| 1 | Evaluation of three tracers for labeling distal cerebrospinal fluidcontacting neurons显示文摘It has been reported that distal cerebrospinal fluidcontacting neurons(dCSF-CNs)can be detected by immunohistochemical assay using cholera toxin subunit B-conjugated horseradish peroxidase(CBHRP).In the present study,another two methods with CB alone or CB-conjugated FITC(CB-FITC)were used,and the results from the three methods were compared.Adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups with CB-HRP,CB or CB-FITC.Tracers were diluted to 30%in artificial cerebrospinal fluid and injected separately(in a volume of 3μL)into the lateral ventricle.Animals from the CB-HRP and CB groups were perfused 48 h after surgery while animals from the CB-FITC group were perfused 1,3,6,12,24 or 48 h after surgery.The brain was sectioned(40μm)for immunofluorescence and five sections with positive neurons were selected from each rat for neuron counting.Three clusters of positive neurons in a'Y-like'distribution were detected ventral to the cerebral aqueduct of rats from the three groups.No significant difference was observed among the quantitative data.In the CB-FITC group,stable staining was detected even at 6 h after injection.Taken together,lateral ventricle injection of CB/CB-FITC is a useful method for labeling dCSFCNs in rats.The CB-FITC method makes dCSF-CNs labeling much simpler and more convenient. | Fang Zhou Jiayou Wang Hongxing Zhang He Liu Guangping Zhao Cuihua Zu Xiaoxing Lu Licai Zhang | 2013 | Neuroscience Bulletin2013,29,5: | 7 |

| 3 | Performance of N95 elastomeric respirators in high humidity and high coal dust concentration environment显示文摘High humidity and high dust concentration in deep coal mines may severely challenge the performance of respirators worn by coal miners.This paper aims at quantitatively evaluating the respirators used in deep coal mines and providing scientific guidance for the respiratory protection of miners.Based on the self-designed in-situ PM2.5 collector,controllable PM2.5 generator,human breathing simulator,and respirator simulation testing system,under the simulated deep mine working condition,this study investigated the effects of dust loading,wearing time,and dust concentration on the filtration efficiency,breathing resistance,and quality factor of N95 elastomeric respirators.With the increase of dust loading,the respirator filtration efficiency firstly decreased,then increased(minimum value 97.5%).The breathing resistance increased exponentially from 120 to 180 to 1020-1530 Pa,and the quality factor decreased logarithmically from 0.051 to 0.076 to 0.0058-0.0085 Pa^(-1).As the PM2.5 coal dust concentration increased from 5 to 50 mg/m^(3),the wearing time for the respirator breathing resistance to exceed 300 Pa reduced from 7 h to less than 1 h.One N95 elastomeric respirator is not able to perform an 8-h work shift.To avoid the excessive breathing resistance caused by dust loading,more filter cartridges are needed for coal miners. | Jintuo Zhu Xinjian He Liang Wang Xiaoxue Liao Guangping Teng Pengli Jing | 2022 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,1: | 4 |

| 5 | Density-functional-theory predictions of mechanical behaviour and thermal properties as well as experimental hardness of the Ga-bilayer Mo_(2)Ga_(2)C显示文摘Mo_(2)Ga_(2)C is a new MAX phase with a stacking Ga-bilayer as well as possible unusual properties.To understand this unique MAX phase structure and promote possible future applications,the structure,chemical bonding,and mechanical and thermodynamic properties of Mo_(2)Ga_(2)C were investigated by first-principles.Using the“bond stiffness”model,the strongest covalent bonding(1162 GPa)was formed between Mo and C atoms in Mo_(2)Ga_(2)C,while the weakest Ga–Ga(389 GPa)bonding was formed between two Ga-atomic layers,different from other typical MAX phases.The ratio of the bond stiffness of the weakest bond to the strongest bond(0.33)was lower than 1/2,indicating the high damage tolerance and fracture toughness of Mo_(2)Ga_(2)C,which was confirmed by indentation without any cracks.The high-temperature heat capacity and thermal expansion of Mo_(2)Ga_(2)C were calculated in the framework of quasi-harmonic approximation from 0 to 1300 K.Because of the metal-like electronic structure,the electronic excitation contribution became more significant with increasing temperature above 300 K. | Xinxin QI Weilong YIN Sen JIN Aiguo ZHOU Xiaodong HE Guangping SONG Yongting ZHENG Yuelei BAI | 2022 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2022,11,2: | 2 |

