| 1 | Cu–Mn–Ce ternary mixed-oxide catalysts for catalytic combustion of toluene显示文摘Cu–Mn, Cu–Mn–Ce, and Cu–Ce mixed-oxide catalysts were prepared by a citric acid sol–gel method and then characterized by XRD, BET, H_2-TPR and XPS analyses. Their catalytic properties were investigated in the toluene combustion reaction. Results showed that the Cu–Mn–Ce ternary mixed-oxide catalyst with 1:2:4 mole ratios had the highest catalytic activity, and 99% toluene conversion was achieved at temperatures below 220°C. In the Cu–Mn–Ce catalyst, a portion of Cu and Mn species entered into the Ce O_2 fluorite lattice, which led to the formation of a ceria-based solid solution. Excess Cu and Mn oxides existed on the surface of the ceria-based solid solution. | 2 | Catalytic combustion of VOCs on Pt/CuMnCe and Pt/CeY honeycomb monolithic catalysts显示文摘The metal oxides CuMnCe and CeY washcoats on cordierite were prepared using an impregnation method, and then used as support for the active Pt component to prepare the Pt/CuMnCe and Pt/CeY monolithic catalysts for the deep oxidation of VOCs. In comparison with the Pt/CeY, CuMnCe, and CeY monolithic catalysts, the Pt/CuMnCe monolithic catalyst shows an excellent performance for toluene,ethyl acetate,and n-hexane oxidation and the T_(90%) is low to 216, 200 and 260 ℃,respectively. | 3 | Hierarchical pore structure of activated carbon fabricated by CO_2/microwave for volatile organic compounds adsorption显示文摘An activated carbon pore-expanding technique was achieved through innovative reactivation by CO_2/microwave.The original and modified activated carbons were characterized by nitrogen adsorption–desorption,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microcopy,and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The mesopore volume increased from 0.122 cm^3·g^(-1) to 0.270 cm^3·g^(-1),and a hierarchical pore structure was formed.A gradual decrease in the phenolic hydroxyl and carboxyl groups on the surface of activated carbon enhanced the surface inertia of granular activated carbon(GAC).The toluene desorption rate of the modified sample increased by 8.81% compared with that of the original GAC.Adsorption isotherm fittings revealed that the Langmuir model was applicable for the original and modified activated carbons.The isosteric adsorption heat of toluene on the activated carbon decreased by approximately 50%,which endowed the modified sample with excellent stability in application.The modified samples showed an enhanced desorption performance of toluene,thereby opening a way to extend the cycle life and improve the economic performance of carbon adsorbent in practical engineering applications. | Wenjuan Qiu Kang Dou Ying Zhou Haifeng Huang Yinfei Chen Hanfeng Lu | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2018,26,1: | 16 |
| 4 | Adsorption/desorption of toluene on a hypercrosslinked polymeric resin in a highly humid gas stream显示文摘In many sources of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), large amounts of water vapor come from the air and the reactors. The relative humidity (RH) of exhaust gas is normally >60% and is supersaturated. Maintaining the property of adsorbent on VOCs in a highly humid gas stream is a serious industrial problem. In this study, the adsorption/desorption behavior of toluene in a micro-mesoporous polymeric resin was investigated in a highly humid environment to explore the influence of abound water vapor on resin adsorption and regeneration. This resin could selectively adsorb toluene at an RH of 80%, and its adsorption property was unaffected by the presence of water vapor. In the case of humidity saturation, the resin displayed a high adsorption capacity at a moisture content of <30%. Therefore, the polymer resin is an excellent water-resistant adsorbent of VOCs. In the regenerative experiment, the resin maintained its original adsorption capability after four adsorption/ desorption cycles of toluene purging with nitrogen gas at 120℃. | 6 | Promoting effect of vanadium on catalytic activity of Pt/Ce–Zr–O diesel oxidation catalysts显示文摘A series of Pt–V/Ce–Zr–O diesel oxidation catalysts was prepared using the impregnation method. The catalytic activity and sulfur resistance of Pt–V/Ce–Zr–O were investigated in the presence of simulated diesel exhaust. The effect of vanadium on the structure and redox properties of the catalysts was also investigated using the Brunauer–Emmett–Teller method,X-ray diffraction, H2temperature-programmed reduction, CO temperature-programmed desorption, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy. Results showed that the Pt particles were well dispersed on the Ce–Zr–O carrier through the vanadium isolation effect, which significantly improved the oxidation activity toward CO and hydrocarbons. | 8 | Integration of full-length transcriptomics and targeted metabolomics to identify benzylisoquinoline alkaloid