| 1 | 植物基因组重复序列研究进展显示文摘重复序列是指基因组中频繁出现的相同或对称的DNA片段,在植物基因组中占有很大比重。重复序列分为2种类型:一种是串联重复序列,主要分布在染色体着丝粒周缘区域、臂间区域和近端粒区域,某些短的串联重复序列均匀分布在基因组中;另一种是散在重复序列,主要是反转录转座子和DNA转座子,通常散布在染色体或多倍体物种某些(个)亚基因组染色体上。目前重复序列的发现和识别技术已成为基因组学的研究热点,归纳这方面的研究进展,概括相关工具的分析特点,总结重复序列功能研究及其在遗传分析中的应用案例,可为发掘重复序列存在的生物学意义及其在物种亲缘关系分析和种质资源鉴定中的应用奠定基础。 | 李晓宇 徐文魁 Pat Heslop HARRISON 刘青 | 2019 | 扬州大学学报(农业与生命科学版)2019，40，5： | 5 |
