| 1 | Donors for Resistance to Brown Planthopper Nilaparvata lugens(St?l) from Wild Rice Species显示文摘Out of 1 989 wild accessions sown in seed boxes for screening, only 1 003 wild accessions with good germination were screened against brown planthopper(BPH), Nilaparvata lugens(St?l) under greenhouse conditions. The collection comprised of accessions from 11 wild species and African cultivated rice. The germplasm was screened for BPH following standard seed box screening technique in the greenhouse. As many as 159 accessions were identified as resistant during the year 2012 based on one year screening. A selected set of BPH resistant accessions were screened again during 2013. Based on the two years screening, seven accessions of O. nivara(AA), one accession of O. officinalis(CC), seven accessions of O. australiensis(EE), five accessions of O. punctata(BB and BBCC) and nine accessions of O. latifolia(CCDD) were confirmed to be resistant to BPH. So far no BPH resistance genes have been identified and designated from O. nivara and O. punctata, hence these may act as new sources of resistance. | Preetinder S. SARAO Gurpreet K. | 14 | Study of Cold Fusion Reactions Using Collective Clusterization Approach显示文摘Within the framework of the dynamical cluster decay model(DCM), the 1n evaporation cross-sections(σ_(1n)) of cold fusion reactions(Pb and Bi targets) are calculated for ZCN = 104–113 superheavy nuclei. The calculations are carried out in the fixed range of excitation energy E_(CN)~*= 15 ± 1 MeV, so that the comparative analysis of reaction dynamics can be worked out. First of all, the fission barriers(B_f) and neutron separation energies(S_(1n)) are estimated to account the decreasing cross-sections of cold fusion reactions. In addition to this, the importance of hot optimum orientations of β_(2i)-deformed nuclei over cold one is explored at fixed angular momentum and neck-length parameters.The hot optimum orientations support all the target-projectile(t,p) combinations, which are explored experimentally in the cold fusion reactions. Some new target-projectile combinations are also predicted for future exploration. Further,the 1n cross-sections are addressed for Z_(CN) = 104–113 superheavy nuclei at comparable excitation energies which show the decent agrement with experimental data upto Z_(CN) = 109 nuclei. | 16 | Optimal Unification of Static and Dynamic Features for Smartphone Security Analysis显示文摘Android Smartphones are proliferating extensively in the digital world due to their widespread applications in a myriad offields.The increased popularity of the android platform entices malware developers to design malicious apps to achieve their malevolent intents.Also,static analysis approaches fail to detect run-time behaviors of malicious apps.To address these issues,an optimal unification of static and dynamic features for smartphone security analysis is proposed.The proposed solution exploits both static and dynamic features for generating a highly distinct unified feature vector using graph based cross-diffusion strategy.Further,a unified feature is subjected to the fuzzy-based classification model to distinguish benign and malicious applications.The suggested framework is extensively experimentally validated through both qualitative and quantitative analysis and results are compared with the existing solutions.Performance evaluation over benchmarked datasets from Google Play Store,Drebin,Androzoo,AMD,and CICMalDroid2020 revealed that the suggested solution outperforms state-of-the-art methods.We achieve average detection accuracy of 98.62%and F1 Score of 0.9916. | Sumit Kumar S.Indu Gurjit Singh Walia | 2023 | Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing2023,,1: | 0 |