biosynthetic genes in Corydalis yanhusuo显示文摘Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang is a classic herb that is frequently used in traditional Chinese medicine and is efficacious in promoting blood circulation,enhancing energy,and relieving pain.Benzylisoquinoline alkaloids(BIAs)are the main bioactive ingredients in Corydalis yanhusuo.However,few studies have investigated the BIA biosynthetic pathway in C.yanhusuo,and the biosynthetic pathway of species-specific chemicals such as tetrahydropalmatine remains unclear.We performed full-length transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses to identify candidate genes that might be involved in BIA biosynthesis and identified a total of 101 full-length transcripts and 19 metabolites involved in the BIA biosynthetic pathway.Moreover,the contents of 19 representative BIAs in C.yanhusuo were quantified by classical targeted metabolomic approaches.Their accumulation in the tuber was consistent with the expression patterns of identified BIA biosynthetic genes in tubers and leaves,which reinforces the validity and reliability of the analyses.Full-length genes with similar expression or enrichment patterns were identified,and a complete BIA biosynthesis pathway in C.yanhusuo was constructed according to these findings.Phylogenetic analysis revealed a total of ten enzymes that may possess columbamine-O-methyltransferase activity,which is the final step for tetrahydropalmatine synthesis.Our results span the whole BIA biosynthetic pathway in C.yanhusuo.Our full-length transcriptomic data will enable further molecular cloning of enzymes and activity validation studies. | Dingqiao Xu Hanfeng Lin Yuping Tang Lu Huang Jian Xu Sihui Nian Yucheng Zhao | 2021 | Horticulture Research2021,8,1: | 2 |

| 12 | Effects of Seed Viability and Number of Generations on Genetic Integrity of Soybean Germplasm Zhonghuang 18 by AFLP Markers显示文摘The seeds of a soybean cultivar Zhonghuang 18 were subjected to accelerated aging for 0(population G_0-1), 112(population G_0-2), 154(population G_0-3) and 196 d(population G_0-4), whose germination percentage was found to be 98.0%, 95.0%, 81.0%, and 79.0%, respectively. Then, the four populations were regenerated twice in the field. The first descendant populations were marked as G_1-1, G_1-2, G_1-3 and G_1-4, and the second were marked as G_2-1, G_2-2, G_2-3 and G_2-4, respectively. The genetic variation between the control population(G_0-1) and the experimental populations was analyzed using 12 AFLP primer combinations. The results showed that there was no significant difference in genetic similarity between the 11 experimental populations and the control population G_0-1. The genetic similarity between population G_2-4 and G_0-1 was still as high as 0.933 3, indicating that the F_2 generation of the population whose germination percentage was only 79.0% still had a high genetic similarity to the control population. The results of t-tests revealed that the populations G_1-1, G_2-1, G_1-2 and G_2-2 showed no significant difference from the control population G_0-1 in effective number of alleles per locus(Ae), genetic diversity index(H) and Shannon's diversity index(I), while these indices of populations G_0-3, G_0-4, G_1-3, G_1-4, G_2-3 and G_2-4 were significantly reduced. χ~2 tests indicated that the populations G_1-1 and G_2-1 showed little difference, and the populations G_0-2, G_0-3, G_0-4, G_1-2, G_1-3, G_1-4, G_2-2, G_2-3, and G_2-4 showed great difference in allele frequency distribution from the control population G_0-1, and the difference was greater when the seed viability was lower. Compared with the control population G_0-1, the number of rare alleles(Nr) of the populations G_0-2, G_1-1, G_2-1, G_1-2 and G_2-2 showed no significant difference, while that of the populations G_0-3, G_0-4, G_1-3, G_1-4, G_2-3 and G_2-4 declined obviously. These results revealed that compared with the control population, the genetic diversity and Nr for the descendant populations of the populations with 98.0% and 95.0% germination percentages did not change significantly, but declined greatly for the descendant populations of the populations with 81.0.