2Modeling and Backstepping-based Nonlinear Control Strategy for a 6 DOF Quadrotor Helicopter显示文摘In this article,a nonlinear model of an underactuated six degrees of freedom (6 DOF) quadrotor helicopter is derived on the basis of the Newton-Euler formalism. The derivation comprises determining equations of the motion of the quadrotor in three dimensions and approximating the actuation forces through the modeling of aerodynamic coefficients and electric motor dynamics. The derived model composed of translational and rotational subsystems is dynamically unstable,so a sequential nonlinear control strategy is used. The con-trol strategy includes feedback linearization coupled with a PD controller for the translational subsystem and a backstepping-based PID nonlinear controller for the rotational subsystem of the quadrotor. 4Clinical significance of dynamic detection for serum levels of MCP-1,TNF-α and IL-8 in patients with acute pancreatitis显示文摘Objective:To observe dynamic changes of levels of monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-8(IL-8) in patients with acute pancreatitis and to investigate its evaluation value on the severity of acute pancreatitis.Methods:A total of 109 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted were divided into mild acute pancreatitis group(MAP group,42 cases),moderately severe acute pancreatitis(MSAP group,35 cases)and severe acute pancreatitis(SAP group,32 cases).ELISA was used to detect the serum levels of MCP-1,TNF-α and IL-8 of patients at day 1,day 4 and day 7 of admission to hospital.Results:The serum levels of MCP-1,TNF-α and IL-8 from MAP group,MSAP group and SAP group at day 1 of admission to hospital all significantly increased.There was a significant difference between MAP group and control group,MSAP group and MAP group,SAP group and MSAP group(P<0.05).The serum concentrations of IL-8 from MASP group and SAP group obviously increased at day 1,and there was significant difference between MASP group and MAP group,SAP group and MSAP group(P<0.05),while the difference between MAP group and control group was not obvious(P>0.05);The serum concentrations of MCP-1,TNF-α and IL-8 from MAP group all reached the highest level at day 4,which were significantly higher than the detection levels at day 1.In MSAP group and SAP group,the serum concentrations of MCP-1,TNF-α and IL-8 were the highest at day 1,which were significantly higher than the detection levels at day 4 and 7.At each detecting timing,the serum concentrations of MCP-1,TNF-α and IL-8 from MSAP group and SAP group were all higher than those of MAP group and MSAP group,respectively.Conclusions:The dynamic changes of serum levels of MCP-1,TNF-α and IL-8 in patients with acute pancreatitis have their rules,and the change rule of MAP group was different with that of MSAP and SAP group,which showed the reference value for the diagnosis and illness severity evaluation of acute pancreatitis.Yuan-Zheng Yang Ying Xiang Mian Chen Li-Na Xian Xiao-Yan Deng 2016Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2016,9,11:33
5History of the temperature-dependence of susceptibility and its implications: Preliminary results along an E-W transect of the Chinese Loess Plateau显示文摘An investigation of rock magnetic properties using the temperature-dependence ofsusceptibility (TDS) and the coercivity of different IRM components was conducted on samples ofthe Malan loess (L1) and the last interglacial soil (S1) along an E-W transect of the Chinese LoessPlateau. We find that the behavior of the TDS is useful in identifying maghemite (γ-Fe2O3) in bothloess and paleosol, and that it can be used as a new proxy of the degree of pedogenesis, which isclosely linked to climatic conditions. Based on results from the TDS, we conclude that (1) thedetrital magnetite grains predominate in the L1 unit to the west of Liupan Mts, where theweathering and pedogenetic processes were weakest; (2) a comparable degree of pedogenesisexists in the L1 at the east of the Liupan Mts and the S1 at the west of the Liupan Mts; (3) a higherconcentration of maghemite is found in the S1 unit at the eastern sections, suggesting that the localclimate was warmer and more humid in this interval. 