1新型两相磁通切换型双凸极永磁电机的静态特性研究(英文)显示文摘提出并分析了一种新型两相磁通切换型双凸极永磁电机的结构特点和运行原理,基于有限元法深入研究其静态特性,并通过转子斜槽以改善性能。解析分析了转矩的各个分量和引起脉动的主要因素。结果表明,双极性绕组永磁磁链显著增加了电机的转矩密度,且磁链和反电动势波形从本质上都是正弦分布,特别适合于无刷交流运行。所得结果为该种电机的设计、性能分析以及运行控制等提供了重要依据。花为 程明 Z. Q. Zhu D. Howe 2006电工技术学报2006,21,6:26
2雷州半岛红树林湿地鸟类多样性显示文摘从2000年5月-2003年11月,调查了雷州半岛红树林湿地鸟类。共记录鸟类133种,水鸟和迁徙鸟分别占总记录鸟类数量的81.7%和70.4%。分别有9种、2种、16种和12种鸟被列为中国红皮书保护种、IUCN保护种、CITES保护种和中国国家Ⅱ级保护种;还有63种被列为中日候鸟协定保护种、32种被列为中澳候鸟协定保护种。不同调查地点,鸟类的种类和数量相差较大,高桥鸟类最丰富,记录到83种鸟;五里鸟类种类最少,仅记录到40种鸟,各地鸟类种的相似性很低。环颈鸻(Charadrius alexandrinus)、白腰杓鹬(Nume-nius arquata)和红嘴鸥(Larus ridibundus)在雷州半岛的种群数量达到国际重要湿地的标准。雷州半岛鸟类种的丰度和多度季节变化明显,冬季种类多、数量丰富,夏季种类少、数量贫乏。冬季和夏季总的鸟类数量(P=0.043)和水鸟数量(P=0.001)差异明显。保护整个沿海红树林湿地是保护雷州半岛红树林湿地鸟类多样性的关键。邹发生 杨琼芳 蔡俊钦 John Howes Tom Dahmer 张苇 2008生态学杂志2008,27,3:22
313181例疑似生殖道支原体感染患者支原体分布及耐药性分析显示文摘近年来生殖道支原体感染的发病率位居全国监测的8种性传播疾病的首位[1]。生殖道支原体常引起非淋球菌性尿道炎,女性宫颈炎、盆腔炎,男性前列腺炎、附睾炎,以及不孕不育等多种疾病。随着抗菌药物的广泛使用,支原体分离株的耐药性也逐渐上升。早前研究发现,男性和女性患者感染的支原体类型可能存在差异,但其临床分布及菌株耐药性的差异则较少见报道。本研究对2014年1至12月宁波大学医学院附属医院13181例疑似生殖道支原体感染患者送检样本的培养及药敏试验结果进行汇总和分析,现将结果报道如下。周琼艳 赵敬军 许素玲 Karina S. 5New yellow Ba_(0.93)Eu_(0.07)Al_(2)O_(4) phosphor for warm-white light-emitting diodes through single-emitting-center conversion显示文摘Phosphor-converted white light-emitting diodes for indoor illumination need to be warm-white(i.e.,correlated color temperature,4000 K)with good color rendition(i.e.,color rendering index.80).However,no single-phosphor,single-emitting-center-converted white light-emitting diodes can simultaneously satisfy the color temperature and rendition requirements due to the lack of sufficient red spectral component in the phosphors’emission spectrum.Here,we report a new yellow Ba_(0.93)Eu_(0.07)Al_(2)O_(4) phosphor that has a new orthorhombic lattice structure and exhibits a broad yellow photoluminescence band with sufficient red spectral component.Warm-white emissions with correlated color temperature,4000 K and color rendering index.80 were readily achieved when combining the Ba_(0.93)Eu_(0.07)Al_(2)O_(4) phosphor with a blue light-emitting diode(440–470 nm).This study demonstrates that warm-white light-emitting diodes with high color rendition(i.e.,color rendering index.80)can be achieved based on single-phosphor,single-emitting-center conversion.Xufan Li John D Budai Feng Liu Jane Y Howe Jiahua Zhang Xiao-Jun Wang Zhanjun Gu Chengjun Sun Richard S Meltzer Zhengwei Pan 2013Light(Science & Applications)2013,2,1:11
6Organic chloramines in chlorine-based disinfected water systems: A critical review显示文摘This paper is a critical review of current knowledge of organic chloramines in water systems,including their formation, stability, toxicity, analytical methods for detection, and their impact on drinking water treatment and quality. The term organic chloramines may refer to any halogenated organic compounds measured as part of combined chlorine(the difference between the measured free and total chlorine concentrations), and may include N-chloramines,N-chloramino acids, N-chloraldimines and N-chloramides. Organic chloramines can form when dissolved organic nitrogen or dissolved organic carbon react with either free chlorine or inorganic chloramines. They are potentially harmful to humans and may exist as an intermediate for other disinfection by-products. However, little information is available on