1Electrical bearing failures in electric vehicles显示文摘In modern electric equipment,especially electric vehicles,inverter control systems can lead to complex shaft voltages and bearing currents.Within an electric motor,many parts have electrical failure problems,and among which bearings are the most sensitive and vulnerable components.In recent years,electrical failures in bearing have been frequently reported in electric vehicles,and the electrical failure of bearings has become a key issue that restricts the lifetime of all‐electric motor‐based power systems in a broader sense.The purpose of this review is to provide a comprehensive overview of the bearing premature failure in the mechanical systems exposed in an electrical environment represented by electric vehicles.The electrical environments in which bearing works including the different components and the origins of the shaft voltages and bearing currents,as well as the typical modes of electrical bearing failure including various topographical damages and lubrication failures,have been discussed.The fundamental influence mechanisms of voltage/current on the friction/lubrication properties have been summarized and analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures have been proposed.Finally,a brief introduction to the key technical flaws in the current researches will be made and the future outlook of frontier directions will be discussed.Feng HE Guoxin XIE Jianbin LUO 2020Friction2020,8,1:8
2Growth and characterization of 0.8-μm gate length AlGaN/GaN HEMTs on sapphire substrates显示文摘AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) structures were grown on 2 inch sapphire substrates by MOCVD, and 0.8-μm gate length devices were fabricated and measured. It is shown by resistance mapping that the HEMT structures have an average sheet resistance of approximately 380 ?/sq with a uniformity of more than 96%. The 1-mm gate width devices using the materials yielded a pulsed drain current of 784 mA/mm at Vgs=0.5 V and Vds=7 V with an extrinsic transconductance of 200 mS/mm. A 20-GHz unity current gain cutoff frequency (?T ) and a 28-GHz maximum oscillation frequency (?max) were obtained. 3A'One Engine with Six Gears'System Engineering Methodology for the Economic Development of Unconventional Oil and Gas in China显示文摘Unconventional oil and gas resources have become the most important and realistic field for increasing China’s domestic oil and gas reserves and production.At present,the production scale does not match the massive amount of resources and the rapid growth of proven geological reserves.The challenges of technology,cost,management,and methodology restrict large-scale and economic development.Based on successful practices,a'one engine with six gears'system engineering methodology is put forward,which includes life-cycle management,overall synergy,interdisciplinary cross-service integration,marketoriented operation,socialized support,digitalized management,and low-carbon and green development.The methodology has been proved to be effective in multiple unconventional oil and gas national demonstration areas,including the Jimusar continental shale oil demonstration area.Disruptive views are introduced-namely,that unconventional oil and gas do not necessarily yield a low return,nor do they necessarily have a low recovery factor.A determination to achieve economic benefit must be a pervasive underlying goal for managers and experts.Return and recovery factors,as primary focuses,must be adhered to during China’s development of unconventional oil and gas.The required methodology transformation includes a revolution in management systems to significantly decrease cost and increase production,resulting in technological innovation.Guoxin Li Chenggang Xian He Liu 2022Engineering2022,,11:3
4Controllable Protein Adsorption and Bacterial Adhesion on Polypyrrole Nanocone Arrays显示文摘In this research, polypyrrole nanocone arrays doped with β-Naphthalene sulphonic acid(PPy-NSA) were built. This film was expected to control protein adsorption and bacterial adhesion by potential-induced reversibly redox. The scanning Kelvin probe microscopy(SKPM) and surface contact angles(SCA) tests suggested that the surface potential and wettability of PPy-NSA nanocone arrays could be controlled by simply controlling its redox property via applying potential. The controllable surface potential and wettability in return controlled the adsorption of protein and adhesion of bacteria. 5In situ real-time study buckling behavior of boron nitride nanotubes with axial compression by TEM显示文摘Boron nitride nanotubes(BNNTs)were treated as brittle materials and could be used to enhance the composite mechanical properties.Many approaches were used to verify the theoretical prediction experimentally,but how to in situ real-time characterize nanomechanical properties of BNNTs was still interested to the researchers.An in situ transmission electron microscopy(TEM)equipped with a force transducer holder had been used to study the structure evolution behavior of BNNTs with axial compression.Real-time video and the force transducer had been used synchronously to record the whole force loading process where the mechanical deformation of BNNT began,buckled and ended with fracture.An in dividual ultrathin BNNT was employed to con duct the loading test.The results showed that the elastic deformation happened on the BNNT.Young's modulus?1.05-1.37 Tpa and elasticity coefficient?198.7-255.9 N/m of BNNT were calculated by Euler formula and Hooker's law,respectively.Guoxin Chen Huanming Lu Junfeng Cui Haitao Yu Bo Wang Yan Liu He Li Nan Jiang 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,7:2
6An analysis of major scientific problems and research paths of Gulong shale oil in Daqing Oilfield, NE China显示文摘After the preliminary basic research on the problems encountered during the production period of Gulong shale oil in the Songliao Basin, NE China, and the scientific exploration, the special characteristics of Gulong shale oil in terms of reservoir space, phase distribution, flow pattern, and mineral evolution are proposed. The main results are as follows :(1) The source of organic matter, mechanism of hydrocarbon generation and expulsion, and key factors affecting shale oil abundance;(2) The types and structural characteristics of the reservoir and their contribution to porosity and permeability;(3) The mineral origin and evolution of minerals and their influence on reservoir availability, sensitivity, and compressibility;(4) The rock mechanical characteristics and fracture propagation law of Gulong shale;(5) The shale oil products, phase change law and main control factors of adsorption and desorption conversion of Gulong shale oil;(6) The mechanism of shale oil-liquid, solid-liquid gas interaction and enhanced oil recovery. Three key research suggestions are proposed to realize the large-scale economic utilization of the Gulong shale oil as follows:(1) Deepen research on the mechanism of oil and gas generation and discharge, storage and transportation, to guide the selection of geological sweet spots of shale oil;(2) Deepen research on the compressibility and fracture initiation mechanism to support the selection of engineering sweet spots and optimization of engineering design;(3) Deepen research on the fluid interaction mechanism under reservoir conditions, os us to guide the optimization of development schemes and the selection of EOR technologies.
