| 2 | High-speed wind tunnel test of the CAE aerodynamic validation model显示文摘For the purpose of establishing and validating aerodynamic performance predictions at transonic Mach numbers, a wind tunnel test was conducted in the High-Speed Tunnel(HST) of the German-Dutch Wind Tunnels. The test article is the aerodynamic validation model from the Chinese Aeronautical Establishment, which is a full-span scale model representation of a business jet aircraft. The wind tunnel test comprised of parallel deployments of balance, pressures, infrared thermography, and model marker measurement techniques. Dedicated investigations with a dummy support were conducted as well, in order to derive and correct for the interference that the support system imposed on the overall model loads. | 3 | Recent development of a CFD-wind tunnel correlation study based on CAE-AVM investigation显示文摘This paper starts with brief introduction to the open topic of the CFD and wing tunnel correlation study, followed by a description of the Chinese Aeronautical Establishment(CAE) –Aerodynamic Validation Model(AVM) and its wind tunnel test in the German-Dutch Wind tunnels(DNW). The features of the aerodynamic design, the CFD approach, the wind tunnel model fabrication and the experimental techniques are discussed along with the motivation of the CAEDNW workshop on CFD-wind tunnel correlation study. The workshop objective is focused on the interference from the aero-elastic deformation of the wind tunnel model and the model support system to the aerodynamic performance and CFD validations. The four study cases, geometry and mesh preparation of the workshop are introduced. A comprehensive summary of the CFD results from the organizer and the participants is provided. Major observations, both CFD to CFD and CFD to wind tunnel, are identified and summarized. | 4 | Correlation analysis of combined and separated effects of wing deformation and support system in the CAE-AVM study显示文摘The Chinese Aeronautical Establishment(CAE) Aerodynamic Validation Model(AVM)is a dual-purpose test geometry dedicated to verify the aerodynamic performance of a conceptual intercontinental jet aircraft and to provide a dataset for CFD software validation. To this end, a scaled model of the AVM was tested in the High-Speed Tunnel(HST) of the German-Dutch Wind-tunnels(DNW) with special test consideration and instrumentation. For complementary analysis of experimental results, specific CAE-AVM geometries are analyzed using a CAE inhouse CFD code. The specific geometries consist of a baseline aircraft, an aircraft with a deformed wing shape, and an aircraft with both a deformed wing shape and a representation of the model support system used in the wind tunnel. | 5 | Reservoir accumulation conditions and key exploration&development technologies for Keshen gas field in Tarim Basin显示文摘The Keshen gas field is located in the central part of Kuqa foreland thrust belt in Tarim Basin,and is another large gas field discovered in Kuqa depression after Kela 2 gas field.Since the breakthrough in 2008,a number of large and medium scale gas reservoirs including Keshen 2,Keshen 5 and Keshen 8 have been discovered,that are characterized by ultra depth,ultra-high pressure,ultra-low porosity,ultra-low permeability,high temperature and high pressure.With natural gas geological reserves of nearly trillion cubic meters and production capacity of nearly 5.5 billion cubic meters,the Keshen gas field is the main natural gas producing area in Tarim Oilfield.The Keshen gas field is located in a series of thrusting imbrication structures in the Kelasu structural belt of Kuqa foreland thrust belt.The salt roof structure,plastic rheology of salt beds and pre-salt faulted anticlinal structure constitute the large wedge-shaped thrust body.The thick delta sandstone of the Cretaceous Bashijike Formation is widely distributed,and it forms the superior reservoir-caprock combination with overlying Paleogene thick gypsum-salt bed.The deep Jurassic-Triassic oil and gas migrate vertically along fault system formed in Late Himalaya,break through the thick Cretaceous mudstone and move laterally along the fracture system of the pre-salt reservoirs,to form anticline and fault anticline high pressure reservoir groups.Through near ten years of studies,the three-dimensional seismic acquisition and processing technology for complex mountainous areas,extrusion salt-related structural modeling technology and fractured low-porosity sandstone reservoir evaluation technology have been established,which lay a foundation for realization of oil and gas exploration objectives.Logging acquisition and evaluation technology for high temperature,high pressure,ultra-deep and low-porosity sandstone gas reservoirs,and efficient development technology for fractured tight sandstone gas reservoirs have been developed,which provide a technical support for efficient exploration&development and rapid production of the Keshen gas field. | Haijun Yang Yong Li Yangang Tang Ganglin Lei Xiongwei Sun Peng Zhou Lu Zhou Anming Xu Jingjie Tang Wenhui Zhu Jiangwei Shang Weili Chen Mei Li | 2019 | Petroleum Research2019,4,4: | 3 |

