| 2 | A 5.7–6.4GHz GaAs HBT Power Amplifier with a Gain Enhanced Bias Circuit显示文摘This paper describes the design of a 5.7–6.4GHz Ga As Heterojunction bipolar transistor(HBT)power amplifier for broadband wireless application such as wireless metropolitan area networks.A bias circuit is proposed which enhances the power gain and provides a good linearity.Using the wideband matching network techniques with trap circuits embedded to filter the harmonics and the diode-based linearizing techniques,a broadband power amplifier module was obtained which exhibited a gain above 28d B.This is about 1d B improvement compared with those normal bias circuits at a supply voltage of 5V in the frequency range of 5.7–6.4GHz,measured with Continuous wave(CW)signals.The saturated output power was greater than 33d Bm in 5.7–6.4GHz and the output 1d B compression point was greater than 31d Bm.The phase deviation was less than 5 degrees when the output power below 33d Bm.The second and third order harmonic components were also less than-45d Bc and-50d Bc. | ZHENG Ruiqing ZHANG Guohao YU Kai LI Sizhen ZHENG Yaohua | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2017,26,3: | 7 |
| 3 | Dietary nano-selenium alleviated intestinal damage of juvenile grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella)induced by high-fat diet:Insight from intestinal morphology,tight junction,inflammation,anti-oxidization and intestinal microbiota显示文摘In recent years,high-fat diet(HFD)has been widely applied in aquaculture,which reduces the intestinal health of cultured fish.The current study evaluated the protective effects of nano-selenium(nano-Se)on intestinal health of juvenile grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella)fed with HFD.A total of 135 experimental fish were fed with a regular diet(Con),a HFD(HFD)and a HFD containing nano-Se at 0.6 mg/kg(HSe)for 10 weeks.The results showed that dietary nano-Se significantly improved the survival rate and feed efficiency which were reduced by HFD in juvenile grass carp(P<0.05).Also,nano-Se(0.6 mg/kg)supplement alleviated intestinal damage caused by the HFD,thus maintaining the integrity of the intestine.Moreover,it significantly up-regulated the expression of genes related to tight junction(ZO-1,claudin-3 and occludin),anti-oxidization(GPx4a and GPx4b),and the protein of ZO-1 in the intestine of juvenile grass carp,which were depressed by the HFD(P<0.05).Furthermore,nano-Se supplementation significantly suppressed the expressions of genes related to the inflammation,including inflammatory cytokines(IL-8,IL-1β,IFN-γ,TNF-αand IL-6),signaling molecules(TLR4,p38 MAPK and NF-kB p65),and protein expression of NF-kB p65 and TNF-αin the intestine of juvenile grass carp which were induced by the HFD(P<0.05).Besides,dietary nano-Se normalized the intestinal microbiota imbalance of juvenile grass carp caused by the HFD through increasing the abundance of the beneficial bacteria,e.g.,Fusobacteria.Finally,dietary nano-Se increased the production of short chain fatty acids(SCFA)in the intestine,especially for butyric acid and caproic acid,which were negatively related to the increase of intestinal permeability and inflammation.In summary,supply of nano-Se(0.6 mg/kg)in HFD could effectively alleviate intestinal injury of juvenile grass carp by improving intestinal barrier function and reducing intestinal inflammation and oxidative stress.These positive effects may be due to the regulation of nano-Se on intestinal microbiota and the subsequently increased beneficial SCFA levels. | Sha Liu Haibo Yu Pengju Li Chi Wang Guohao Liu Xiaotian Zhang Cheng Zhang Meng Qi Hong Ji | 2022 | Animal Nutrition2022,,1: | 4 |
| 4 | Entropy-driven phase regulation of high-entropy transition metal oxide and its enhanced high-temperature microwave absorption by in-situ dual phases显示文摘High-temperature microwave absorbers are significant for military equipment which experiences severe aerodynamic heat.In this work,high-entropy oxide(HEO)(FexCoNiCrMn)mOn with excellent high-temperature microwave absorption is studied.Driven by the effect of entropy,the composition of the oxide can be transformed from spinel-type phase(FexCoNiCrMn)_(3)O_(4) to corundum-type phase(FexCoNiCrMn)2O3 with the increasing content of iron.Only spinel-type or corundum-type structure composes the oxide