1Extreme climate events over northern China during the last 50 years显示文摘Climate extremes for agriculture-pasture transitional zone, northem China, are analyzed on the basis of daily mean temperature and precipitation observations for 31 stations in the period 1956-2001. Analysis season for precipitation is May-September, i.e., the rainy season. For temperature is the hottest three months, i.e., June through August. Heavy rain events, defined as those with daily precipitation equal to or larger than 50 mm, show no significant secular trend. A jump-like change, however, is found occurring in about 1980. For the period 1980-1993, the frequency of heavy rain events is significantly lower than the previous periods. Simultaneously, the occurring time of heavy rains expanded, commencing about one month early and ending one month later. Long dry spells are defined as those with longer than 10 days without rainfall. The frequency of long dry spells displays a significant (at the 99% confidence level) trend at the value of +8.3% /10a. That may be one of the major causes of the frequent droughts emerging over northern China during the last decades. Extremely hot and low temperature events are defined as the uppermost 10% daily temperatures and the lowest 10% daily temperatures, respectively. There is a weak and non-significant upward trend in frequency of extremely high temperatures from the 1950s to the mid-1990s. But the number of hot events increases as much as twice since 1997. That coincides well with the sudden rise in mean summer temperature for the same period. 2Laparoscopy-assisted D2 radical distal gastrectomy for gastric cancer (Billroth Ⅱ anastomosis)显示文摘Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy has been increasingly applied in China. However, how to reduce surgery-related trauma, shorten operative time and achieve the long-term prognosis equal to the conventional open surgery is still hot research topics. Along with the change in learning curve and the optimization of endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic lymph node dissection can achieve or even exceed the extent that can be achieved in open surgery. Therefore, it has gradually replaced the conventional digestive tract reconstruction using an auxiliary incision. 3Yttrium aluminum garnet (Y_3A_(l5)O_(12)) nanopowders synthesized by the chemical method显示文摘The homogeneously dispersed, less agglomerated YAG nanopowders are synthesized by the citrate-gel method followed by low-temperature self-propagating combustion reaction, using Y2O3, Al(NO3)3?9H2O and citric acid as starting materials. This method effectively solves the problems caused by solid-state reaction at high temperature and the hard ag-glomerates brought by the chemical precipitation method. The powders are characterized by TG-DTA, XRD, FT-IR and TEM respectively. The experiments show that the forming temperature of YAG crystal phase is 850°C and the pseudo-YAG crystalline appears during the calcination and transforms to pure YAG at 1050°C. The powders with sizes less than 50 nm are observed by TEM micrography, which is consistent with the result calculated by Scherrer’s formula. 4Encapsulating metal organic framework into hollow mesoporous carbon sphere as efficient oxygen bifunctional electrocatalyst显示文摘Applying metal organic frameworks(MOFs) in electrochemical systems is a currently emerging field owing to the rich metal nodes and highly specific surface area of MOFs. However, the problems for MOFs that need to be solved urgently are poor electrical conductivity and low ion transport. Here we present a facile in situ growth method for the rational synthesis of MOFs@hollow mesoporous carbon spheres(HMCS)yolk–shell-structured hybrid material for the first time. The size of the encapsulated Zeolitic Imidazolate Framework-67(ZIF-67) is well controlled to 100 nm due to the spatial confinement effect of HMCS, and the electrical conductivity of ZIF-67 is also increased significantly. The ZIF@HMCS-25% hybrid material obtained exhibits a highly efficient oxygen reduction reaction activity with 0.823 V(vs. reversible hydrogen electrode) half-wave potential and an even higher kinetic current density(JK= 13.8 m A cm-2) than commercial Pt/C. ZIF@HMCS-25% also displays excellent oxygen evolution reaction performance and the overpotential of ZIF@HMCS-25% at 10 m A cm-2 is 407 m V. In addition, ZIF@HMCS-25% is further employed as an air electrode for a rechargeable Zn–air battery, exhibiting a high power density(120.2 m W cm-2 at 171.4 m A cm-2) and long-term charge/discharge stability(80 h at 5 m A cm-2). 7LES/FDF simulation of particle dispersion in a gas-particle two phase plane wake flow显示文摘A filtered density function (FDF) transport equation was derived for the fluid velocity seen by the particles in gas-particle two-phase flow. An LES/FDF simulation of a two-phase plane wake flow was carried out. 10Radiation balance and the response of albedo to environmental factors above two alpine ecosystems in the eastern Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Understanding the energy balance on the Tibetan Plateau is important for better prediction of global climate change. To characterize the energy balance on the Plateau, we examined the radiation balance and the response of albedo to environmental factors above an alpine meadow and an alpine wetland surfaces in the eastern Tibetan Plateau, using 2014 data. Although our two sites belong to the same climatic background, and are close geographically, the annual incident solar radiation at the alpine meadow site(6,447 MJ/(m2·a)) was about 1.1 times that at the alpine wetland site(6,012 MJ/(m2·a)),due to differences in the cloudiness between our two sites. The alpine meadow and the alpine wetland emitted about 38%and 42%, respectively, of annual incident solar radiation back into atmosphere in the form of net longwave radiation; and they reflected about 22% and 18%, respectively, of the annual incident solar radiation back into atmosphere in the form of shortwave radiation. The annual net radiation was 2,648 and 2,544 MJ/(m2·a) for the alpine meadow site and the alpine wetland site, respectively, accounting for only about 40% of the annual incident solar radiation, significantly lower than the global mean. At 30-min scales, surface albedo exponentially decreases with the increase of the solar elevation angle; and it linearly decreases with the increase of soil-water content for our two sites. 13Solid-state synthesis of Li[Li_(0.2)Mn_(0.56)Ni_(0.16)Co_(0.08)]O_2 cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Layered Li|Li_(0.2)Mn_(0.56)Ni_(0.16)Co_(0.08]O_2 cathode materials were synthesized via a solid-state reaction for Liion batteries,in which lithium hydroxide monohydrate,manganese dioxide,nickel monoxide,and cobalt monoxide were employed as metal precursors.To uncover the relationship between the structure and electrochemical properties of the materials,synthesis conditions such as calcination temperature and time as well as quenching methods were investigated.For the synthesized Li[Li_(0.2)Mn_(0.56)Ni_(0.16)Co_(0.08)]O_2materials,the metal components were found to be in the form of Mn^(4+),Ni^(2+),and Co^(3+),and their molar ratio was in good agreement with stoichiometric ratio of 0.56:0.16:0.08.Among them,the one synthesized at 800 C for 12 h and subsequently quenched in air showed the best electrochemical performances,which had an initial discharge specific capacity and coulombic efficiency of 265.6 mAh/g and 84.0%,respectively,and when cycled at 0.5,1,and 2C,the corresponding discharge specific capacities were 237.3,212.6.and 178.6 mAh/g,respectively.After recovered to 0.1 C rate,the discharge specific capacity became259.5 mAh/g and the capacity loss was only 2.3% of the initial value at 0.1 C.This work suggests that the solid-state synthesis route is easy for preparing high performance Li[Li_(0.2)Mn_(0.56)Ni_(0.16)Co_(0.08)]O_2 cathode materials for Li-ion batteries.Wenjuan Hao Hanhui Zhan Han Chen Yanhong Wang Qiangqiang Tan Fabing Su 2014Particuology2014,12,4:1
