1车桥耦合系统在随机激励下的动力分析及其应用显示文摘通过建立随机激励下的车桥耦合系统的空间动力模型,研究了提速条件下上承式钢板梁的加固问题。根据实测的轮对加速度,由时间序列自回归模型生成随机激励作为系统的输入,对列车通过桥梁的全过程进行了计算机模拟,得到桥梁的动力响应,并对计算结果进行了统计分析。根据计算结果,设计了上承式钢板梁桥的加固方案,对实际桥梁进行了加固。在桥梁加固前后分别进行了现场测试,结果证明了本文分析方法的正确性和加固方案的合理性。夏禾 张宏杰 曹艳梅 G.De Roeck 2003工程力学2003,20,3:35
2广西梧州市鼻咽癌现场10年的前瞻性研究显示文摘1980年我们在梧州市对20726人进行Epstein-Barr病毒(EBV)壳抗原的IgA类(IgA/VCA)抗体的血清学普查,发现抗体阳性者1136人。当时进行临床和组织学检查共发现18例鼻咽癌病人。经10年追踪观察又发现29例病人,其中1、2期病人25例,早期诊断率达86.2%。血清学普查后在抗体阳性者中逐年追踪,甚至在第10年仍可发现鼻咽癌病人。未追踪的抗体阳性者中发生6例,共计53例,占全部57例(包括抗体阴性者4列)鼻咽癌的93%。因此,根据血清学指标可以在5~10年前预测鼻咽癌发生的可能性,抗体阳性者只要能定期追踪检查就可以在早期发现鼻咽癌。这些结果进一步说明EB病毒与鼻咽癌的发生密切相关。邓洪 曾毅 黄乃琴 黄玉英 黎跃 苏辉民 钟汉桑 练英熙 王培中 G.de The 1992病毒学报1992,8,1:21

5IBD5 polymorphisms in inflammatory bowel disease: Association with response to infliximab显示文摘AIM: Inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) are multifactorial pathologies of unknown etiology. One susceptibility locus,IBD5, has been mapped to chromosome 5q31. We analyzed our Spanish cohorts of Crohn's disease (CD)and ulcerative colitis (UC) patients to determine whether this locus is associated with IBD, and to ascertain the main clinical phenotype influenced by this risk factor. The kind of interaction, either genetic heterogeneity or epistasis, between this IBD5 susceptibility region and the NOD2/CARD15 gene mutations was studied as well.Finally, ve assessed whether this locus can predict response to infliximab therapy.METHODS: A case control study was performed with 274CD and 211 UC patients recruited from a single center and 511 healthy ethnically matched controls. Two polymorphisms were genotyped in the IBD5 locus and three in the CARD15/NOD2 gene.RESULTS: Our results evidence association only with CD especially with the fistulizing phenotype and in the absence of NOD2/CARD15 variants (mutant allele frequency in patients vscontrols: OR = 2.03, 95% CI = 1.35-3.06,P<0.01). The frequency of the IBD5 homozygous mutant genotype significantly increased in CD patients lacking response to infliximab (RR = 3.88, 95% CI = 1.18-12.0,P<0.05). 7Microbiome in the setting of burn patients:implications for infections and clinical outcomes显示文摘Burn damage can lead to a state of immune dysregulation that facilitates the development of infections in patients.The most deleterious impact of this dysfunction is the loss of the skin’s natural protective barrier.Furthermore,the risk of infection is exacerbated by protracted hospitalization,urinary catheters,endotracheal intubation,inhalation injury,arterial lines and central venous access,among other mainstays of burn care.Currently,infections comprise the leading cause of mortality after major burn injuries,which highlights the improvements observed over the last 50 years in the care provided to burn victims.The need to implement the empirical selection of antibiotic therapy to treat multidrug-resistant bacteria may concomitantly lead to an overall pervasiveness of difficult-to-treat pathogens in burn centres,as well as the propagation of antimicrobial resistance and the ultimate dysregulation of a healthy microbiome.While preliminary studies are examining the variability and evolution of human and mice microbiota,both during the early and late phase burn injury,one must consider that abnormal microbiome conditions could influence the systemic inflammatory response.A better understanding of the changes in the postburn microbiome might be useful to interpret the provenance and subsequent development of infections,as well as to come up with inferences on the prognosis of burn patients.This review aims to summarise the current findings describing the microbiological changes in different organs and systems of burn patients and how these alterations affect the risks of infections,complications,and,ultimately,healing.Silvia Corcione Tommaso Lupia Francesco G.De Rosa on behalf of Host and Microbiota Interaction Study Group(ESGHAMI)of the European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases(ESCMID) 2020Burns & Trauma2020,8,1:3

12Carbon Dots-Doped Electrospun Fibers for Simultaneous Metal Ion Detection and Adsorption of Dyes显示文摘The required treatment and monitoring of contaminants in wastewater reinforces the development of low-cost adsorbents/chemosensors,introducing advantages relative to the detection/removal of toxic metals and dyes.Herein,it is reported a two-step process of fabrication of fluorescent carbon dots via the hydrothermal treatment of amino acids for the following encapsulation in electrospun fibers.The prominent anionic behavior of electrospun fibers of Eudragit L100 was explored for adsorption of cationic dyes(methylene blue and crystal violet)-with the prevailing electrostatic interaction of parts being favored by the formation of monolayers on the surface of adsorbents.On the other hand,the controlled release of carbon dots(CDs)from fibers to the reactor can be explored for a second application:the nitrogen ligands from released glycine-based carbon dots can be explored to indicate the presence of metal ions in aqueous solution.Our experiment resulted in a quenching in the fluorescence of the CDs in order of 90%in the emission of particles in the response of the presence of Fe^(3+) ions,characterizing a promising perspective for this experimental system.Mário César A.de Oliveira Elisângela G.de L.Oliveira Indira C.B.Pires Iuri C.M.Candido Nikifor Rakov Helinando P.de Oliveira Yutao Xing Glauco S.Maciel 2020Advanced Fiber Materials2020,2,6:1