7Combined APACH Ⅱ score and arterial blood lactate clearance rate to predict the prognosis of ARDS patients显示文摘Objective:To explore the easily applicable indicators of practical value to evaluate the prognosis of acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods:Blood and biochemical tests and bloodgas analyses were performed upon entry into the ICUs,12 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h after that in 72 ARDS patients(who were admitted to the ICUs of our hospital from January 2000 to December 2009).Then APACHEⅡscores were achieved by combining relevant physiological parameters and laboratory results.Results:There was a statistical difference between the death group and survival group at different time points upon entering the ICUs in terms of APACHEⅡscore, alveolar-arterial oxygen difference and arterial blood lactate clearance rate.PaO2/FiO2 values were recorded to be statistically different between the death group and survival group 24 h,48 h and 72 h,respectively after entry into the ICUs.In addition,registered linear regression existed between APACHEⅡscore,alveolar-arterial oxygen difference or PaO2/FiO2 value and time. 10大陆内部长余震序列及其对地震风险评估的启示显示文摘板块构造学说的最有力的特征之一,是已知的板块运动让我们对板块边界未来大地震的发震位置和平均复发间隔有更清晰的认识。然而,板块构造学说却不能预测板块内的地震何时何地发生,因为理想的板块内部是不会变形的。因此,板块内部的地震风险评估过于依靠如下假设:从有限的历史记录中得到的小地震发震位置能够反映出连续变形的地区,而变形将诱发未来大地震[1]。然而,本文将要说明的是,最近许多这样的小地震很可能是几百年前发生过的大地震的余震。文中将给出一个简单的模型,并由此模型得出:余震序列的长度和断层加载速率呈反比关系。发生在缓慢变形的大陆内部的余震序列,其持续时间与在快速加载的板块边界所观测到的典型的10年尺度余震序列相比要长得多。因为这些预测与观测结果相符,所以将大陆内部地震看作稳态地震活动的一般做法高估了目前地震活跃地区的地震危险性,而低估了其他地区的地震风险。Seth Stein Mian Liu 刘杨(译) 朱守彪(校) 2009国际地震动态2009,,12:19
11Mechanical properties of hepatocellular carcinoma cells显示文摘AIM: To study the viscoelastic properties of humanhepatocytss and helatocellulsr carcinoma (HCC) cellsunder cytoslelstal perturbation, and to further to study theviscoelastic properties and the adhesive properties of mousehepatorna cells (HTC) in different cell cycls.METHODS: Micropipette aspiration technique was adopted tomeasure viscoelastic coefficients and adhesion force tocollagen coated surface ofthe cells. Three kinds ofcytoskeleton perturbing agents, colchiclnes (Col),cytochalssin D (CD) and vinblastine (VBL), were used totreat HCC cells and hepatocytes and the effects of thesetreatent on cell viscoelastic coefficients were investigated.The experimental results were analyzed with a thres-elsmentstandard linear solid. Further, the viscoelastic properties ofHTC cells and the adhesion force of different cycle HTC cellswere also investigated. The synchronous G1 and S phasecells were achieved through thymine-2-desoryriboside andcolchicines sequential blockage method and thymine-2-desoryriboside blockage method respectively.RESULTS: The elastic coefficients, but not viscouscoefficient of HCC cells (k1 = 103.6± 12.6N.m-2, k2 =42.5±10.4N. m-2, μ = 4.5 ± 1.9Pa. s), were significantly higherthan the corresponding value for hepatocytes (K1 = 87.5 ±12.1N.m-2, k2 =33.3± 10.3N.m-2, μ=5.9±3.0Pa. s, P<0.01). Upon treatment with CD, the viscoelastic coefficients ofboth hepotocytes and HCC cells decreased consistently,with magnitudes for the decrease in elastic coefficients ofHCC cells (k1: 68.7 N.m-2 to 81.7N.m-2, 66.3 % to 78.9 %;k2: 34.5 N.m-2 to37.1N.m-2, 81.2% to 87.3 %, P<0.001)larger than those for normal hepatocytes (k1: 42.6N. m-2 to49.8N.nt-2, 48.7% to56.9 %; k2: 17.2N.m-2 to 20.4N.m-2,51.7 % to 61.3 %, P< 0.001). There was a little decrease inthe vlscous coefficient of HCC cells (2.0 to 3.4Pa. s, 44.4 to75.6 %, P<0.001) than that for hepatocytes (3.0 to 3.gPa.s, 50.8to 66.1% P<0.001). Upon trastment with Col andVBL, the elastic coefficients of hepatocytes generallyincreased or tended to increase while those of HCC cellsdecreased. HTC cells with 72.1% ofG1 phase and 98. 9 % ofS phase were achieved and high K1, k2 value and low μvalue were the general characlteristics of HTC cells. 