3Fault Systems and Their Mechanisms of the Formation and Distribution of the Tarim Basin,NW China显示文摘This article aims to analyze the main controlling factors of development,distribution and evolution of the fault systems in the Tarim Basin.Based on the seismic profile interpretation,comprehensive analysis of the drilling and geologic data,six fault systems maybe recognized in the Tarim Basin,they are the foreland fault system of the South Tianshan Mountain,the northern Tarim uplift fault system,North Tarim depression fault system,central fault system,Southwest Tarim fault system,and Southeast Tarim fault system.It is indicated that the main differences exist at the development,evolution and distribution of the fault systems in the Tarim Basin.The sub-fault systems can be recognized according to the differences of the fault development and distribution in the interior of the fault system.It is characterized that the multi-level differential development and distribution of the fault systems exist in the Tarim Basin.The fault belt developed in the Paleozoic strata mainly distribute at the paleo-uplift and paleo-slope in the interior of the Tarim Basin,and the fault belt occurred in the Meso–Cenozoic beds mainly develop at the peripheral foreland depressions.Zonal and segment differential development and distribution of the fault systems also exist in the Tarim Basin.The formation and distribution of the Tarim fault systems is of complex controlling mechanisms.Poly-phase structural movement and tectonic transition controls the multi-phase differential development and distribution of the fault systems in the Tarim Basin.Multi-level differential development and distribution is controlled by multi-level detachment belt and regional unconformities.Zonal and segment differential development and distribution of the Tarim fault systems maybe controlled by pre-existed basement structural texture.The major direction of the fault systems in the Tarim Basin is controlled by the later stage basin-mountain coupling.Liangjie Tang Taizhu Huang Haijun Qiu Guimei Wan Meng Li Yong Yang Daqing Xie Gang Chen 2014Journal of Earth Science2014,25,1:6
4esveratrol inhibits necroptosis by mediating the TNF-α/RIP1/RIP3/MLKL pathway in myocardial hypoxia/reoxygenation injury显示文摘Resveratrol(RES)protects myocardial cells from hypoxia/reoxygenation(H/R)-caused injury.However,the mechanism of this effect has not been clarified.Thus,in this study,we aimed to determine whether RES attenuates H/R-induced cell necroptosis by inhibiting the tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)/receptor-interacting protein kinase 1(RIP1)/RIP3/mixed-lineage kinase domain-like(MLKL)signaling pathway.Rat myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)models and H/R-injured cell models were constructed.Our study showed that myocardial H/R injury significantly increased the levels of TNF-α,RIP1,RIP3,and p-MLKL/MLKL by western blot analysis.Cell viability assay and 4,6-dianmidino-2-phenylindole(DAPI)-propidium iodide staining showed that the cell viability was decreased,and necroptosis was increased after myocardial H/R injury.The expressions of TNF-α,RIP1,RIP3,and p-MLKL/MLKL in H/R myocardial cells treated with different concentrations of RES were significantly downregulated.In addition,we also found that the cell viability was increased and necroptosis was decreased in dose-dependent manners when H/R-injured cells were treated with RES.In addition,the enhanced effect of TNF-αon necroptosis in myocardial H/R-injured cells was improved by RES,and the effect of RES was confirmed in vivo in I/R rats.This study also showed that RES suppresses necroptosis in H9c2 cells,which may occur through the inhibition of the TNF-α/RIP1/RIP3/MLKL signaling pathway.Our data suggest that necroptosis is a promising therapeutic target and may be a promising therapeutic target for the treatment of myocardial I/R injury.Yongjun Hu Hongwei Pan Jianqiang Peng Jin He Mingxiang Tang Sulan Yan Jingjing Rong Junshan Li Zhaofen Zheng Haijun Wang Yanfu Liu Xin Zhong 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,4:6
5Monitoring of atmospheric radionuclides from the Fukushima nuclear accident and assessing their impact on Xi'an, China显示文摘Aerosol radionuclides (131I, 134Cs, 137Cs) and gaseous radioactive xenon (133Xe) were monitored at Xi'an, China following the accident at the Fukushima nuclear power plant in March 2011. The additional annual effective dose attributable to the Fukushima emissions was much lower than the public annual effective dose from natural radiation, according to Chinese national standards. The monitoring results were compared with data from other countries as well as with the radionuclide concentrations observed in Xi'an after the Chernobyl nuclear accident in 1986. Possible transport pathways of the released radionuclides from Fukushima to Xi'an were investigated. 