| 1 | 磁珠富集法分离柿微卫星标记显示文摘【目的】分离柿属植物的微卫星标记,为柿种质资源的分类、进化等遗传研究奠定基础。【方法】提取磨盘柿(Diospyros kaki)基因组DNA后,用EcoRⅠ和MesⅠ2种内切酶酶切并连接接头,再用接头特异引物进行PCR扩增。扩增产物与生物素标记的(GA)15和(AC)15探针杂交,杂交复合物用链亲和素包裹磁珠进行结合,得到单链DNA目标片段,经PCR扩增,连接pGEM-T载体,转化入感受态大肠杆菌,得到微卫星富集小插入片段DNA文库。用Colony-PCR法筛选阳性克隆,进行测序分析。【结果】测序96个克隆,54个含微卫星序列,24个为有效微卫星序列,其中完美型(perfect)9个,占37.5%;非完美型(imperfect)7个,占29.2%;混合型(compound)8个,占33.3%(。GA)n重复最为常见。21条含微卫星序列已登录GenBank(Accession Number:EF567396~EF567416)。成功设计21对引物,经初步筛选,14对表现出多态性。【结论】试验方法分离柿基因组微卫星简便有效,得到的多态性引物可用于柿种质资源的遗传研究。 | 阮小凤 Gabi Krczal 杨勇 | 2008 | 西北农林科技大学学报(自然科学版)2008，36，5： | 10 |
| 2 | Trabeculectomy with Ex-PRESS implant versus Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation-a comparative study显示文摘AIM:To compare the surgical outcomes of trabeculectomy with Ex-PRESS implant and Ahmed glaucoma valve(AGV) implantation. METHODS: Patients who underwent trabeculectomy with Ex-PRESS implants or AGV implantation separately were included in this retrospective chart review.Main outcome measures were surgical failure and complications.Failure was defined as intraocular pressure(IOP) >21 mm Hg or <5 mm Hg on two consecutive visits after 3mo,reoperation for glaucoma,or loss of light perception.Eyes that had not failed were considered as complete success if they did not required supplemental medical therapy.RESULTS: A total of 64 eyes from 57 patients were included: 31 eyes in the Ex-PRESS group and 33 eyes in the AGV group.The mean follow-up time was 2.6 ±1.1y and 3.3±1.6y,respectively.Patients in the AGV group had significantly higher baseline mean IOP(P =0.005),lower baseline mean visual acuity(VA)(P =0.02),and higher proportion of patients with history of previous trabeculectomy(P <0.0001).Crude failure rates were 16.1%,n =5/31 in the Ex-PRESS group and 24.2%,n =8/33 in the AGV group.The cumulative proportion of failure was similar between the groups,P =0.696.The proportion of eyes that experienced postoperative complications was32.3% in the Ex-PRESS group and 60.1% in the AGV group(P =0.0229).CONCLUSION: Trabeculectomy with Ex-PRESS implant and AGV implantation had comparable failure rates.The AGV group had more post-operative complications,but also included more complex cases with higher baselinemean IOP,worse baseline mean VA,and more previous glaucoma surgeries.Therefore,the results are limited to the cohort included in this study. | Michael Waisbourd Naomi Fischer Hadas Shalev Oriel Spierer Elad Ben Artsi Rony Rachmiel Gabi Shemesh Shimon Kurtz | 2016 | International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2016，9，10： | 6 |

| 4 | Experimental and Numerical Investigation of Centrifugal Pumps with Asymmetric Inflow Conditions显示文摘Most of the times pumps operate off best point states.Reasons are changes of operating conditions,modifications,pollution and wearout or erosion.As consequences non-rotational symmetric flows,transient operational conditions,increased risk of cavitation,decrease of efficiency and unpredictable wearout can appear.Especially construction components of centrifugal pumps,in particular intake elbows,contribute to this matter.Intake elbows causes additional losses and secondary flows,hence non-rotational velocity distributions as intake profile to the centrifugal pump.As a result the impeller vanes experience permanent changes of the intake flow angle and with it transient flow conditions in the blade channels.This paper presents the first results of a project,experimentally and numerically investigating the consequences of non-rotational inflow to leading edge flow conditions of a centrifugal pump.Therefore two pumpintake-elbow systems are compared,by only altering the intake elbow geometry:a common single bended 90°elbow and a numerically optimized elbow(improved regarding rotational symmetric inflow conditions and friction coefficient).The experiments are carried out,using time resolved stereoscopic PIV on a full acrylic pump with refractions index matched(RIM)working fluid.This allows transient investigations of the flow field simultaneously for all blade leading edges.Additional CFD results are validated and used to further support the investigation i.e.for comparing an analog pump system with ideal inflow conditions. | Sten Mittag Martin Gabi | 2015 | Journal of Thermal Science2015，24，6： | 5 |

| 9 | Numerical Noise Prediction in Fluid Machinery显示文摘Numerical methods successively became important in the design and optimization of fluid machinery. However, as noise emission is considered, one can hardly find standardized prediction methods combining flow and acoustical optimization. Several numerical field methods for sound calculations have been developed. Due to the complexity of the considered flow, approaches must be chosen to avoid exhaustive computing. In this contribution the noise of a simple propeller is investigated. The configurations of the calculations comply with an existing experimental setup chosen for evaluation. The used in-house CFD solver SPARC contains an acoustic module based on Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings Acoustic Analogy. From the flow results of the time dependent Large Eddy Simulation the time dependent acoustic sources are extracted and given to the acoustic module where relevant sound pressure levels are calculated. | 12 | Factors influencing the yield of mesenteric angiography in lower gastrointestinal bleed显示文摘AIM: To assess if certain triaging rules could be established to optimize the yield of mesenteric angiography. METHODS: Medical records of 101 patients were retrospectively reviewed and parameters relating to age, gender, pulse rate, blood pressure, serum hemoglobin, intensive care unit(ICU) admission, and the number of packed red blood cells(PRBC) transfused in the 12 and 24 h prior to the angiography were tabulated in two groups with positive and negative angiography results. RESULTS: We found no correlation between gender, pulse rate, blood pressure or serum hemoglobin and positivity of the mesenteric angiogram. But patients with positive angiogram were found to be on average 7 years older(73.2 years vs 65.9 years old)(P = 0.02). Angiogram was positive in 39.3 %(11/28) of patientsadmitted in ICU vs 23.2%(17/73) who were admitted elsewhere in the hospital(P = 0.03). In the 12 and 24 h prior to angiography, patients with a positive angiogram received a mean of 2.7 ± 2.3 and 3.3 ± 2.6 units of PRBC s respectively, while patients with a negative angiogram had a mean of 1.6 ± 1.9(P = 0.02) and 2.1 ± 2.6 units(P = 0.04) received respectively in the same period.
