| 1 | Treatment outcome of localized Helicobacter pylori-negative low-grade gastric MALT lymphoma显示文摘AIM: To investigate treatment outcome of Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori )-negative low-grade gastric mucosaassociated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma.METHODS: In this study,we retrospectively reviewed the clinical outcome and clinicopathologic factors of stage Ⅰ E H.pylori -negative low-grade gastric MALT lymphoma cases from August 1998 to June 2009.RESULTS: A total of eleven patients with H.pylori -negative low-grade gastric MALT lymphoma were enrolled in the study and received anti-H.pylori eradication treatment and/or radiotherapy or excisional therapy.Complete remission (CR) of gastric MALT lymphoma was achieved in all patients.The time to CR was 1-66 mo (median,1 mo).CONCLUSION: Eradication therapy may be offered as an initial treatment option even in cases of localized H.pylori -negative gastric MALT lymphoma. | Hyung Soon Park Yu Jin Kim Woo Ick Yang Chang Ok Suh Yong Chan Lee | 2010 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2010,16,17: | 13 |
| 2 | 急性应激诱导即时反应基因c-fos和c-jun的表达 II:不同应激方式诱导c-fos/c-jun表达的差异性显示文摘目的 研究不同脑区内c-fos和c-jun 蛋白的表达与不同方式应激之间的关系。方法 采用特异性抗体的原位免疫细胞化学方法,对强迫游泳和束缚应激后大鼠脑皮层、海马、下丘脑及小脑内fos和jun 蛋白阳性神经元的分布进行观察,用图像分析技术对大鼠额皮层(FC)、海马齿状核(DG)、下丘脑室旁核(PVN)及小脑颗粒细胞层(GCL)内的fos和jun 阳性细胞的相对切面面积比和平均目标灰度进行分析。结果 两种方式应激结束后3h,脑皮层的额叶和颞叶、海马的CA1 和DG及下丘脑的PVN、视上核、背内侧核均有较强的c-fos和c-jun 表达。图像分析结果发现,在FC、DG及PVN 区域,两种应激后c-fos和c-jun 阳性胞体相对切面面积比相似,均高于正常大鼠(P< 0.05),而平均目标灰度,则显著降低(P< 0.05),而在GCL,强迫游泳应激组的FOS阳性胞体面积比高于束缚应激组,亦有显著性差异。结论 不同的应激方式诱导相关脑区c-fos和c-jun 的表达基本一致,强迫游泳可能具有更多躯体方面的效应。 | 陆林 黄明生 M edn ick SA 李毅 | 1999 | 中国行为医学科学1999,8,3: | 5 |
| 3 | 冷却系统阻力对汽车总阻力影响的数值预测模型研究(英文)显示文摘采用CFD方法数值模拟了小型汽车发动机冷却系统对全车阻力的影响特性。汽车的内部及外部(发动机舱及舱内)均设置了数值模拟网格。分别计算了散热器及风扇对阻力的影响,采用本校实验结果(散热器压力损失)及制造商提供的数据(散热器及风扇的质量流率)确定初始及边界条件,为基于RNS的CFD提供输入。对汽车轮胎运动模式及行驶速度对散热系统阻力及汽车总阻的影响特性也进行了计算分析。预测结果表明,冷却系统阻力占汽车总阻的6.9%,与实测值吻合。 | A. | 5 | Comparison of litterfall production in three forest types in Jeju Island, South Korea显示文摘Litterfall, which is influenced by physical and biological factors, is a major pathway for carbon and nutrient cycling in forest ecosystems. The purpose of this study was to investigate monthly litterfall production in three forests in Jeju Island differentiated by forest composition and precipitation: Cheongsu(Quercus glauca as the dominant species;low precipitation), Seonheulb(Q. glauca as the dominant species;high precipitation), and Seonheulm(Q. glauca and Pinus thunbergii as the dominant species;high precipitation). Litterfall was collected monthly from April to December 2015 and divided into leaf litter, twig, bark, seeds, and unidentified materials.Seasonal patterns of litterfall production varied across stands according to their species composition. However,the amount of leaf litterfall and total litterfall were comparable among stands, ranging from 362 to 375 g m-2 for leaf litter and 524 g m-2 to 580 g m-2 for total litterfall.Oak leaf litter in May was the highest in all stands, while needle litter was the highest in December in Seonheulm.High twig litterfall in July may be attributable to high rainfall with strong winds and storms during the rainy season.
