1海南东寨港红树林湿地污染监测与评价研究显示文摘近年来海南东寨港红树林湿地生态环境受到严重污染,加之从2012年来以有孔团水虱为主的海洋污损动物在保护区内大面积爆发,使红树林遭受严重破坏。因此对海南东寨港红树林湿地进行污染监测、污染源分析及生态系统健康诊断、评估、预警是非常必要的。本文在对东寨港红树林湿地连续5 a监测和污染调查的基础上,采用单因子污染指数法、内梅罗指数法和综合营养状态指数法评价海南东寨港红树林自然保护区的污染状况和变化特征,探究其主要污染因子及其成因,并根据评价结果对红树林湿地生态系统的恢复提出相应对策与建议。研究结果显示在近5 a的时间里海南东寨港红树林湿地经历了从2013年-2015年污染程度逐渐减轻,到2016年-2017年污染情况再次严重的过程。根据三种污染评价方法得出近两年塔市、山尾村、三江镇区域水质污染和富营养化情况最严重,水体污染以有机质和氮污染为主。相关管理部门应加强监管并采取相应措施,控制高位池养虾数量,实施退塘还林及虾塘养殖废水处理等措施,尽快使海南东寨港红树林生态系统得以恢复。杨玉楠 刘晶 Myat Thiri 2020海洋环境科学2020,39,3:8
2危害我国红树林的团水虱的生物学特征显示文摘近些年来,团水虱(Sphaeroma spp.)在红树林生态系统中的持续爆发已成为天然和人工红树林遭受破坏的主要原因之一,在我国海南、广东和广西都有不同程度的发生.目前国内有关红树林湿地团水虱的生物学特征研究较少,而明确团水虱的生物学特征是研发其防控技术的重要依据.本研究通过文献查阅和实地调查,总结了团水虱危害中国红树林的现状,团水虱的种类、分布和生活史,以及繁殖和聚集的季节、繁殖方式、营养物质偏好等,以期为团水虱的防控提供理论和技术方面的支撑.杨玉楠 MYAT Thiri 刘晶 王瑶 2018应用海洋学学报2018,37,2:6
3Atmospheric HULIS and its ability to mediate the reactive oxygen species (ROS): A review显示文摘Atmospheric humic-like substances(HULIS) are not only an unresolved mixture of macroorganic compounds but also powerful chelating agents in atmospheric particulate matters(PMs); impacting on both the properties of aerosol particles and health effects by generating reactive oxygen species(ROS). Currently, the interests of HULIS are intensively shifting to the investigations of HULIS-metal synergic effects and kinetics modeling studies, as well as the development of HULIS quantification, findings of possible HULIS sources and generation of ROS from HULIS. In light of HULIS studies, we comprehensively review the current knowledge of isolation and physicochemical characterization of HULIS from atmospheric samples as well as HULIS properties(hygroscopic, surface activity, and colloidal) and possible sources of HULIS.This review mainly highlights the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS) from PMs, HULIS and transition metals, especially iron. This review also summarized the mechanism of ironorganic complexation and recent findings of OH formation from HULIS-metal complexes. 4Sodium cantharidinate,a novel anti-pancreatic cancer agent that activates functional p53显示文摘Despite the use of many types of chemotherapies for pancreatic cancer, optimal efficacy has not been obtained so far. Pancreatic cancer shows a high incidence of TP53 mutations, inactivating its tumor suppressor activity. In this study, we identified sodium cantharidinate as a novel, potential anti-pancreatic cancer agent that activates p53 function. Sodium cantharidinate reduced the viability of pancreatic cancer cells, including the human primary pancreatic cancer cells, PANC-1, As PC-1, SW1990 and BXPC-3, in a dose-dependent manner. Sodium cantharidinate induced apoptosis and DNA damage of pancreatic cancer cells. Furthermore, proteome-wide sequencing analysis detected a marked perturbation in p53 signaling pathway on PANC-1 cells upon sodium cantharidinate. Consistent with the previous results, sodium cantharidinate treatment decreased Bcl-2 and mitochondrial cytochrome-c protein expression, as well as phosphorylation of MDM2;meanwhile, it increased the levels of cleaved-caspase-3,cleaved-caspase-9, cleaved-PARP, Bax, and phosphorylated p53, thus inducing the apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cells. The p53-activating effect of sodium cantharidinate was strongly abrogated by treatment with TP53-targeting sh RNA. Moreover, sodium cantharidinate inhibited neoplasm growth via the JAK2-STAT3 pathway, which was inhibited by sh RNA-TP53 and triggered by combination with gemcitabine. Combination therapy indicated that sodium cantharidinate and gemcitabine synergistically reduced ex vivo and in vivo growth of pancreatic neoplasm. Further docking studies revealed the different binding fates of sodium cantharidinate to activate wild-type p53 function. 5Indicators of fatal outcome in severe Plasmodium falciparum malaria:a study in a tertiary-care hospital in Thailand显示文摘Objective:To illustrate the clinical features and investigate the indicators associated with a fatal outcome in adult patients with severe Plasmodium falciparum malaria admitted to the Hospital for Tropical Diseases,Bangkok,Thailand.Methods:We studied 202 adult malaria patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit.A total of 43 clinical variables were identified by univariate and logistic regression analyses,to eliminate confounding factors.Results:Regarding the statistical methods,only 6 variables-jaundice,cerebral malaria,metabolic acidosis,body mass index,initial respiratory rate,and white blood cell count-were significant indicators of death, with adjusted odds ratios(95%CI) of 15.2(2.1-32.3).4.3(2.3-12.6),3.3(2.3-5.7),2.4(1.9-3.5),2.2 (1.5-2.6),and 1.7(1.2-3.1),respectively.Conclusions:Our study found that jaundice,cerebral malaria,metabolic acidosis,body mass index,initial respiratory rate and white blood cell count were indicators of fatal outcome in severe Plasmodium falciparum malaria.Further studies on the fatal indicators in severe malaria need to be compared with data from different geographical areas,to construct practical measures to address potentially fatal indicators in different settings.Noppadon Tangpukdee Khin Myat Wai Sant Muangnoicharoen Shigeyuki Kano Nanthaporn Phophak Janram Tiemprasert Srivicha Krudsood Polrat Wilairatana 2010Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2010,3,11:4
6拔牙后不同类型骨缺损行位点保存术骨量恢复的CBCT比较研究显示文摘目的:探讨拔牙位点保存术在恢复骨缺损中的作用以及对不同类型骨缺损可能存在的骨增量差异。方法:选取广西医科大学附属口腔医院种植科就诊的患者80例,分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。实验组在行拔牙术的同时行拔牙位点保存术,对照组拔牙术后不填充骨替代材料;两组再根据拔牙窝牙槽骨缺损的类型分为4个亚组:拔牙窝为一壁骨缺损(A组)、二壁骨缺损(B组)、三壁骨缺损(C组)、四壁骨缺损(D组)。实验组无膜拔牙后采用脱矿的牛骨混合10%骨胶原(Bio-Oss Collagen?)保存牙槽骨,所有研究对象拔牙术前行锥形束计算机断层扫描(CBCT),6个月后随访。结果:实验组平均骨高度较术前增加,牙槽骨平均宽度较估计原始骨轮廓恢复72.79%~88.08%,对照组牙槽骨平均宽度较估计原始骨轮廓恢复57.20%~84.91%。结论:拔牙位点保存术对牙槽骨的恢复具有明显效果,可以有效减少拔牙后牙槽骨骨吸收。Ye Myat Thu 李晓 蒋延波 Aung Than Oo 唐礼 2020广西医科大学学报2020,37,1:4