6Fracture of two three-dimensional parallel internal cracks in brittle solid under ultrasonic fracturing显示文摘Similar to hydraulic fracturing(HF), the coalescence and fracture of cracks are induced within a rock under the action of an ultrasonic field, known as ultrasonic fracturing(UF). Investigating UF is important in both hard rock drilling and oil and gas recovery. A three-dimensional internal laser-engraved crack(3D-ILC) method was introduced to prefabricate two parallel internal cracks within the samples without any damage to the surface. The samples were subjected to UF. The mechanism of UF was elucidated by analyzing the characteristics of fracture surfaces. The crack propagation path under different ultrasonic parameters was obtained by numerical simulation based on the Paris fatigue model and compared to the experimental results of UF. The results show that the 3D-ILC method is a powerful tool for UF research.Under the action of an ultrasonic field, the fracture surface shows the characteristics of beach marks and contains powder locally, indicating that the UF mechanism includes high-cycle fatigue fracture, shear and friction, and temperature load. The two internal cracks become close under UF. The numerical result obtained by the Paris fatigue model also shows the attraction of the two cracks, consistent with the test results. The 3D-ILC method provides a new tool for the experimental study of UF. 7Reservoir accumulation conditions and key exploration&development technologies for Keshen gas field in Tarim Basin显示文摘The Keshen gas field is located in the central part of Kuqa foreland thrust belt in Tarim Basin,and is another large gas field discovered in Kuqa depression after Kela 2 gas field.Since the breakthrough in 2008,a number of large and medium scale gas reservoirs including Keshen 2,Keshen 5 and Keshen 8 have been discovered,that are characterized by ultra depth,ultra-high pressure,ultra-low porosity,ultra-low permeability,high temperature and high pressure.With natural gas geological reserves of nearly trillion cubic meters and production capacity of nearly 5.5 billion cubic meters,the Keshen gas field is the main natural gas producing area in Tarim Oilfield.The Keshen gas field is located in a series of thrusting imbrication structures in the Kelasu structural belt of Kuqa foreland thrust belt.The salt roof structure,plastic rheology of salt beds and pre-salt faulted anticlinal structure constitute the large wedge-shaped thrust body.The thick delta sandstone of the Cretaceous Bashijike Formation is widely distributed,and it forms the superior reservoir-caprock combination with overlying Paleogene thick gypsum-salt bed.The deep Jurassic-Triassic oil and gas migrate vertically along fault system formed in Late Himalaya,break through the thick Cretaceous mudstone and move laterally along the fracture system of the pre-salt reservoirs,to form anticline and fault anticline high pressure reservoir groups.Through near ten years of studies,the three-dimensional seismic acquisition and processing technology for complex mountainous areas,extrusion salt-related structural modeling technology and fractured low-porosity sandstone reservoir evaluation technology have been established,which lay a foundation for realization of oil and gas exploration objectives.Logging acquisition and evaluation technology for high temperature,high pressure,ultra-deep and low-porosity sandstone gas reservoirs,and efficient development technology for fractured tight sandstone gas reservoirs have been developed,which provide a technical support for efficient exploration&development and rapid production of the Keshen gas field.Haijun Yang Yong Li Yangang Tang Ganglin Lei Xiongwei Sun Peng Zhou Lu Zhou Anming Xu Jingjie Tang Wenhui Zhu Jiangwei Shang Weili Chen Mei Li 2019Petroleum Research2019,4,4:3

9First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. 10Salt-related structure and deformation mechanism of the Middle-Lower Cambrian in the middle-west parts of the Central Uplift and adjacent areas of the Tarim Basin显示文摘The salt beds of the Middle-Lower Cambrian are widespread in the middle-west parts of the Central Uplift and adjacent areas, the Tarim Basin. This paper presents the results of seismic interpretation and drilling data analysis, which discovered that the salt beds were formed in an old geologic age, deeply buried, with relatively small scaled flowing and gathering and uneven distribution. As the regional detachment layers, the salt sequences considerably control the structural deformation of the up-salt Paleozoic, forming a series of hydrocarbon traps. In due course, the salt beds of the Middle-Lower Cambrian provide excellent cap rocks and trap conditions; thus the value of exploring hydrocabon reservoir in the target strata of the sub-salt Sinian- Cambrian is greatly increased. Research has shown that the salt-related structures of the Middle-Lower Cambrian in the area mainly exist in the form of salt pillow, salt roller, up-salt anticline, salt diapir, assemblage of the salt arch and up-salt fault-block, assemblage of basement fault and salt anticline, assemblage of the basement fault-block and salt dome, assemblage of salt detachment and fault-related fold, and assemblage of basement fault-block, salt arch and up-salt imbricated thrusts. The evolution and deformation mechanisms of the salt-related structures are controlled largely by basement faulting, compressional shortening, plastic flowing and gathering, superstratum gravitation, and up-salt faulting and detaching. 11First results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from CDEX-1 experiment显示文摘We report the first results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from stage one of the China dark-matter experiment(CDEX).A p-type point-contact high-purity germanium detector with a mass of 994 g has been installed to detect neutrinoless double beta decay events, as well as to directly detect dark matter particles. An exposure of 304 kg d has been analyzed over a wide spectral band from 500 keV to 3 MeV. The average event rate obtained was about 0.012 counts per keV per kg per day over the 2.039 MeV energy range. The half-life of ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay derived based on this result is T^(0ν)1/2>6.4×10^(22) yr(90% C.L.). 