jegede Yongjung J.Kim Zaomin Zheng Gene Cheh Samuel Cho Sally Pak | 2014 | 中国骨与关节杂志2014,3,12: | 2 |

| 11 | Optimal deployment schedule of an active twist rotor for performance enhancement and vibration reduction in high-speed flights显示文摘The best active twist schedules exploiting various waveform types are sought taking advantage of the global search algorithm for the reduction of hub vibration and/or power required of a rotor in high-speed conditions. The active twist schedules include two non-harmonic inputs formed based on segmented step functions as well as the simple harmonic waveform input. An advanced Particle Swarm assisted Genetic Algorithm(PSGA) is employed for the optimizer. A rotorcraft Computational Structural Dynamics(CSD) code CAMRAD II is used to perform the rotor aeromechanics analysis. A Computation Fluid Dynamics(CFD) code is coupled with CSD for verification and some physical insights. The PSGA optimization results are verified against the parameter sweep study performed using the harmonic actuation. The optimum twist schedules according to the performance and/or vibration reduction strategy are obtained and their optimization gains are compared between the actuation cases. A two-phase non-harmonic actuation schedule demonstrates the best outcome in decreasing the power required while a four-phase non-harmonic schedule results in the best vibration reduction as well as the simultaneous reductions in the power required and vibration.