the formation or occurrence of organic chloramines in water due to a number of challenges. One of the biggest challenges for the identification and quantification of organic chloramines in water systems is the lack of appropriate analytical methods. In addition, many of the organic chloramines that form during disinfection are unstable, which results in difficulties in sampling and detection. To date research has focussed on the study of organic monochloramines.However, given that breakpoint chlorination is commonly undertaken in water treatment systems, the formation of organic dichloramines should also be considered. Organic chloramines can be formed from many different precursors and pathways. 9Robotic surgery in pediatric urology显示文摘While robotic surgery has shown clear utility and advantages in the adult population,its role in pediatrics remains controversial.Pediatric-sized robotic instruments and equipment are not readily available yet,so certain modifications can be made in order to make robotic surgery successful in children.While the cost of robotic surgery remains high compared to open procedures,patients experience greater satisfaction and quality of life with robotic surgery.Robotic pyeloplasty is a standard of care in older children,and has even been performed in infants and re-do surgery.Other robotic procedures performed in children include heminephroureterectomy,ureteroureterostomy,ureteral reimplantation,urachal cyst excision,bladder diverticulectomy,and bladder reconstructive procedures such as augmentation,appendicovesicostomy,antegrade continence enema,bladder neck reconstruction and sling,as well as other procedures.Robotic surgery has also been used in oncologic cases such as partial nephrectomy and retroperitoneal lymph node dissection.Future improvements in technology with production of pediatric-sized robotic instruments,along with increases in robotictrained pediatric urologists and surgeon experience along each’s learning curve,will help to further advance the field of robotic surgery in pediatric urology.Adam Howe Zachary Kozel Lane Palmer 2017Asian Journal of Urology2017,4,1:6

13视神经脊髓炎IgG刺激原代培养大鼠星形胶质细胞免疫反应显示文摘视神经脊髓炎(NMO)主要累及星形胶质细胞,导致中枢神经系统炎症、脱髓鞘和组织损伤。脑内病灶常高表达水通道蛋白4(AQP4),AQP4被认为是NMO血清IgG的抗原目标。根据NMO的可逆性及对NMO病灶演变特点的分析,笔者推测NMO IgG可能诱导了星形胶质细胞的动态免疫过程。培养原代大鼠星形胶质细胞,加入从NMO患者血清中提取或纯化的IgG,星形胶质细胞出现炎性增殖,同时基因表达出现与之匹配的明显变化。且星形胶质细胞反应因子脂质运载蛋白-2、多种趋化因子、细胞因子、应激反应因子的表达均增加。而在培养的原代星形胶质细胞中加入从正常对照者血清中提取的IgG则无上述变化。此星形胶质细胞的反应还与疾病种类相关。从复发缓解型多发硬化、Sj觟gren's或系统性红斑狼疮患者血清中提取的IgG加入培养的原代星形胶质细胞中也不能导致上述变化。笔者推测是NMO IgG与AQP4结合,导致星形胶质细胞出现炎症反应,并出现基因在转录和翻译水平的相应变化。抑制星形胶质细胞的炎症反应可能有助于减少星形胶质细胞增殖,缓解NMO病灶的发展。Howe CL Kaptzan T Magaa SM Ayers-Ringler JR LaFrance-Corey RG Lucchinetti CF 2014神经损伤与功能重建2014,9,3:4
14为双汽球 enteroscopy 的学习曲线: 从 282 过程的分析的调查结果显示文摘 AIM: To determine the learning curves for antegrade double-balloon enteroscopy (aDBE) and retrograde DBE (rDBE) by analyzing the technical success rates. METHODS: A retrospective analysis in a tertiary referral center. This study reviewed all cases from June 2006 to April 2011 with a target lesion in the small-bowel identified by either capsule endoscopy or computed tomography scan posted for DBE examinations. Main outcome measurements were: (1) Technical success of aDBE def ined by f inding or excluding a target lesion after achieving