Experimental results indicate that there is a linearization between the tested signals and the height of peaks with reciprocity coefficient 0.9999 by using the flow injection-spectrophotometry system to study the dynamics adsorption process in solidliquid system. The method shows a good stability and reproducibility. | 7 | Review and Analysis of Key Techniques in Marine Sediment Sampling显示文摘Deep-sea sediment is extremely important in marine scientific research,such as that concerning marine geology and microbial communities.The research findings are closely related to the in-situ information of the sediment.One prerequisite for investigations of deep-sea sediment is providing sampling techniques capable of preventing distortion during recovery.As the fruit of such sampling techniques,samplers designed for obtaining sediment have become indispensable equipment,owing to their low cost,light weight,compactness,easy operation,and high adaptability to sea conditions.This paper introduces the research and application of typical deep-sea sediment samplers.Then,a representative sampler recently developed in China is analyzed.On this basis,a review and analysis is conducted regarding the key techniques of various deep-sea sediment samplers,including sealing,pressure and temperature retaining,low-disturbance sampling,and no-pressure drop transfer.Then,the shortcomings in the key techniques for deep-sea sediment sampling are identified.Finally,prospects for the future development of key techniques for deep-sea sediment sampling are proposed,from the perspectives of structural diversification,functional integration,intelligent operation,and high-fidelity samples.This paper summarizes the existing samplers in the context of the key techniques mentioned above,and can provide reference for the optimized design of samplers and development of key sampling techniques. | Shudong He Youduo Peng Yongping Jin Buyan Wan Guangping Liu | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2020,33,5: | 2 |

| 11 | Optimal Motion Planning for Differentially Flat Underactuated Mechanical Systems显示文摘Underactuated mechanical system has less independent inputs than the degrees of freedom(DOF) of the mechanism. The energy efficiency of this class of mechanical systems is an essential problem in practice. On the basis of the sufficient and necessary condition that concludes a single input nonlinear system is differentially flat, it is shown that the flat output of the single input underactuated mechanical system can be obtained by finding a smooth output function such that the relative degree of the system equals to the dimension of the state space. If the flat output of the underactuated system can be solved explicitly, and by constructing a smooth curve with satisfying given boundary conditions in flat output space, an energy efficiency optimization method is proposed for the motion planning of the differentially flat underactuated mechanical systems. | 16 | Histopathological Observation of Goose Escherichia coli Disease显示文摘[Objective]This study aimed to provide reliable basis for in-depth understanding of histopathological changes in geese suffering from Escherichia coli disease and accurate diagnosis of goose E. coli disease. [Method]By using paraffin embedding,section slicing and HE staining,histopathological changes in the heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney and small intestine tissues of three diseased geese were observed. [Result]The liver generated protein fiber membranes,showing liver cell degeneration,increasing number of red blood cells in sinusoids and liver congestion; the kidney had relatively serious lesions,including renal tubular epithelial cell degeneration,necrosis and shedding from the basement membrane and hyaline degeneration of glomerulars. The lung showed epithelial cell degeneration and necrosis and was filled with a large number of red blood cells and shedded epithelial cells,showing typical red hepatization; a large number of red blood cells were aggregated in pulmonary blood vessels,resulting in lung congestion. Epithelial cells of various digestive tubes all showed varying degrees of minor shedding and local infiltration of inflammatory cells,thereby leading to death of geese due to substance metabolism,electrolyte and acid-base balance disorders and metabolic acidosis. | 17 | Regulation of osteoblast functions on titanium surfaces with different micro/nanotopographies and compositions显示文摘Surface modification of medical implants is considered as an effective method to improve cellular behaviors and the integration of tissues with materials. Titanium(Ti)-based materials with four different micro/nano-structures and compositions were prepared by acid etching, electrochemical anodization and alkali-heat treatment. The surface morphologies and compositions of the different surface-modified Ti materials were characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),atomic force microscopy(AFM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The effects of the micro/nano structured and compositions of the surfaces on cellular responses were investigated in vitro by observing the morphology, adhesion, proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of osteoblasts. To further investigate the underlying mechanisms, an RT-PCR assay was performed to analyze the expression levels of cell adhesion-related genes. Our results indicated that the nanosized structure and anatase composition could promote the adhesion and proliferation of MC3T3-E1 pre-osteoblast, as well as alkaline phosphatase activity and extracellular matrix mineralization via the integrin-FAK signaling pathway. | 20 | Task Coordination Organization Model and the Task Allocation Algorithm for Resource Contention of the Syncretic System显示文摘At present, robot embedded systems have some common problems such as closure and poor dynamic evolution. Aiming at resolving this situation, our paper focuses on improvements to the robot embedded system and sets up a new robot system architecture, and we propose a syncretic mechanism of a robot and Soft Man(SM). In the syncretic system, the structural organization of the Soft Man group and its modes are particularly important in establishing the task coordination mechanism. This paper, therefore, proposes a coordination organization model based on the Soft Man group, and studies in detail the process of task allocation for resource contention, which facilitates a rational allocation of system resources. During our research, we introduced Resource Requirement Length Algorithm(RRLA) to calculate the resource requirements of the task and a resource conformity degree allocation algorithm of Resource Conformity Degree Algorithm(RCDA) for resource contention.