12Hydraulic fracture initiation theory for a horizontal well in a coal seam显示文摘A series of experiments were performed to determine rock mechanical parameters related to hydraulic fracturing of coal.The effect of confining pressure and pore pressure on the strength of coal was studied.Experimental results show that the coal seam in the study areas has a relatively low elastic modulus,high Poisson's ratio,high fragility and is easily broken and compressed.The coal seam is considered as a transversely isotropic medium,since the physical properties in the direction of bedding plane and orthogonal to the bedding plane vary markedly.Based on the generalized plane strain model,stress distribution for an arbitrarily orientated wellbore in the coal seam was determined.In a horizontal well,hydraulic fracturing was found to initiate in the coal seam mass due to tensile failure,or from cleats due to shear or tensile failure.For those coal seams with abundant natural cleats,hydraulic fracture initiation can be induced by any of these mechanisms.In this study,hydraulic fracture initiation criteria for a horizontal well in a coal seam were established.Hou Bing Chen Mian Wang Zheng Yuan Jianbo Liu Ming 2013Petroleum Science2013,10,2:18

14PROCESS CONTROL OF THE SAND WAVE MIGRATION IN BEIBU GULF OF THE SOUTH CHINA SEA显示文摘Based on the environment characteristics of the Beibu Gulf of South China Sea, a quasi-three-dimensional physical model is built.By coupling the bottom boundary layer with the two-dimensional tidal current field near the seabed surface, the quasi-three-dimensional hydrodynamic numerical simulation is carried out.The sand wave migration process is dealt with by coupling the hydrodynamic model with the sediment transport model.The computational results are shown to be in good agreement with the observed data, which indicates that the quasi-three-dimensional physical model can be used to simulate the migration process for small scale sand waves.Then, based on measured data, the evolution of the sand wave migration is investigated.An effective formula is developed to predict the migration rate, in which not only the effects of the environment but also the features of sand waves are considered.LI yong LIN Mian JIANG Wen-bing FAN Feng-xin 2011Journal of Hydrodynamics2011,23,4:15
15Time-sensitivity of the Kaiser effect of acoustic emission in limestone and its application to measurements of in-situ stress显示文摘Measuring in-situ stress by using the Kaiser effect in rocks has such advantages as time- effi ciency, low cost and little limitation, but the precision of the method is dependent on rock properties and delay time of the measurement. In this paper, experiments on the Kaiser effect in limestones were performed, and it was found that the limestones had good ability to retain a memory of their recent stress history and high time-sensitivity. The longer the experiment was delayed from the extraction of the stone, the larger the Felicity ratio was. As the Felicity ratio approached 1, signifi cant Kaiser effect was observed. In-situ stress should be determined by the limestone measurements when the delay time was 40-120 days. 16Analysis of main controlling factors for hydrocarbon accumulation in central rift zones of the Hailar-Tamtsag Basin using a fault-caprock dual control mode显示文摘The Hailar-Tamtsag Basin is a typical rift basin where two sets of regional caprocks are developed,i.e.,mudstone caprocks(containing a small amount of tuff)developed in strong rifting stage and fault-depression stage,respectively.The caprocks have a cumulative thickness of 50-120 m in general,and a single-layer thickness of 20-50 m,interbedded with sandstone about 1-2 m thick.The large set of mudstone is distributed continuously,as pure mudstone caprock.Forty-three mudstone and tuff samples were taken to perform displacement pressure test with our independently developed displacement pressure tester.Test result shows that the displacement pressure is 0.04-10.00 MPa,which is equivalent to 0.09-20.01 MPa after being corrected to the actual burial depth.As the burial depth increases,the displacement pressure rises gradually,and is 1-10 times greater than that of oil-bearing sandstone or conglomerate reservoir at the same burial depth.The difference between displacement pressure of mudstone caprock and sandstone or conglomerate reservoir increases greatly if the burial depth exceeds 1000 m.Because of the displacement pressure