suff icient length of small bowel intubation; and (2) Technical success for rDBE was def ined by either f inding the target lesion or achieving stable overtube placement in the ileum. RESULTS: Two hundred and eighty two procedures fulf illed the inclusion criteria and were analyzed. These procedures were analyzed by blocks of 30 cases. Therewas no distinct learning curve for aDBE. Technical success rates for rDBE continued to rise over time, although on logistic regression analysis testing for trend, there was no signif icance (P = 0.09). The odds of success increased by a factor of 1.73 (95% CI: 0.93-3.22) for rDBE. For these data, it was estimated that at least 30-35 cases of rDBE under supervision were needed to achieve a good technical success of more than 75%. CONCLUSION: There was no learning curve for aDBE. Technical success continued to increase over time for rDBE, although a learning curve could not be proven statistically. 18INTERPRETATION OF COPPER AND ZINC CONTAMINATION IN THE AQUATIC ENVIRONMENT OF PENINSULAR MALAYSIA WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO A POLLUTED RIVER,SEPANG RIVER显示文摘Three different aquatic ecosystems(an urban pond,Kelana Jaya Pond;a polluted river,Sepang River;and the intertidal and offshore areas of the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia)with different sets of ecological backgrounds and human activities were reviewed and assessed for the levels of Cu and Zn contamination with special reference to those found in polluted sediments collected from the Sepang River.The discussion on the contamination levels of Cu and Zn in the aquatic environment of Peninsular Malaysia was based on a comparison of the metal contamination of 4 kinds of aquatic environments.The comparison of 4 different areas was based on ① total concentrations of 2 metals;② the concentrations and percentages of the nonresistant(EFLE,acid-reducible and oxidisable-organic)and resistant geochemical fractions;and ③ correlation coefficients(R-values)based on data of 4 areas separately and a combination of 4 areas.The Sepang River recorded nonresistant fractions of 63.1% for Zn and 55.8% for Cu in addition to slightly lower metal concentrations when compared to those(60%-70%)reported before the shutting down of the piggery activities in that area.These nonresistant metal percentages(55%-63%)indicated that the metal concentrations were still dominated by anthropogenic sources since nonresistant fraction of metals were mostly contributed by anthropogenic sources.The positive results from the four different aquatic environments assessed here provided strong evidence to show that Malaysia's aquatic environment had received anthropogenic Cu and Zn.The present study also showed that the percentage of the nonresistant fraction and the R-values based on correlation analysis of Cu and Zn could be used as indicators of Cu and Zn pollution in the Malaysian aquatic ecosystem.Based on the present data,the correlation coefficients(R-values)are potential indicators of EFLE Cu and acid-reducible Cu of the sediments.The use of R-values as indicators of metal pollution is suggested and it is applicable to other heavy metal data although it should be improved in future studies.Chee Kong Yap Ahmad Ismail Ching How Low Soon Guan Tan 2007湿地科学2007,5,4:2
