| 1 | Severe liver injury due to herbal and dietary supplements and the role of liver transplantation显示文摘Herbal and dietary supplements(HDS)are increasingly used worldwide for numerous,mainly unproven health benefits.The HDS industry is poorly regulated compared to prescription medicines and most products are easily obtainable.Drug induced liver injury(DILI)is a well-recognized entity associated with prescription and over the counter medications and many reports have emerged of potential HDS-related DILI.There is considerable geographic variability in the risk and severity of DILI associated with HDS but the presentation of severe liver injury is similar with a hepatocellular pattern accompanied by jaundice.This type of injury can lead to acute liver failure and the need for liver transplantation.Patients will often fail to mention their use of HDS,considering it natural and therefore harmless.Hence physicians should understand that these products can be associated with DILI and explicitly ask about HDS use in any patient with otherwise unexplained acute liver injury. | Priya Grewal Jawad Ahmad | 2019 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2019，25，46： | 6 |

| 5 | Enhanced cavitation erosion resistance of a friction stir processed high entropy alloy显示文摘Friction stir processing of an Al0.1CoCrFeNi high entropy alloy(HEA)was performed at controlled cooling conditions(ambient and liquid submerged).Microstructural and mechanical characterization of the processed and as-cast HEAs was evaluated using electron backscatter diffraction,micro-hardness testing and nanoindentation.HEA under the submerged cooling condition showed elongated grains(10μm)with fine equiaxed grains(2μm)along the boundary compared to the coarser grain(~2 mm)of as-cast HEA.The hardness showed remarkable improvements with four(submerged cooling condition)and three(ambient cooling condition)times that of as-cast HEA(HV^150).The enhanced hardness is attributed to the significant grain refinement in the processed HEAs.Cavitation erosion behavior was observed for samples using an ultrasonication method.All of the HEAs showed better cavitation erosion resistance than the stainless steel 316L.The sample processed under a submerged liquid condition showed approximately 20 and 2 times greater erosion resistance than stainless steel 316L and ascast HEA,respectively.The enhanced erosion resistances of the processed HEAs correlate to their increased hardness,resistance to plasticity,and better yield strength than the as-cast HEA.The surface of the tested samples showed nucleation and pit growth,and plastic deformation of the material followed by fatigue-controlled disintegration as the primary material removal mechanism. | Rakesh B.Nair H.S.Arora Harpreet Singh Grewal | 2020 | International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2020，27，10： | 2 |
| 6 | Obstructive jaundice due to a rare periampullary tumor显示文摘Gangliocytic paraganglioma is a rare neuroendocrine tumor predominantly arising in the second part of the duodenum with rare local recurrence or metastasis to regional lymph nodes.A 92-year-old female presented with obstructive jaundice.On exam she had pale conjunctiva and icteric sclera.Abdominal examination revealed tenderness in the upper abdomen.Laboratory data was consistent with obstructive jaundice.Computed tomography of the abdomen revealed a dilated gall bladder and a common bile duct(CBD)with no evidence of liver lesions or pancreatic head mass.Endoscopic ultrasonography revealed a 1 cm isoechoic submucosal nodule at the periampullary area,dilated CBD(9 mm),a prominent pancreatic duct(4.1 mm)and a hydropic gall bladder with no stones.Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreaticography was performed to relieve obstruction and showed a 1 cm periampullary mass which underwent an en-bloc snare resection.Histopathology analyses with immunohistochemical stains were positive for cytokeratin,synaptophysin,S-100 protein,neuron specific enolase and negative for actin and desmin consistent with periampullary gangliocytic paraganglioma.Periampullary gangliocytic paraganglioma is a rare benign tumor of the small bowel.Common presentation includes abdominal pain and obstructive jaundice which should be included in differential diagnosis of obstructive jaundice.Endoscopic resection is a curative therapy in the absence of local invasion or distant metastasis. | Anjana Sathyamurthy Abhishek Choudhary Dennis Ng Shuaib Okponobi Alberto Diaz-Arias Ajitinder Grewal Ghassan M Hammoud | 2013 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology2013，5，10： | 2 |

The control approach for motion control of the platform is presented using a modern control technique, namely, linear quadratic Gaussinn (LQG) with reference tracking.