difference between caprock and reservoir,the maximum height of hydrocarbon column sealed by the caprock ranges from 300 m to 2000 m,much higher than the height of the trap closure at the same burial depth.No hydrocarbons will leak through such caprocks.Analysis of the reservoir GOI,homogeneous temperature,and crude maturity of both deep and shallow reservoirs in Well Wu-20 in the Wuerxun Depression shows that Damoguaihe II Member reservoir is a secondary reservoir developed during adjustment of early reservoir.It is mainly distributed in inverted structures.Faulting is one of the main factors breaking the integrity of caprocks.Three kinds of faults are often related to the migration of hydrocarbons across regional caprocks:the first type refers to the positive inverted faults breaking the early sealing conditions and making the hydrocarbons accumulated in the early period re-migration;the second type refers to the faults with shear mudstone smear structures which lose their continuity and open vertically when the fault throws exceed 5 times of the mudstone thickness;the third type refers to the normal faults developed in the structural inversion stage,which have a typical cataclastic structure and are easy to cause vertical migration of hydrocarbons.Hydrocarbon enriched horizons of the rift basins are co-controlled by 'fault-caprock'.Specifically,95% of the geological reserve is controlled by regional caprocks,and only 5% is controlled by open faults,secondary oil/gas reservoirs are developed over regional caprocks.FU XiaoFei CHEN Zhe YAN BaiQuan YANG Mian SUN YongHe 2013Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,8:15
17Understanding hydraulic fracture propagation behavior in tight sandstone–coal interbedded formations: an experimentalinvestigation显示文摘Whether hydraulic fractures could connect multiple gas zones in the vertical plane is the key to fracturing treatment to jointly exploit coalbed methane and tight sandstone gas through integrative hydraulic fracturing in tight sandstone–coal interbedded formations. Laboratory true triaxial hydraulic fracturing experiments were conducted on layered specimens with di erent combination types of natural sandstone and coal to simulate the propagation behavior of hydraulic fractures. The effects of the fracture initiation position, fracturing fluid viscosity and injection rate were discussed. The results showed that di erent fracture morphologies could be found. When initiating from coal seams, three patterns of fracture initiation and propagation were obtained:(1) The main hydraulic fracture initiated and propagated along the natural fractures and then diverged due to the effects of in situ stress and formed secondary fractures.(2) The hydraulic fracture initiated and propagated in the direction of the maximum horizontal stress.(3) Multiple fractures initiated and propagated at the same time. With the same fracturing fluid viscosity and injection rate, the hydraulic fractures initiating in sandstones had greater chances than those in coal seams to penetrate interfaces and enter neighboring layers. Excessively small or large fracturing fluid viscosity and injection rate would do harm to the vertical extension height of the induced fracture and improvement of the stimulated reservoir volume. Compared with operation parameters(fracturing fluid viscosity and injection rate), the natural weak planes in coals were considered to be the key factor that a ected the fracture propagation path. 20Space experimental studies of microgravity fluid science in China显示文摘Microgravity fluid physics is an important part of microgravity sciences, which consists of simple fluids of many new systems, gas-liquid two-phase flow and heat transfer, and complex fluid mechanics. In addition to the importance of itself in sciences and applications, microgravity fluid physics closely relates to microgravity combustion, space biotechnology and space materials science, and promotes the developments of interdisciplinary fields. Many space microgravity experiments have been performed on board the recoverable satellites and space ships of China and pushed the rapid development of microgravity sciences in China.