when x≤3 or x≥5.But in-situ dual phases can coexist when x equals 4 during phase transition.Interestingly,obliged to abundant heterogeneous interfaces and crystal defects in the dual-phase HEO,magnetic property,dielectric polarization,and microwave loss ability are all well enhanced.The Smith chart analysis demonstrates the impedance matching condition is well improved due to the enhanced loss ability.These findings pave a new way for the adjustment of electromagnetic properties of HEO by entropy-driven phase regulation.Meanwhile,the dual-phase absorber can achieve better than 90%absorption in 9.6-12.4 GHz at 800℃ with a thickness of 2.6 mm,a low thermal diffusivity of 0.0038 cm^(2)/s at 900℃,and excellent high-temperature stability,which indicates it’s promising as a high-temperature microwave absorber. | Guohao Dai Ruixiang Deng Xiao You Tao Zhang Yun Yu Lixin Song | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,21: | 1 |

| 6 | Design and simulation of a novel E-mode GaN MIS-HEMT based on a cascode connection for suppression of electric field under gate and improvement of reliability显示文摘We proposed a novel Al Ga N/Ga N enhancement-mode(E-mode) high electron mobility transistor(HEMT) with a dual-gate structure and carried out the detailed numerical simulation of device operation using Silvaco Atlas. The dual-gate device is based on a cascode connection of an E-mode and a D-mode gate. The simulation results show that electric field under the gate is decreased by more than 70% compared to that of the conventional E-mode MIS-HEMTs(from 2.83 MV/cm decreased to 0.83 MV/cm). Thus, with the discussion of ionized trap density, the proposed dual-gate structure can highly improve electric field-related reliability, such as, threshold voltage stability. | 7 | Prussian blue analogue derived NiCoSe_(4) coupling with nitrogen-doped carbon nanofibers for pseudocapacitive electrodes显示文摘The design of pseudocapacitive materials by coupling transition metal compounds with a conductive carbon matrix is important for the high performance of supercapacitors.Herein,we construct the Prussian blue analogue derived nickel-cobalt selenides coupling with nitrogen-doped carbon nanofibers(NiCoSe_(4)-NCNFs)by carbonization and selenization of polyacrylonitrile nanofibers.The effect of selenization and element N doping on the morphological structure and surface chemistry of NiCoSe_(4)-NCNFs are evaluated.Due to the accelerated electrolyte ion diffusion,enlarged active surface area and the modified surface chemistry by the strong interaction at NiCoSe_(4)/NCNFs interfaces,NiCoSe_(4)-NCNFs show excellent capacitive behaviors in 1 mol/L KOH,and the specific capacitance is 1257 F/g at 1 A/g with a rate capability of 78%and cyclic stability of 82.9%.The Gibbs free energy of adsorption OH−is calculated by density functional theory to investigate the charge storage mechanism.This work offers a new strategy to construct the transition metal selenides/carbon nanofibers hybrids for high-performance supercapacitor devices. | Guohao Yang Chengang Pei Fang Xu Ho-Seok Park Xu Yu Huan Pang | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,11: | 0 |

| 9 | IR780/Gemcitabine-conjugated metal-phenolic network enhanced photodynamic cancer therapy显示文摘Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a clinically approved cancer treatment that uses energy of light to generate active substances that cause damage to the cancer. Photosensitizers are employed to absorb light and generate toxic reactive oxygen species (ROS) to damage biomolecules like DNA. At the same time, some chemotherapy drugs like nucleotide analogues can provide mechanism-guided promotion in the treatment efficacy of PDT. However, the photosensitizer and chemotherapy drugs used in PDT is usually organic molecules, which suffers from bad solubility, fast clearance, and acute toxicity. To achieve targeted treatment, a reasonable delivery system is necessary. Therefore, we reported a metal-phenolic network where IR780 and gemcitabine were coupled chemically to overcome these shortcomings. The enhanced PDT effects can be realized by the promoted cell death both in vitro and in vivo. Moreover, the synergistic therapy also induced T-cell mediated anti-tumor immune response, which was significant for the inhibition of distant tumor growth.