% and 79.0% percentages. The results suggested that the decline in seed viability has a greater impact than the number of generations on genetic structure of soybean germplasm. | 15 | Clinical significance,molecular characterization,and immune microenvironment analysis of coagulation-related genes in clear cell renal cell carcinoma显示文摘Background:Numerous studies have revealed a tight connection between tumor development and the coagulation system.However,the effects of coagulation on the prognosis and tumor microenvironment(TME)of clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC)remain poorly understood.Methods:We employed the consensus clustering method to characterize distinct molecular subtypes associated with coagulation patterns.Subsequently,we examined variations in the overall survival(OS),genomic profiles,and TME characteristics between these subtypes.To develop a prognostic coagulation-related risk score(CRRS)model,we utilized the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator Cox regression and stepwise multivariate Cox regression analyses.We also created a nomogram to aid in the clinical application of the risk score,evaluating the relationships between the CRRS and the immune microenvironment,responsiveness to immunotherapy,and targeted treatment.The clinical significance of PLAUR and its biological function in ccRCC were also further analyzed.Results:There were significant differences in clinical features,prognostic stratification,genomic variation,and TME characteristics between the two coagulation-related subtypes.We established and validated a CRRS using six coagulation-related genes that can be employed as an effective indicator of risk stratification and prognosis estimation for ccRCC patients.Significant variations in survival outcomes were observed between the high-and low-risk groups.The nomogram was proficient in predicting the 1-,3-,and 5-year OS.Additionally,the CRRS emerged as a novel tool for evaluating the clinical effectiveness of immunotherapy and targeted treatments in ccRCC.Moreover,we confirmed upregulated PLAUR expression in ccRCC samples that was significantly correlated with poor patient prognosis.PLAUR knockdown notably inhibited ccRCC cell proliferation and migration.Conclusion:Our data suggested that CRRS may be employed as a reliable predictive biomarker that can provide therapeutic benefits for immunotherapy and targeted therapy in ccRCC. | Weihao Chen Xupeng Zhao Yongliang Lu Hanfeng Wang Xiyou Wang Yi Wang Chen Liang Zhuomin Jia Wei Ma | 2024 | Cancer Innovation2024,3,1: | 0 |

| 17 | Genetic Diversity of Clover by SRAP显示文摘In the present study,genetic diversity and genetic relationship of 11materials including red clover ( Trifolium pretense L.),white clover ( T.repen L.) and alsike clover ( T.hybridum L.) and leaf-type variants of white clover were investigated by SRAP (sequence related amplified polymorphism).Forty SRAP primers were screened,and 792 reliable bands were amplified,among which 426 (53.8%) were polymorphic.The number of polymorphic bands per pair of primers ranged from 3 to 38 with an average of 10.6.SRAP cluster analysis showed that the similarity coefficients between white clover materials were from 0.465 to 0.997 with an average of 0.812,indicating that there was certain genetic diversity among white clover.Specific bands appeared in white clover variants,indicating that there were certain differences in DNA sequence between normal while clover plants and their leaf-type variants.The similarity coefficients between red clover materials were from 0.457 to 0.827 with an average of 0.597,indicating that the different red clover germplasms had genetic diversity at the DNA molecular level.The results also showed that the genetic relationship of the alsike clover with the red clover was closer than that with the white clover.This study shows that SRAP technique can be effectively used for the analysis on interspecific and intraspecific relationship,germplasm resource identification and genetic diversity of clover. | Runfang LI Hanfeng DING Cune WANG Lingyun LU Xiaodong ZHANG | 2019 | Agricultural Biotechnology2019,8,5: | 0 |
| 18 | A mechanic insight into low-temperature catalytic combustion toward ethylene oxide over Pt-Ru/CuCeO_(x) bimetallic catalyst显示文摘The catalytic oxidation performance toward ethylene oxide(EO)and the consequent mechanism were investigated on the Pt-Ru/CuCeO_(x)bimetallic catalyst,which was prepared by a distinct method combining stepwise adsorption and subsequent impregnation.The catalytic tests show that the introduction of Ru into the Pt catalyst,so as to form Pt-Ru bimetallic active sites,can greatly increase the oxidation activity of the catalyst,as evidenced by the extremely lower full oxidation temperature(120℃)when compared with that of the Pt/CeO_(2) catalyst(160℃).The XPS spectra show that the Ru species(mainly RuO_(x))have strong interaction with the CuCeO_(x) support,which can therefore affect the electron transfer between the Pt species and the support.As a result,the oxygen activation on Pt species is obviously facilitated and catalytic activity is enhanced.Finally,in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(DRIFTs)was used to track the reaction mechanism.It is found that the catalytic oxidation process follows the MvK catalytic mechanism at low temperature and the L-H catalytic mechanism when the temperature moves to higher range. | Wenxi Zhou Kai Chen Quanli Ke Haoru Wang Xiao Chen Yufeng Liu Guokai Cui Xiaole Weng Ying Zhou Hanfeng Lu | 2023 | Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,6: | 0 |
