| 5 | Histological observation of some primitive euconodonts of Late Cambrian from Liaoning显示文摘The histology of some euconodonts of Late Cambrian from Benxi and Fuxian County, Liaoning Province is studied by the oil-immersion technique. The histological characteristics of six primitive species of euconodonts - Proconodontus muelleri, Proconodontus tenuiserratus, Granatodontus ani, Rotundoconus tricarinatus, Teridontus nakamurai and Cordylodus proavus are describedin detail. Tubular dentine and atubular (parallel- and wavy-lamellar) dentine are found in the basal bodies of the primitive euconodonts Proconodontus tenuiserratus and Proconodontus muelleri, respectively. The tubular dentine and spherulitic dentine are also recognized from the basal bodies of Granatodontus ani and Rotundoconus tricarinatus. | 9 | Two New Species of Free-Living Marine Nematodes of the Desmodoridae from Mangrove Wetlands of Xiamen Bay, China显示文摘Mangroves are unique in their biodiversity,but studies on their meiobenthic biodiversity in China are scarce.Despite the importance of mangroves,little work has been done on the classification of nematodes in mangrove wetlands.Fujian Province is the most northern point of China’s natural mangrove distribution,and it is also one of the provinces with the earliest constructed mangrove forest.In this paper,two new free-living marine nematode species of Desmodoridae from the Xiamen mangrove wetlands in China are described.Metachromadora xiamenensis sp.nov.is characterized by a cylindrical body,and smooth head capsule set off from the rest of the body.The cuticle is finely annulated and thickened at the midbody.Lateral ridges run from the posterior end of the pharynx to the middle of the tail.The amphid foveae is loop shaped and opens at the top with a double contour amphidial,pharynx with bipartite cuticularized internal cavity.There are 18 tubular precloacal supplements and tail with three small protuberances.Molgolaimus euryformis sp.nov.is characterized by a relatively short and plump body with finely annulated cuticle,which is particularly obvious in the tail.The head is small and wide with intensive striates.The inner and outer labial sensilla are indistinct with short spicules and ventral apophysis,a gubernaculum with a block-shaped hook,a swollen conical-cylindrical tail and an absence of precloacal supplements. | ZHOU Xiping ZENG Jiali CAI Lizhe FU Sujing TAN Wenjuan | 2020 | Journal of Ocean University of China2020,19,1: | 0 |

| 11 | Underconstrained Cable-Driven Parallel Suspension System of Virtual Flight Test Model in Wind Tunnel显示文摘An underconstrained cable-driven parallel robot(CDPR)suspension system was designed for a virtual flight testing(VFT)model.This mechanism includes two identical upper and lower kinematic chains,each of which comprises a cylindrical pair,rotating pair,and cable parallelogram.The model is pulled via two cables at the top and bottom and fixed by a yaw turntable,which can realize free coupling and decoupling with three rotational degrees of freedom of the model.First,the underconstrained CDPR suspension system of the VFT model was designed according to the mechanics theory,the degrees of freedom were verified,and the support platform was optimized to realize the coincidence between the model’s center of mass and the rotation center of the mechanism during the motion to ensure the stability of the support system.Finally,kinematic and dynamical modeling of the underconstrained CDPR suspension system was conducted;the system stiffness and stability criteria were deduced.Thus,the modeling of an underconstrained,reconfigurable,passively driven CDPR was understood comprehensively.Furthermore,dynamic simulations and experiments were used to verify that the proposed system meets the support requirements of the wind tunnel-based VFT model.This study serves as the foundation for subsequent wind tunnel test research on identifying the aerodynamic parameters of aircraft models,and also provides new avenues for the development of novel support methods for thewind tunnel testmodel. | Huisong Wu Kaichun Zeng Li Yu Yan Li Xiping Kou | 2023 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2023,,4: | 0 |
| 12 | Evaluation of forecast performance for Super Typhoon Lekima in 2019显示文摘The predictions for Super Typhoon Lekima(2019)have been evaluated from official forecasts,global models,regional models and ensemble prediction systems(EPSs)at lead times of 1–5 days.Track errors from most deterministic forecasts are smaller than their annual mean errors in 2019.Compared to the propagation speed,the propagation direction of Lekima(2019)was much easier to determine for the official agency and numerical weather prediction(NWP)models.The National Centers for Environmental Prediction Global Ensemble Forecast System(NCEP-GEFS),Japan Meteorological Agency Global Ensemble Prediction System(JMA-GEPS)and Meteorological Service of Canada Ensemble System(MSC-CENS)are underdispersed,and the Shanghai Typhoon Institute Typhoon Ensemble Data Assimilation and Prediction System(STI-TEDAPS)is overdispersed,while the ensemble prediction system from European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts(ECMWF)shows adequate dispersion at all lead times.Most deterministic forecasting methods underestimated the intensity of Lekima(2019),especially for the rapid intensification period after Lekima(2019)entered the East China Sea.All of the deterministic forecasts performed well at predicting the first landfall point at Wenling,Zhejiang Province with a lead time of 24 and 48 h. | Guomin CHEN Xiping ZHANG Qing CAO Zhihua ZENG | 2022 | Frontiers of Earth Science2022,16,1: | 0 |