13Depletion of VPS35 attenuates metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma by restraining the Wnt/PCP signaling pathway显示文摘Vesicle Protein Sorting 35(VPS35)is a novel oncogene that promotes tumor growth through the PI3K/AKT signaling in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).However,the role of VPS35 in HCC metastasis and the underlying mechanisms remain largely unclear.In this study,we observed that overexpression of VPS35 enhanced hepatoma cell invasion and metastasis by inducing epithelialemesenchymal transition(EMT)-related gene expression.Conversely,knockout of VPS35 significantly inhibited hepatoma cell migration and invasion.Furthermore,depletion of VPS35 decreased the lung metastasis of HCC in nude mice.By transcriptome analysis,we determined that VPS35 promoted HCC metastasis by activating the Wnt/non-canonical planar cell polarity(PCP)pathway.Mechanistically,VPS35 activated the PCP pathway by regulating membrane sorting and trafficking of Frizzled-2(FZD2)and ROR1 in hepatoma cells.Collectively,our results indicate that VPS35 promotes HCC metastasis via enhancing the Wnt/PCP signaling,thus providing a potential prognostic marker and therapeutic target for HCC.Yi Liu Haijun Deng Li Liang Guiji Zhang Jie Xia Keyue Ding Ni Tang Kai Wang 2021Genes & Diseases2021,8,2:2

15Evaluation of the weakening behavior of gas on the coal strength and its quantitative influence on the coal deformation显示文摘The coal strength and deformation properties are key factors affecting safe coal mining and highefficiency coalbed methane(CBM)development.In this paper,reconstituted coal samples are chosen to investigate the weakening behavior of gas on coal strength,meanwhile,its effects on coal deformation are quantitatively evaluated.The results indicate that the weakening degree of gas on coal strength is closely related to the confining stress and gas pressure.Compared with non-gas-saturated coals,the maximum weakening ratios of adsorbed gas to coal strength are 10.58%,18.12%,8.55%and 14.65%under the conditions of confining stress CS=3 MPa and gas pressure GP=1 MPa,CS=3 MPa and GP=2 MPa,CS=4 MPa and GP=1 MPa,and CS=4 MPa and GP=2 MPa,respectively.Furthermore,the maximum weakening ratios of free gas to coal strength are 18.27%,36.54%,14.79%and 29.58%,respectively,under above four conditions.The maximum coal bulk strain decreases as particle sizes of coal powders increase,and it has a maximum value of 0.0227 and a minimum value of 0.0191 in particle size ranges of 0.01–0.041 and 0.5–1 mm.Under the same conditions,the coal bulk strain increases with increasing gas pressure,revealing that coal deformation properties can be enhanced by gas.Haijun Guo Kai Wang Yuchen Wu Hanlu Tang Jianguo Wu Lianhe Guan Chenyang Chang Chao Xu 2021International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2021,31,3:2

17Fracturing behavior of brittle solids containing 3D internal crack of different depths under ultrasonic fracturing显示文摘Ultrasonic fracturing(UF)can be used to form crack networks for oil or gas in the mining industry and hard rock excavation.In this paper,the three-dimensional internal laser-engraved crack method(3DILC)is introduced to make penny-shaped internal crack within the samples without any damage to the surfaces.Physical experiments were performed on the transparent samples with internal cracks at different depths.The macro-and micro-fracture fractography characteristics were focused on and analyzed in details.Based on fractography,the mechanisms of the UF were revealed.The propagation paths of cracks of different depths were simulated based on the Paris fatigue model and compared with experimental results.The results show that the 3D-ILC method is a powerful tool for the experimental research on the internal crack propagation in the UF.Under the action of ultrasonic field,fractography shows the characteristics of beach marks,lance-like pattern,rime-like pattern and glass powder.It can be judged that the mechanisms of UF include high cycle fatigue fracture,shear fracture,and friction.The results of the numerical simulation using the Paris fatigue model are consistent with the experimental results.Haijun Wang Hanzhang Li Lei Tang Jianchun Li Xuhua Ren 2022International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,6:1

20Block copolymer electrolyte with adjustable functional units for solid polymer lithium metal battery显示文摘Solid polymer electrolytes have been considered as the promising candidates to improve the safety and stability of high-energy lithium metal batteries.However,the practical applications of solid polymer electrolytes are still limited by the low ionic conductivity,poor interfacial contact with electrodes,narrow electrochemical window and weak mechanical strength.Here,a series of novel block copolymer electrolytes with three-dimensional networks are designed by cross-linked copolymerization of the polyethylene glycol soft segments and hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer hard segments.Their ionic migration performances and interface compatibilities with Li metal anode have been optimized delicately by tailoring the ratio of these functional units.The optimized block copolymer electrolyte has shown an amorphous crystalline structure,a high ionic conductivity of ~5.7×10^(-4)S cm^(-1),high lithium ion transference number(~0.49),wide electrochemical window up to ~4.65 V(vs.Li+/Li) and favorable mechanical strength at 55℃.Furthermore,the enhanced interface compatibility can well support the normal operations of lithium metal batteries using both LiFePO4 and LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2 cathodes.This study not only paves a new way to develop solid polymer electrolyte with optimizing functional units,but also provides a polymer electrolyte design strategy for the application demand of lithium metal battery.Zhiyuan Lin Xianwei Guo Yubo Yang Mingxue Tang Qi Wei Haijun Yu 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,1:1