| 7 | Novel luminescent europium-centered hybrid material covalently grafted with organically modified titania via 2-substituted imidazophenanthroline for fluorescence sensing显示文摘By employing a rational approach,we prepared a novel kind of luminescent europium-centered hybrid material named Eu(tta)_(3)NCP-TiO_(2).The resulting material was characterized by FT-IR spectra,SEM,X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis,and photoluminescence spectra.The hybrid material features the combined advantages of the europium complex and the titania host,exhibiting not only good thermostability,but also long luminescence lifetime.Owing to the excellent luminescence of this material,the application in detecting organic small molecule solvents and metal ions was explored systematically.Significantly,Eu(tta)_(3)NCP-TiO_(2) exhibits superior detection for nitrobenzene molecule and Cu^(2+) ion in DMF(N,N-dimethylformamide) medium.Furthermore,the limit of detection(LOD) of Eu(tta)_(3)NCP-TiO_(2) for nitrobenzene and Cu^(2+) ion can be counted as 5.593× 10^(-5) and 9.566 ×10^(-5) mol/L,respectively.The results demonstrate that Eu(tta)_(3)NCP-TiO_(2) can serve as an efficient fluorescence probe for the detection of sensing of nitrobenzene and Cu^(2+) ion. | Fenghan Wei Chao Bai Huai-Ming Hu Shi He Xiaofang Wang Ganglin Xue | 2021 | Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,6: | 2 |

| 17 | TiN/CrN multilayered hard coatings with TiCrN interlayer deposited by a filtered cathodic vacuum arc technique显示文摘TiN/CrN multilayered hard coatings with TiCrN interlayer were deposited on high speed steel substrates by using a filtered cathodic vacuum arc technique. The structure and composition of the coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Auger electron spectroscopy (AES). A high adhesion of up to 80 N was demonstrated by scratching tests for the multilayered coatings. Nanoindentation tests were performed to determine the hardness and elastic modulus of the coatings as a function of the multiplayer modulation period. It was observed that the hardness of the multilayered coatings is higher than those of either TiN or CrN single coatings, and it increases with decreasing modulation periods, which is consistent with predictions from the Hall-Perch type strengthening mechanism, though at small modulation periods, deviation from the Hall-Petch relation has been observed for the multilayered coatings. | 18 | LncRP11-675F6.3 responds to rapamycin treatment and reduces triglyceride accumulation via interacting with HK1 in hepatocytes by regulating autophagy and VLDL-related proteins显示文摘Long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)have been widely proven to be involved in liver lipid homeostasis.Herein,we identify an upregulated lncRNA named lncRP11-675F6.3 in response to rapamycin treatment using a microarray in HepG2 cells.Knockdown of lncRP11-675F6.3 leads to a significant reduction in apolipoprotein 100(ApoB100),microsomal triglyceride transfer protein(MTTP),ApoE and ApoC3 with increased cellular triglyceride level and autophagy.Furthermore,we find that ApoB100 is obviously colocalized with GFP-LC3 in autophagosomes when lncRP11-675F6.3 is knocked down,indicating that elevated triglyceride accumulation likely related to autophagy induces the degradation of ApoB100 and impairs very low-density lipoprotein(VLDL)assembly.We then identify and validate that hexokinase 1(HK1)acts as the binding protein of lncRP11-675F6.3 and mediates triglyceride regulation and cell autophagy.More importantly,we find that lncRP11-675F6.3 and HK1 attenuate high fat diet induced nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)by regulating VLDL-related proteins and autophagy.In conclusion,this study reveals that lncRP11-675F6.3 is potentially involved in the downstream of mTOR signaling pathway and the regulatory network of hepatic triglyceride metabolism in cooperation with its interacting protein HK1,which may provide a new target for fatty liver disorder treatment. | Lingling Wang Xiaojuan Fang Ziyou Yang Xueling Li Mengdi Cheng Liang Cheng Ganglin Wang Wei Li Lin Liu | 2023 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,10: | 0 |
| 19 | Key Parameters and Conceptual Configuration of Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicle Concept显示文摘The nature and characteristics of attack unmanned combat aerial vehicle(UCAV) are analyzed.The principles of selecting takeoff thrust-weight ratio and takeoff weight of attack UCAV are presented by analyzing the statistical data of weights for various main combat aircraft.The UCAV airborne weapons are analyzed,followed by the preliminary estimation of the payload weight.Various typical engines are analyzed and one of them is selected.Then the takeoff weight of the UCAV is determined.Based on some basic parameters and assumptions,the qualitative decomposition calculation for takeoff weight is completed.The key factors for obtaining longer endurance of aircraft with small aspect ratio configuration are found to be high lift-drag ratio and internal space.On the basis of the conclusions mentioned above,a highly blended flying-wing plus lifting body concept is proposed.According to this concept,the UCAV configuration is designed and optimized.Finally,the UCAV configuration with small aspect ratio,high lift-drag ratio,and high stealth characteristic is obtained. | Wang Ganglin Faculty 513,School of Aeronautic Science and Engineering,Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics,Beijing 100191,China | 2009 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2009,22,4: | 0 |
