1Proceeding of Human Exoskeleton Technology and Discussions on Future Research显示文摘After more than half a century of intense efforts,the development of exoskeleton has seen major advances,and several remarkable achievements have been made.Reviews of developing history of exoskeleton are presented,both in active and passive categories.Major models are introduced,and typical technologies are commented on.Difficulties in control algorithm,driver system,power source,and man-machine interface are discussed.Current researching routes and major developing methods are mapped and critically analyzed,and in the process,some key problems are revealed.First,the exoskeleton is totally different from biped robot,and relative studies based on the robot technologies are considerably incorrect.Second,biomechanical studies are only used to track the motion of the human body,the interaction between human and machines are seldom studied.Third,the traditional developing ways which focused on servo-controlling have inborn deficiency from making portable systems.Research attention should be shifted to the human side of the coupling system,and the human ability to learn and adapt should play a more significant role in the control algorithms.Having summarized the major difficulties,possible future works are discussed.It is argued that,since a distinct boundary cannot be drawn in such strong-coupling human-exoskeleton system,the more complex the control system gets,the more difficult it is for the user to learn to use.It is suggested that the exoskeleton should be treated as a simple wearable tool,and downgrading its automatic level may be a change toward a brighter research outlook.This effort at simplification is definitely not easy,as it necessitates theoretical supports from fields such as biomechanics,ergonomics,and bionics.LI Zhiqiang XIE Hanxing LI Weilin YAO Zheng 2014Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2014,27,3:21
2Synthesis and characterization of LiNi_(0.95-x)Co_xAl_(0.05)O_2 for lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Samples of LiNi0.95?xCoxAl0.05O2 (x = 0.10 and 0.15) and LiNiO2, synthesized by the solid-state reaction at 725°C for 24 h from LiOH·H2O, Ni2O3, Co2O3, and Al(OH)3 under an oxygen stream, were characterized by TG-DTA, XRD, SEM, and electrochemical tests. Simultaneous doping of cobalt and aluminum at the Ni-site in LiNiO2 was tried to improve the cathode performance for lithium-ion batteries. The results showed that co-doping (especially, 5 at.% Al and 10 at.% Co) definitely had a large beneficial effect in increasing the capacity (186.2 mA?h/g of the first discharge capacity for LiNi0.85Co0.10Al0.05O2) and cycling behavior (180.1 mA?h/g after 10 cycles for LiNi0.85Co0.10Al0.05O2) compared with 180.7 mA?h/g of the first discharge capacity and 157.7 mA?h/g of the tenth discharge capacity for LiNiO2, respectively. 3(Bi_(0.51)Na_(0.47))TiO_(3) based lead free ceramics with high energy density and efficiency显示文摘Dielectric ceramics with high energy storage density and energy efficiency play an important role in high power energy storage applications.In this work,lead free relaxor ferroelectric ceramics in (1-x) Bi_(0.51)Na_(0.47)TiO_(3-x)Ba(Zr_(0.3)Ti_(0.7))O_(3)(BNT-BZT100x:x=0.20,0.30,0.40 and 0.50)system are fabricated by conventional solid-state sintering method.The BNT-BZT100x ceramics are sintered dense with minimal pores,exhibiting pseudocubic symmetry and strong relaxor characteristic.A high energy storage density of 3.1 J/cm^(3) and high energy efficiency of 91% are simultaneously achieved in BNT-BZT40 ceramic with 0.1mm in thickness,at the applied electric field of 280 kV/cm.The temperature stability of the energy density is studied over temperature range of 20-160℃ ,showing minimal variation below 1.5%,together with the excellent cycling reliability(the variations of both energy density and efficiency are below 3% up to 106 cycles),making BNT-BZT40 ceramic promising candidate for high-temperature dielectric and energy storage applications.Yu Huang Fei Li Hua Hao Fangquan Xia Hanxing Liu Shujun Zhang 2019Journal of Materiomics2019,5,3:7
4Population-size-dependent branching processes in Markovian random environments显示文摘A branching model {Z n} n≥0is considered where the offspring distribution of the population’s evolution is not only dependent on the population size, but also controlled by a Markovian environmental process {ξ n} n≥0. For this model, asymptotic behaviour is studied such as limn→∞Z n and limn→∞Z n/m n in the case that the mean m k, θof the offspring distribution converges to m>1 as the population size k grows to ∞. 6The potential value of microRNA-4463 in the prognosis evaluation in hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘The purpose of this study is to measure the expression of microRNA-4463 and microRNA-6087 between normal persons and patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),and to clarify the meaning of them in the prognosis evaluation in HCC.Forty-five samples from healthy people and patients,who had been diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma before any treatment,were collected to study respectively.Real-time PCR was used to detect the expression of miRNA-4463 and miRNA-6087 in the serum of control group and hepatocellular carcinoma patients.The expression of miR-4463 in the serum of HCC patients was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the expression level was independent of gender,tumor size,cell types,stages,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBIL)and HBsAg status(P>0.05).But there was a significant difference of different level of AFP in HCC(P<0.05),and the difference between the group of AFP lower than 400 ug/l and the control group is statistically significant(P<0.05).Besides,the survival time had showed a significant difference at the high and low expression levels(P<0.05).But the expression level of miRNA-6087 was no difference in HCC and control group.The disorder of miRNA-4463 occurred in HCC,even the AFP level doesn’t rises.What’s more,patients who get the high level of miRNA-4463 seem to have a shorter survival time.And it contributes great to the prognostic evaluation.This is the first study to illustrate the potential significance of miRNA-4463 in the prognosis in HCC.Tian Hu Jincheng Li Chuhong Zhang Xiu lv Sai Li Sha He Hanxing Yan Yixi Tan Mingsheng Lei Meiling Wen Jianhong Zuo 2017Genes & Diseases2017,4,2:3

8Connectivity in finite ad-hoc networks显示文摘Research on ad-hoc network connectivity has mainly focused on asymptotic results in the number of nodes in the network. For a one-dimensional ad-hoc network G1, assuming all the nodes are independently uniform distributed in a closed interval [0,Z](z ∈ R+), we derive a generic formula for the probability that the network is connected. The finite connected ad-hoc networks is analyzed. And we separately suggest necessary conditions to make the ad-hoc network to be connected in one and two dimensional cases, facing possible failed nodes (f-nodes). Based on the necessary condition and unit-disk assumption for the node transmission, we prove that the nodes of the connected two-dimensional ad-hoc networks (G2) can be divided into at most five different groups. 11Uncovering the mysterious identity of Taisui——an old Chinese folk legend显示文摘Dear Editor,Taisui(太岁) has attracted great attention in China because it has been described in ancient Chinese texts as an entity possessing mysterious properties. In Chinese mythology and folklore, Jupiter is the God of the 'Sui'(year) and is worshiped in Daoism. Jupiter appears at the same location in the sky approximately every 12 years(Jupiter’s orbit is11.86 years). However, since each cycle of Jupiter lasts for exactly 11.86 years and one Chinese year cycle comprises exactly 12 years, after approximately 84.7 years, Jupiter travels one cycle more than the number of cycles assumed by the ancient Chinese, which is called Taisui.
