1H_2S燃料电池用质子传导膜及电池性能显示文摘研究了H2S燃料电池用的质子传导膜的制备及性能,考察了不同的Li2SO4与填充物Al2O3的匹配、微量元素B(H2BO3)的掺杂对膜及电池性能影响.研究了由H2S、(MoS2+NiS)/Li2SO4-Al2O3/pt、air构成的燃料电池在101.13kPa和600~700℃C时的电化学特性.在实验温度范围内,质子传导膜Li2SO4-Al2O3及整个电池系统在H2S气流下具有较好的化学稳定性.温度提高,质子传导膜的内阻减小,膜及电池性能变好.微量元素B的掺杂提高了膜的机械强度及膜的致密性,从而改善了电池的性能.在实验条件下,较适宜的B的掺杂量为2%~5%(质量百分数),较适宜的Li2SO4:Al2O3(质量比)为(3~5):1,电池最大输出电流密度和功率密度在700℃时分别达到200mA.cm-2和55mW.cm-2.钟理 张腾云 WEI Guoling Chuang Karl 2004高校化学工程学报2004,18,2:14
2Endostatin enhances antitumor effect of tumor antigen-pulsed dendritic cell therapy in mouse xenograft model of lung carcinoma显示文摘Objective: To investigate the antitumor effect of endostatin combined with tumor antigen-pulsed dendritic cell(DC)-T cell therapy on lung cancer.Methods: Transplanted Lewis lung cancer(LLC) models of C57BL/6 mice were established by subcutaneous injection of LLC cells in left extremity axillary. Tumor antigen-pulsed DC-T cells from spleen cells and bone of mice were cultured in vitro. Tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into three groups, including DCT+endostatin group, DC-T group, and phosphate-buffered saline(PBS) control group. Microvessel density(MVD) of tumor tissue in tumor-bearing mice was determined by immunohistochemistry(IHC). The expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) were determined by Western blotting and IHC staining. The proportions of CD8+ T cells, mature dendritic cells(m DC), tumor-associated macrophages [TAM(M1/M2)], and myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSC) in suspended cells of tumor tissue were determined by flow cytometry. The expressions of interleukin(IL)-6, IL-10, IL-17, transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) in suspended cells of tumor tissue were detected by enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay(ELISA).Results: DC-T cells combined with endostatin remarkably suppressed tumor growth. MVD of mice in DCT+endostatin group was significantly lower than that of the control group and DC-T monotherapy group. The expressions of VEGF, IL-6 and IL-17 in tumors were markedly decreased, but IFN-γ and HIF-1α increased after treating with DC-T cells combined with endostatin, compared to control group and DC-T group. In the DCT+endostatin group, the proportions of MDSC and TAM(M2 type) were significantly decreased, m DC and TAM(M1 type) were up-regulated, and CD8+ T cells were recruited to infiltrate tumors, in contrast to PBS control and DC-T monotherapy. 4Reduced inorganic sulfur in the sediments of the Yellow Sea and East China Sea显示文摘Cold diffusion methods are used to separate and quantify the three reduced inorganic sulfur species into acid volatile sulfide(AVS), pyrite–S and element sulfur(ES) in the sediments of the Yellow and East China Seas. The results show that up to 25.02 μmol/g of AVS, 113.1 μmol/g of pyrite–S and 44.4 μmol/g of ES are observed in the sediments of the Yellow Sea and East China Sea. Pyrite–S is the predominant sulfide mineral in the sediments, while the concentration of AVS is quite low at most stations in the study area. The amounts and reactivity of organic matter are the primary limited factor for the sulfide formation, while an iron limitation and a sulfate limitation are not observed in the sediments of the Yellow Sea and East China Sea. 5Description of a New Species of the Genus Brachytarsophrys Tian and Hu, 1983(Amphibia: Anura: Megophryidae) from Southern China Based on Molecular and Morphological Data显示文摘A new species, Brachytarsophrys popei sp. nov., is described based on a series of specimens collected from Mount Jinggang, Jiangxi Province, Taoyuandong Nature Reserve, Hunan Province and Nanling Nature Reserve, Guangdong Province, China. The new species can be easily distinguished from other known congeners by morphology, morphometrics and molecular data of the mitochondrial 16 S rRNA gene. It is characterized by its relatively small size with 86.2 mm in snout-vent length in adult female and 70.7 mm–83.5 mm in males; vomerine teeth bearing on two markedly elevated ridges, which projecting behind far beyond the posterior level of the choanae, widely separated by a distance nearly 1.5 times length of one; margin of tongue deeply notched behind; toes about one-third to two-thirds webbed in males, at most one-third webbed in female; the webs extending as a wide fringes along either side of toes; upper eyelid with tubercles, one of which is enlarged and becoming a remarkably prominent, bluntly conical lightyellow horn; black tiny nuptial spines on the dorsal surface of the first finger and second finger base, single vocal sac in males; gravid females bear pure yellowish oocytes; tadpoles with a transverse white stripe on ventral surface and two longitudinal white stripes along the sides of body. 6Loading necrostatin-1 composite bone cement inhibits necroptosis of bone tissue in rabbit显示文摘Bone necrosis after injecting of polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)bone cement will lead to re-fracture of bone tissue.As a new type of necrosis,there is little research related to the necroptosis of surrounding bone tissue near the bone cement.The purpose of our study was to(i)investigate the presence of necroptosis in vivo and,(ii)established as a new type