12005--2014年CHINET中国细菌耐药性监测网5种重要临床分离菌的耐药性变迁显示文摘目的收集并分析CHINET中国细菌耐药性监测网中5种重要临床分离菌的耐药性变迁。方法采用纸片扩散法或自动化仪器法按统一方案进行药物敏感性试验。按CLSI 2014年版标准判断结果。结果 2005—2014年,每年的临床分离菌数量为22 774~84 572株。大肠埃希菌中产ESBL菌株检出率为51.7%~55.8%。在上述时期内大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌对阿米卡星、环丙沙星、哌拉西林-他唑巴坦和头孢哌酮-舒巴坦的耐药率有所下降。肺炎克雷伯菌中碳青霉烯类耐药株由2.4%上升至13.4%。铜绿假单胞菌对包括亚胺培南和美罗培南的所有受试抗菌药物的耐药率均有所下降。鲍曼不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类的耐药率由31.0%逐步上升至66.7%。耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的检出率由2005年的69%逐年下降至2014年的44.6%。结论国内肺炎克雷伯菌和鲍曼不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类的耐药率高。上述结果显示细菌耐药性监测对于细菌感染的有效治疗十分重要。f.-p.hu y.guo d.-m.zhu f.wang x.-f.jiang y.-c.xu x.-j.zhang c.-x.zhang p.ji y.xie m.kang c.-q.wang a.-m.wang y.-h.xu j.-l.shen z.-y.sun z.-j.chen y.-x.ni j.-y.sun y.-z.chu s.-f.tian z.-d.hu j.-li y.-s.yu j.lin b.shan y.du y.han s.guo l.-h.wei l.wu h.zhang j.kong y.-j.hu x.-m.ai c.zhuo d.-h.su q.yang b.jia w.huang 胡付品(译) 汪复 2017中国感染与化疗杂志2017,17,1:419
2承载式车身结构的强度刚度及模态的有限元分析显示文摘车身承载式结构可以减轻自重,降低车身的高度等,因而在轻型客车设计中得到越来越广泛的应用。本文介绍了承载车身强度、刚度和模态分析的方法。首先建立了轻型客车承载式车身的几何模型和有限元模型,对该车型的不同设计方案进行了计算分析和对比,得出了许多有意义的结果。所探讨的方法可以对结构静态和动态性能评价或优化,从而提高初始设计的可信度,缩短新产品定型的周期。兰凤崇 陈吉清 J.Lin 2006机械科学与技术2006,25,3:25
3Heavy Metals in a Sulfidic Minespoil:Fractions and Column Leaching显示文摘Fractions of various heavy metals in a sulfidic minespoil were investigated. Column leaching experimentwas also conducted to simulate 'acid mine drainage' (AMD) from the minespoil. The results show thatleaching of heavy metals from the minespoil was extremely significant during the initial water flushing.The amounts of heavy metals leached out dramatically reduced after leaching twice. It is worthwhile tonote that in this study, Zn, Mn, Fe, As and Ni in the first leachate exceeded the total amount of eachcorresponding water-extractable (1:5, soil:water) metal contained in the minespoil sample. This appears tosuggest that 1:5 water extraction did not allow accurate estimation of water-leachable concentrations of theabove heavy metals. This work has implications for the management of sulfidic minespoils. Acid drainageof great environmental concerns is likely to occur only during heavy rainfall events after substantial solubleand readily exchangeable acid and metals are accumulated in the minespoils. The slow-reacting fractionsother than water-soluble and readily exchangeable fractions may pose little environmental hazards. 7Evolution of microstructure and texture in copper during repetitive extrusion-upsetting and subsequent annealing显示文摘The evolution of the microstructure and texture in copper has been studied during repetitive extrusionupsetting(REU) to a total von Mises strain of 4.7 and during subsequent annealing at different temperatures. It is found that the texture is significantly altered by each deformation pass. A duplex 001 + 111 fiber texture with an increased 111 component is observed after each extrusion pass,whereas the 110 fiber component dominates the texture after each upsetting pass. During REU, the microstructure is refined by deformation-induced boundaries. The average cell size after a total strain of 4.7 is measured to be ~0.3 μm. This refined microstructure is unstable at room temperature as is evident from the presence of a small number of recrystallized grains in the deformed matrix. Pronounced recrystallization took place during annealing at 200?C for 1 h with recrystallized grains developing predominantly in high misorientation regions. At 350?C the microstructure is fully recrystallized with an average grain size of only 2.3 μm and a very weak crystallographic texture. 9Analysis of delivery and recalculation of dose using DICOM treatment records显示文摘Objective:A procedure has been proposed for patient-specific QA that,instead of comparing a measurement to the planned dose,compares the dose calculated by an independent system to the dose calculated by the planning system.It is still prudent,however,to check the accuracy of the beam delivery.For this purpose,the DICOM records from the first treatment fraction can be compared to the planned treatment using an in-house developed planning system.Methods:Totally 1,398 patient portals were subjected to the new QA procedure.The dose distribution for each portal was first recalculated on a water phantom by two treatment planning systems and the dose distributions were compared.When agreement was observed,the patient was allowed to start treatment without a measure-ment.The record from the first day was imported into an in-house planning system which was used to evaluate the delivery for errors and calculate the delivered dose distribution and compare it to the planned dose distribution.Results:A total of 266 portals passed a strict comparison between the clinical and QA dose calculations and directly used for treatment without measurements.For those portals,the comparison of the delivery records to the plan showed that 99%of spot positions deviated less than 0.2 mm and 99.7%of spot metersets deviated by less than 0.3%.On the other hand,64 portals showed spot size deviations greater than the tolerance of15%with some as large as25%.For 32 portals in which the record was used to calculate the delivered dose distribution,the Gamma passing rates between the planned and delivered distributions were always above 95%using a 2%dose difference and 2 mm distance-to-agreement criteria.Conclusions:The new QA process has been implemented slowly with strict constraints.The amount of beam time required has been reduced while maintaining safety.Z.Chen M.F.Moyers Y.Deng H.L.Chen J.Li Z.M.Shen J.Lin Q.Wang P.Yepes 2022Radiation Medicine and Protection2022,3,3:2

13低温燃料电池的纳米电催化材料:综述(英文)显示文摘Low temperature fuel cells are an attractive technology for transportation and residential applica-tions due to their quick start up and shut down capabilities. This review analyzed the current status of nanocatalysts for proton exchange membrane fuel cells and alkaline membrane fuel cells. The preparation process influences the performance of the nanocatalyst. Several synthesis methods are covered for noble and non-noble metal catalysts on various catalyst supports including carbon nanotubes, carbon nanofibers, nanowires, and graphenes. Ex situ and in situ characterization methods like scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and fuel cell testing of the nanocatalysts on various supports for both proton exchange and alkaline membrane fuel cells are discussed.
