| 1 | 到用结构化的问询表的口头的抗病毒的肝炎 B 治疗的坚持的评估显示文摘 AIM:To assess adherence rates to nucleos(t)ide analogues(NUCs) therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection and determine factors associated with adherence.METHODS:The questionnaire study was conducted in the liver clinics at Concord Repatriation General Hospital.All patients who were currently taking one or more NUCs were asked to complete a structured,selfadministered 32-item questionnaire.Adherence was measured using visual analogue scales.The patient’s treating clinician was also asked to assess their patient’s adherence via a structured questionnaire.RESULTS:A total of 80 patients completed the questionnaire.Sixty six percent of the patients(n = 49) reported optimal adherence whilst 25(33.8%) graded their adherence to NUCs as suboptimal.Thirty four(43%) patients reported to have omitted taking their NUCs sometime in the past.Recent non-adherence was uncommon.Amongst the patients who reported skipping medications,the most common reason cited was 'forgetfulness'(n = 27,56.25%).Other common reasons included:ran out of medications(n = 5,10.42%),being too busy(n = 4,8.33%) and due to a change in daily routine(n = 5,10.42%).Patients who reported low adherence to other prescription pills were also more likely to miss taking NUCs(P = 0.04).Patients who were under the care of a language-discordant clinician were also more likely to report suboptimal adherence to NUCs(P = 0.04).CONCLUSION:Adherence rates were much less than that expected by the physician and has potential adverse affect on long term outcome.Communication and education appear central and strategies need to be implemented to improve ongoing adherence. | Leesa Giang Christian P Selinger Alice Unah Lee | 2012 | World Journal of Hepatology2012,4,2: | 16 |

| 3 | Stem cell-based therapy for human diseases显示文摘Recent advancements in stem cell technology open a new door for patients suffering from diseases and disorders that have yet to be treated.Stem cell-based therapy,including human pluripotent stem cells(hPsCs)and multipotent mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs),has recently emerged as a key player in regenerative medicine.hPSCs are defined as self-renewable cell types conferring the ability to differentiate into various cellular phenotypes of the human body,including three germ layers.MsCs are multipotent progenitor cells possessing self-renewal ability(limited in vitro)and differentiation potential into mesenchymal lineages,according to the International Society for Cell and Gene Therapy(ISCT).This review provides an update on recent clinical applications using either hPSCs or MSCs derived from bone marrow(BM),adipose tissue(AT),or the umbilical cord(UC)for the treatment of human diseases,including neurological disorders,pulmonary dysfunctions,metabolic/endocrine-related diseases,reproductive disorders,skin burns,and cardiovascular conditions.Moreover,we discuss our own clinical trial experiences on targeted therapies using MsCs in a clinical setting,and we propose and discuss the MSC tissue origin concept and how MSC origin may contribute to the role of MSCs in downstream applications,with the ultimate objective of facilitating translational research in regenerative medicine into clinical applications.The mechanisms discussed here support the proposed hypothesis that BM-MSCs are potentially good candidates for brain and spinal cord injury treatment,AT-MSCs are potentially good candidates for reproductive disorder treatment and skin regeneration,and UC-MsCs are potentially good candidates for pulmonary disease and acute respiratory distress svndrometreatment. | Duc M.Hoang Phuong T.Pham Trung Q.Bach Anh T.L.Ngo Quyen T.Nguyen Trang T.K.Phan Giang H.Nguyen Phuong T.T.Le Van T.Hoang Nicholas R.Forsyth Michael Heke Liem Thanh Nguyen | 2022 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,9: | 7 |

| 8 | Determining the road traffic accident hotspots using GIS-based temporal-spatial statistical analytic techniques in Hanoi,Vietnam显示文摘This study applied GIS-based statistical analytic techniques to investigate the influence of accident Severity Index(SI)on temporal-spatial patterns of accident hotspots related to the specific time intervals of day and seasons.Road Traffic Accident(RTA)data in 3 years(2015-2017)in Hanoi,Vietnam were used to analyze and test this approach.Firstly,the RTA data were divided into four seasons in accordance with Hanoi's weather conditions and the time intervals such as the daytime,nighttime,or peak hours.Then,the Kernel Density Estimation(KDE)method was applied to analyze hotspots according to the time intervals and seasons.Finally,the results were presented by using the comap technique.This study considered both analyses with and without SI.The accident SI measures the seriousness of an accident.The approach method is to give higher weights to the more serious accidents,but not with the extremely high values calculated on a direct rate to the accident expenditures.The results showed that both analyses determined the relatively similar hotspots,but the rankings of some hotspots were quite different due to the integration of SI.It is better to take into account SI in determining RTA hotspots because the gained results are more precise and the rankings of hotspots are more accurate.From there,the traffic authorities can easily understand the causes behind each accident and provide reasonable solutions to solve the most dangerous hotspots in case of limited budget and resources appropriately.This is also the first study about this issue in Vietnam,so the contribution of the article will help the traffic authorities easily solve this problem not only in Hanoi but also in other cities. | Khanh Giang Le Pei Liu Liang-Tay Lin | 2020 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2020,23,2: | 4 |

| 14 | Sequential trapping of single nanoparticles using a gold plasmonic nanohole array显示文摘We have used a gold nanohole array to trap single polystyrene nanoparticles, with a mean diameter of 30 nm, into separated hot spots located at connecting nanoslot regions. A high trap stiffness of approximately 0.85 fN∕(nm·m W)at a low-incident laser intensity of ~0.51 m W∕μm^2 at 980 nm was obtained. The experimental results were compared to the simulated trapping force, and a reasonable match was achieved.