of bone cement containing PMMA,calcium phosphate cement(CPC)and Necrostatin-1(Nec-1)to inhibit necroptosis of bone tissue.A total of 12 Japanese rabbits were used to establish the animal model and randomly divided into 4 groups signed as a control group,PMMA group,PMMA–CPC group and PMMA–CPC–Nec-1 group,respectively.We used scanning electron microscope to observe the structure of the samples,used HE staining to detect the necrosis,and used western blotting as well as ELISA test to examine the iconic molecule receptor interacting protein kinase-3(RIP 3)protein and tumor necrosis factor a(TNF-a).After analyzing the results of our study,we found that the structure in both PMMA bone cement group and composite bone cement group was damaged and there was an evidence of necrosis,but it was absent in control group.Through molecule detection,the RIP 3 protein expression was decreased in PMMA–CPC–Nec-1(P<0.05).TNF-a expression was increased in bone cement groups with and without CPC(P<0.05),but was inhibited in PMMA–CPC–Nec-1 group.We have concluded that the necroptosis could be confirmed in bone tissue necrosis induced by TNF-a after bone cement injection and also could be inhibited by composite bone cement with Nec-1.Xiang Ji Feng Xu Guoling Dong Chongzhe Jia Pu Jia Hao Chen Hai Tang 2019Regenerative Biomaterials2019,6,2:4
7Impact of external carbon source on A2/O system and its biological phosphorus and nitrogen removal efficiency before and after restoration显示文摘以啤酒废水作为外加碳源,研究了不同浓度外加碳源对A2/O系统的冲击情况,并通过调节工艺参数对系统进行修复,对比了修复前后系统的脱氮除磷效果。结果表明,投加低浓度(COD为50mg/L)外加碳源没有影响系统的正常运行,且有助于提高系统的脱氮除磷效率;用COD为150mg/L的啤酒废水对系统进行冲击时,总氮、氨氮、总磷和COD的去除率均有所下降,依次下降了31.53、16.38、7.61、10.19百分点;经过修复后,与冲击前相比较,各分析指标的去除率略有降低。用高浓度(COD为250nag/L)的啤酒废水冲击A2/O系统,冲击期间各分析指标显著下降,且产生轻微的污泥膨胀,修复后各分析指标去除率依次降低了11.75、9.56、21.20、20.79百分点。实验表明,啤酒废水可以作为外加碳源用以调节系统的C/N,且A0/o系统对浓度变化的冲击具有一定的抵抗力。LIU Fangjing DUAN Yitong ZHAO Jianhui CHENG Guoling LI Yongfeng 2014环境污染与防治2014,36,4:4
8Impact of Different Diets on Adult Tri-Spine Horseshoe Crab,Tachypleus tridentatus显示文摘Effective culture and management of adult tri-spine horseshoe crab,Tachypleus tridentatus can ensure that stock enhancement programs and aquaculture systems are maintained.To explore suitable feed for animals during the breeding season,Pacific oyster(Ostrea gigas)(oyster group;OG)and frozen sharpbelly fish(Hemiculter leucisculus)(frozen fish group;FG)were selected to feed 20 T.tridentatus male and female pairs,respectively.At the end of the experiment,intestinal samples were obtained to measure digestive enzymes activities.The intestinal flora were determined by 16S r DNA sequencing.No eggs were observed in the FG and one T.tridentatus adult died.No animals died in the OG,and 9.7×10;eggs were obtained.These results show that oysters are more suitable for the development and reproduction of adult T.tridentatus than frozen fish.Additionally,the digestive enzyme activity analysis revealed that animals in the OG exhibited higher protein digestibility than those in the FG,but no significant differences in lipid and carbohydrate uptake were observed between the groups.Furthermore,the intestinal flora analysis showed that operational taxonomic units(OTUs)and the Chao1 index were significantly higher in the OG than in the FG,but no significant difference was observed in the Shannon or Simpson indices between the groups.Our data indicate that the oyster diet improved the intestinal microbial diversity of T.tridentatus.We hypothesize that nutrients,such as oyster-based taurine,proteins,and highly unsaturated fatty acids,improve protease activity in the T.tridentatus digestive tract,alter the intestinal floral structure,and improve the reproductive performance of T.tridentatus.YING Ziwei BAO Yuyuan LI Yinkang YE Guoling ZHANG Shuhuan XU Peng ZHU Junhua XIE Xiaoyong 2022Journal of Ocean University of China2022,21,3:3
9A numerical study of non-Darcy flow in EGS heat reservoirs during heat extraction显示文摘Underground non-Darcy fluid flow has been observed and investigated for decades in the petroleum industry. It is deduced by analogy that the fluid flow in enhanced geothermal system (EGS) heat reservoirs may also be in the non-Darcy regime under some conditions. In this paper, a transient 3D model was presented, taking into consideration the non-Darcy fluid flow in EGS heat reservoirs, to simulate the EGS long-term heat extraction process. Then, the non-Darcy flow behavior in water- and supercritical CO2 (SCCO2)-based EGSs was simulated and discussed. It is found that non-Darcy effects decrease the mass flow rate of the fluid injected and reduce the heat extraction rate of EGS as a flow resistance in addition to the Darcy resistance which is imposed to the seepage flow in EGS heat reservoirs. Compared with the water-EGS, the SCCO2-EGS are more prone to experiencing much stronger non-Darcy flow due to the much larger mobility of the SCCO2. The non-Darcy flow in SCCO2- EGSs may thus greatly reduce their heat extraction performance. Further, a criterion was analyzed and proposed to judge the onset of the non-Darcy flow in EGS heat reservoirs. The fluid flow rate and the initial thermal state of the reservoir were taken and the characteristic Forchheimer number of an EGS was calculated.
