| 1 | 颅脑损伤与胰岛素抵抗的相关性研究显示文摘目的分析颅脑损伤的严重性、血糖与胰岛素水平三者之间的关系。方法92例颅脑损伤患者按入院时GCS评分分为轻度、中度及重度颅脑损伤三组,分别于伤后24h、48h、72h测定空腹血糖、血清胰岛素值,并计算稳态模式中的胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。患者出院时按GOS标准评估预后。采用SPSS11.5统计软件对数据进行处理,分析GCS、空腹血糖、胰岛素水平的关系。结果出院时按GOS标准,良好72例,差12例,死亡8例,死亡率8.7%。92例颅脑损伤患者伤后连续3d空腹血糖及胰岛素水平在轻度、中度、重度颅脑损伤三组患者中有显著差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。颅脑损伤程度越重,血糖和HOMA-IR越高。结论空腹血糖值和HOMA-IR值可作为评估颅脑损伤严重程度的参考指标。 | 施恩标 崔华 张健 Humaid Yahya 费智敏 周正文 书国伟 李善泉 王勇 | 2007 | 中国临床神经外科杂志2007，12，3： | 6 |
| 2 | 颈静脉孔区肿瘤40例显微手术临床分析显示文摘目的 报道颈静脉孔区肿瘤显微手术的临床疗效. 方法 回顾性分析2000年7月-2012年7月我院收治的40例颈静脉孔区肿瘤患者的临床和随访资料,探讨颈静脉孔区肿瘤的手术入路、显微手术技巧及并发症的防治. 结果 肿瘤切除率:35例(87.5%)全切除、2例(5%)次全切除、3例(7.5%)大部分切除;住院时间12~200 d,平均49.53 d;并发症:脑神经受损15例(37.5%)、皮下积液2例(5.0%)、脑脊液漏3例(7.5%);随访6 ~ 96个月期间无死亡病例.1例次全切除的腮腺腺癌患者术后行放疗,1例脊索瘤术后13个月复发、行质子刀治疗3个月后病灶消失.其余病例均未见肿瘤复发.术后1个月KPS评分超过60分30例,超过80分28例.术后3个月KPS评分超过70分40例,超过80分32例.术后12个月KPS评分超过80分40例. 结论 颈静脉孔区肿瘤手术困难、术后并发症较高,显微手术切除是颈静脉孔区肿瘤的首选治疗方法.经颈静脉孔入路,显露充分,有利于全切除肿瘤.仔细的术前神经功能评估,合理的术前规划和手术入路,精准的显微外科技术及术后早期积极的神经功能康复训练是减少和降低术后神经损伤等并发症的关键。 | Yahya Humaid 黄正松 杨李轩 张弩 | 2015 | 中华显微外科杂志2015，38，2： | 6 |
| 3 | 颅脑损伤与胰岛素抵抗显示文摘胰岛素抵抗是指组织对胰岛素作用不敏感。颅脑损伤患者常可发生一系列代谢紊乱,其中一个显著的特征是胰岛素抵抗。颅脑损伤后胰岛素抵抗的发病机制尚未阐明,主要与血液循环中胰岛素拮抗物的存在及靶组织缺陷有关。颅脑损伤后发生严重的胰岛素抵抗可使机体供能减少,高血糖持续存在,影响颅脑损伤患者的预后。因此胰岛素抵抗的评估对临床医师判断患者的代谢状况、正确地选择有效的治疗方案起重要作用。采取有效措施降低患者胰岛素抵抗将有利于颅脑损伤患者恢复。 | Humaid Yahya 崔华 王勇 | 2005 | 国际神经病学神经外科学杂志2005，32，6： | 6 |
| 4 | Chronic abdominal pain secondary to mesenteric panniculitis treated successfully with endoscopic ultrasonography-guided celiac plexus block: A case report显示文摘Mesenteric panniculitis is a chronic illness that is characterized by fibrosing inflammation of the mesenteries that can lead to intractable abdominal pain. Pain control is a crucial component of the management plan. Most patients will improve with oral corticosteroids treatment, however, some patients will require a trial of other immunosuppressive agents, and a minority of patients will continue to have refractory disease. Endoscopic ultrasound guided celiac plexus block is used frequently to control abdominal pain in patients with pancreatic pathology.
