| 1 | Achieving maximum power transfer of inductively coupled wireless power transfer system based on dynamic tuning control显示文摘As an emerging research field,inductively coupled wireless power transfer(ICWPT) technology has attracted wide spread attention recently.In this paper,the maximum power transfer performances of four basic topologies labeled as SS,SP,PS and PP are investigated.By modeling the equivalent circuits of these topologies in high frequency(HF),the primary resonance compensation capacitances for maximum power transfer capability are deduced.It is found that these capacitances fluctuate with load resistance change,which is disadvantageous to SP,PS and PP topologies and an obstacle to their practical applications as well.To solve this problem,a phase controlled inductor circuit is proposed.By adjusting the triggering angle,the real-time dynamic tuning control can be achieved to guarantee maximum power transfer.Finally,simulations and experiments show that the proposed method is of great effectiveness and reliability to solve the issue of resonance compensation capacitance fluctuation with load change and to guarantee the flexible applications of all topologies. | QIANG Hao HUANG XueLiang TAN LinLin JI QingJing ZHAO JiaMing | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,7: | 23 |

| 15 | Development of Diapirs and Accumulation of Natural Gases in Yinggehai Basin显示文摘Overpressure developed throughout most of the Yinggehai basin. The burial depth to top overpressure varied from about 1 600 m to 4 500 m, with the shallowest top overpressure occurring in the depocenter. The main cause of the overpressure was disequilibrium compaction resulting from rapid sedimentation of fine grained sediments. The overpressure was strengthened by the retention of fluids including gases due to lack of faults before diapir development. The diapirism in the Yinggehai basin was a combined result of the strong overpressure and the tensile stress field caused by the right lateral slip of the boundary fault. The diapirism, a product of the movement of overpressured fluids and plastic shales, shaped the vertical conduits from source to traps that would be absent without overpressured fluid release. | 17 | Bone morphogenetic protein 4 (BMP4) promotes hepatic glycogen accumulation and reduces glucose level in hepatocytes through mTORC2 signaling pathway显示文摘Liver is an important organ for regulating glucose and lipid metabolism.Recent studies have shown that bone morphogenetic proteins(BMPs)may play important roles in regu-lating glucose and lipid metabolism.Inour previous studies,we demonstrated that BMP4 signif-icantly inhibits hepatic steatosis and lowers serum triglycerides,playing a protective role against the progression of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).However,the direct impact of BMP4 on hepatic glucose metabolism is poorly understood.Here,we investigated the regulatory roles of BMP4 in hepatic glucose metabolism.Through a comprehensive analysis of the 14 types of BMPs,we found that BMP4 was one of the most potent BMPs in promoting hepatic glycogen accumulation,reducing the level of glucose in hepatocytes and effecting the expression of genes related to glucose metabolism.Mechanistically,we demonstrated that BMP4 reduced the hepatic glucose lewels through the activation of mTORC2 signaling pathway in vitro and in wivo.Collectively,our findings strongly suggest that BMP4 may play an essential role in regulating hepatic glucose metabolism.This knowledge should aid us to understand the molecular pathogenesis of NAFLD,and may lead to the development of novel therapeutics by exploiting the inhibitory effects of BMPs on hepatic glucose and lipid metabolism. | Liqin An Qiong Shi Ying Zhu Hao Wang Qi Peng Jinghong Wu Yu Cheng Wei Zhang Yanyu Yi Zihao Bao Hui Zhang Yetao Luo Jiaming Fan | 2021 | Genes & Diseases2021,8,4: | 1 |

| 20 | SiRNA-mediated ankyrin-G silence modulates the expression of voltage-gated Na channels in murine hippocampal HT22 cells显示文摘Background:Voltage-gated sodium channels are the targets of many commonly used antiepileptic drugs.NaV1.6,encoded by Scn8a,increased in chronic mesial temporal epilepsy animal models and co-localized with Ankyrin-G,encoded by Ank3.We hypothesized that inhibition of Ank3 transcription by siRNA decrease the expression of NaV1.6.Results:We characterized expression of the target genes in hippocampal neuron HT22 cells by Real time-PCR.The melt peak in the resolution curve of Scn1a,Scn8a and Ank3 were all unique.Ank3 transcription was interfered and the relative Ank3 mRNA levels of the three interfered groups compared to GAPDH were 0.89±0.13,0.52±0.07 and 0.26±0.05 while that of the negative control group was 1.01±0.08(P<0.05).When Ank3 transcription was inhibited by siRNA,the relative mRNA levels of Scn8a decreased in the three groups(0.91±0.09,0.33±0.06 and 0.25±0.05),compared to the negative control group(1.10±0.09).Tested by Western blotting,protein levels of ankyrinG and Nav1.6 decreased after ank3-siRNA.Ankyrin-G in negative control group,group1,group2 and group1+2 were 0.813±0.051,0.744±0.041,0.477±0.055 and 0.351±0.190 respectively(P<0.01)while Nav1.6 were 0.934±0.036,0.867±0.078,0.498±0.070 and 0.586±0.180(P<0.01).The quantity analysis of immunofluorescence showed significant decrease of ankyrin-G and Nav1.6(Student’s test,P=0.046 and 0.016 respectively).Conclusion:We therefore concluded that in HT22 cells the expression of Nav1.6 was down-regulated by Ank3 RNA interference. | Guanzhong Ni Xiaoting Hao Xiaodong Cai Jiaming Qin Liemin Zhou Patrick Kwan Ziyi Chen | 2019 | Acta Epileptologica2019,1,1: | 0 |
