1Influence of mesoscale eddies on primary production in the South China Sea during spring inter-monsoon period显示文摘Mesoscale eddies have been suggested to have an impact on biological carbon fixation in the South China Sea(SCS). However, their overall contribution to primary production during the spring inter-monsoon period is still unknown. Based on large-scale biological and environmental in situ observations and synchronous remote sensing data, the distribution patterns of phytoplankton biomass and the primary production, and the role of mesoscale eddies in regulating primary production in different eddy-controlled waters were investigated. The results suggested that the surface chlorophyll a concentrations and water column integrated primary production(IPP) are significantly higher in cyclonic eddies and lower in the anticyclonic eddies as compared to that in non-eddy waters. Although eddies could affect various environmental factors, such as nutrients, temperature and light availability, nutrient supply is suggested to be the most important one through which mesoscale eddies regulated the distribution patterns of phytoplankton biomass and primary production. The estimated IPP in cyclonic and anticyclonic eddies are about 29.5% higher and 16.6% lower than the total average in the whole study area, respectively, indicating that the promotion effect of mesoscale cold eddies on the primary production was much stronger than the inhibition effect of the warm eddies per unit area. 2Design theory and experimental investigation of the low frequency and high power rare earth magnetostrictive flextensional transducer (Ⅰ). Theoretical part显示文摘The energy relationships among all the elements, by which the magnetostrictive transducers are manufactured, in Finite Element Method (FEM) are analyzed, then the expres- sions of FEM dynamics equations and performances formulas for magnetostrictive transducers are derived. 3Determination of complex Young's modulus of viscoelastic bars using forced longitudinal vibration of slender rods显示文摘A method to identify complex Young’s modulus of viscoelastic materials using forced longitudinal vibration of slender rods is proposed.The method differs from the beam one.Experimental tests were carried out at room temperature with different lengths in 108 mm, 100 mm,90 mm,83.5 mm,80 mm.74.5 mm,70 mm for the polycarbonate bars,and the curves of ratios A2/A1 between two ends of a viscoelastic bar versus frequencies are obtained, furthermore,the corresponding 3 dB bandwidth and the storage and loss modulus can be calculated.Sufficient number of obtained complex Young’s modulus at different frequency allows us to calculate other ones using the least square method.If the step of the tested frequency is 5 Hz,the maximum error of results can be less than 6%.By comparison with the measurement methods which the previous literature mentioned,this new method simplifies the calculation,and the physical meaning appears apparently and clearly.HE Xiping Avraham Benatar 2013Chinese Journal of Acoustics2013,32,1:4
4Synthesis and light-emitting properties of 2-(N-phenyl-α-naphthylamino) and 2-dimesitylboron-7-(N-phenyl-α-naphthylamino)-9,9-diethylfluorene显示文摘A fluorescent organic triarylamine with a symmetric structure, 2,7-bis(N-α-naphthyl-phenylamino)-9,9- diethylfluorene (NPAEF) was synthesized using two methods, modified Ullmann coupling and modified palladium-catalyzed amination. An activated copper and a combination of Pd(OAc)2/P(t-Bu)3 and Pd(dba)2/P(t-Bu)3 were selected as catalysts to improve yields of reactions. These synthetic procedures were also successfully applied to an asymmetric 2-dimesitylboron-7-(N-phenyl-α-naphthylamino)-9,9-diethylfluorene (BNPEF). Photoluminescent emission peaks in solid film and in diluted solution of NPAEF were both observed at 461 nm, while the main emission peaks of BNPEF appeared at 422 nm in hexane, and at 480 nm in methanol. The double emission peaks of BNPEF in hexane reflected fine structure in the vibrational state. With an increasing polarity of solvent, the main PL emission peaks were red-shifted and vibrational fine structure disappeared. Additionally, energy levels of NPAEF were investigated and an electroluminescence (EL) device of ITO/PVK:NPAEF/Al was fabricated, which showed a turn-on voltage of 9 V and peaked at 462 nm. 5The silicothermic reduction of magnesium in flowing argon and numerical simulation of novel technology显示文摘The silicothermic reduction of magnesium was investigated by the non-isothermal thermoanalysis in flowing argon,while the traditional investigations of silicothermic process for magnesium reduction were carried out under vacuum conditions.Firstly,the thermal gravimetric(TG)and derivative thermogravimetric(DTG)characteristic of briquettes prepared with calcined dolomite,ferrosilicon and fluorite were characterized by the thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA)at different heating rates.The intrinsic chemical kinetic mechanism was identified as a formal chemical reaction with the Nth order type which showed apparent activation energy E and reaction order n were 290.168 kJ mol^(-1) and 1.076,respectively.Then,a novel technique of magnesium production without vacuum was put forward and a three-dimensional unsteady numerical model incorporating the chemical reaction,radiation,heat conduction and heat convection was established and simulated,which was verified by Pidgeon process and novel tech no logy.rIhe nu merical results showed that the cycle time of the novel technique could be reduced when the argon temperature was higher than 1343 K and the argon entrance velocity was over 0.05 m s^(-1).And the effect of the argon temperature on reduction degree was much larger than that of entrance velocity.Yusi Che Chao Zhang Jianxun Song Xiaojia Shang Xiping Chen Jilin He 2020Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2020,8,3:2

20Colloidal Gold Test Strip for the Detection of Fluoroquinolones in Foods Using an Analyzer显示文摘A test strip was developed to rapidly detect fluoroquinolones in foods by colloidal gold immunochromatography method in combination with a food safety analyzer. The results showed that the test strip has the detection sensitivity of 20 μg/L for enrofloxacin, sarafloxacin, difloxacin, ofloxacin, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, pefloxacin, flumequine and danofloxacin, and the detection sensitivity of 40 μg/L for enoxacin and oxolinic acid. The test strip consumes only 10 min for detection, and the false positive rate and the false negative rate are both zero.
