| 1 | Recent progress of residual stress measurement methods: A review显示文摘Residual stress is one of the main factors affecting the mechanical properties of materials, such as their strength, plasticity and surface integrity. For instance, tensile stress conditions can adversely affect material performance or component life, while compressive stress conditions can improve material fatigue strength. During the processing of integrated aviation structures, machining deformation caused by residual stress has become one of the most prominent manufacturing problems. Therefore, it is very important to measure and evaluate the stress for real applications.This paper reviews the research of residual stress measurement methods over the past five years by classifying them according to the measurement methods appearing in each stage. The existing problems and difficulties of each measurement technology are summarized, and future trends are forecasted. | 2 | Wind tunnel experimental study on droplet drift reduction by a conical electrostatic nozzle for pesticide spraying显示文摘Droplet drift wastes pesticide,pollutes the environment,and has become one of the focus issues of agricultural crop protection.Electrostatic spray technology reduces drift to a certain degree.In order to investigate the droplet drift pattern of a conical electrostatic nozzle,the droplet drift mass center distance was defined as an experimental index and used to conduct experimental wind tunnel studies on droplet drift.A mathematical model of the droplet drift mass center distance versus electrostatic voltage and wind speed was created via the regression method.The test results showed that the electrostatic voltage had an insignificant effect on droplet drift,the wind speed and its interaction with the electrostatic voltage had significant effects on droplet drift.When the wind speed was less than 3 m/s and stable,the crop adsorbability of a droplet had a dominant effect on the droplet drift;the droplet drift decreased with the increase of electrostatic voltage.When the wind speed exceeded 3 m/s and was stable,the reduced droplet particle size had a dominant effect on droplet drift,where droplet drift increased as the electrostatic voltage increased.When the wind speed was 0 m/s and the electrostatic voltage was 12 kV,the minimum droplet drift mass center distance was 35.5 mm,which was 56 mm less than that of conventional nozzle droplet drift.Therefore,a conical electrostatic nozzle is inapplicable for operation in an environment where wind speeds exceed 3 m/s.This study provides a reference for optimizing operational parameters of conical electrostatic nozzles and improving the anti-drift capability of droplets. | Zhang Wei Hou Yongrui Liu Xin Lian Qi Fu Xiaoming Zhang Bo Wang Haiyang Wang Yingqian | 2017 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,3: | 8 |
| 3 | Mantle anisotropy across the southwestern boundary of the Ordos block,North China显示文摘Located at the northeastern margin of the Tibetan plateau,the Ordos block is a stable tectonic unit in North China.With its active boundary fault zones,the Ordos block played an important role in the eastward extrusion mechanism of the Tibetan plateau.Peking University deployed a linear array of 15 portable broadband seismometers across the western Weihe graben during September 2005 to August 2006 and later a 2-D seismic array(Southwest Ordos Array) of 14 portable broadband seismometers during 2007-2008 at its southwestern boundary.Analyses of shear wave splitting of SKS and SKKS phases at these stations show that the fast directions trend ~110° with an average delay time of 0.9 s in the southwestern margin of the Ordos block.The agreement between the lithosphere deformation indicated by GPS data and Quaternary fault slip-rate observations and the mantle flow represented by shear wave splitting implies that accordant deformation patterns from lithosphere to asthenosphere in relation to the eastward extrusion of the Tibetan plateau could extend at least to 200 km depth.Spatial distribution of splitting polarization directions indicates that the mantle flow driven by the Tibetan plateau is blocked by the Ordos block and locally restricted in a narrow channel along the Qinling-Dabie fault zones between the Ordos block and Sichuan basin. | Yongcai Tang Yongshun John Chen Yuanyuan V. | 4 | Ag nanoparticles preparation and their light trapping performance显示文摘Ag nanoparticles were fabricated on Si substrates by radio-frequency magnetron sputtering and thermal annealing treatments.It was found that Ag nanoparticles are ellipsoid at low annealing temperature,but the axis ratio decreases with the increase of annealing temperature,and a shape transformation from ellipsoid to sphere occurs when the temperature increases to a critical point.The experimental results showed that the surface plasmon resonances depend greatly on the nanoparticles'shape and size,which is in accordance with the theoretical calculation based on discrete dipole approximation.The results of forward-scattering efficiency(FSE) and light trapping spectrum(LTS) showed that Ag nanoparticles annealed at 400°C could strongly enhance the light harvest than those annealed at 300 and 500°C,and that the LTS peak intensity of the former is 1.7 and 1.5 times stronger than those of the later two samples,respectively.The conclusions obtained in this paper showed that Ag ellipsoid nanoparticles with appropriate size is more favorable for enhancing the light trapping. | BAI YiMing WANG Jun YIN ZhiGang CHEN NuoFu ZHANG XingWang FU Zhen YAO JianXi LI Ning HE HaiYang GULI MiNa | 2013 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,1: | 2 |

| 7 | Assessment of POC CD4 Detecting Mode in District or County Labs-Jiangsu Province, China, 2021显示文摘Objective:This study seeks to explore efficient and multiple-item detection modes in new-style HIV labs,as well as access the accuracy and reliability of CD4 cell count detected by point of care(POC)to analyze POC work feasibility in district or county labs.Methods:POC devices adopted in grassroots-level labs and flow cytometers adopted in prefecture-level labs were used to analyze the same group of blood samples.The individual results were collected and compared for parametric tests in correlation and consistency.Results:The Pearson correlation coefficients(r)between results detected by FACSPresto and those by FACSCalibur,FACSVia,FACSCantoII,and EPICSXL were 0.922,0.938,0.914,and 0.823,respectively;the average deviations were−25.64,24.68,3.05,and 70.97 cells/μL,respectively;the Pearson correlation coefficient(r)between results by Pima and FACSCalibur,FACSVia,FACSCantoII,and EPICSXL were 0.900,0.950,0.954,and 0.876,respectively;and the average deviations were−73.99,−40.78,−29.32,and−22.75 cells/μL,respectively.Discussion:Strong positive correlations and good consistency were observed between the CD4 count tested by POC and flow cytometers.These findings provide theoretical support for new-style HIV labs and one-stop services,which can provide shorter testing duration and simpler testing processes,so that the most comprehensive testing results can be obtained in the shortest amount of time. | Zhi Zhang Xiaoqin Xu Chengqing Sun Jing Lu Haiyang Hu Ying Zhou Gengfeng Fu | 2022 | China CDC weekly2022,4,47: | 1 |

| 16 | 消化道神经内分泌肿瘤临床病理特征及预后因素分析(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of the study was to analyze the clinicopathologic characteristics of gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm(GEP-NEN) and to explore the prognostic factors for patients and differences of immunohistochemical markers between neuroendocrine tumor(NET) and neuroendocrine carcinoma(NEC). Methods: Retrospective reviews were conducted for the charts of 119 patients with GEP-NEN at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University(China) from August 2003 to December 2013. Kaplan-Meier method was used to do the overall survivals analysis for the patients at different levels of predictive factors. Meanwhile, Cox proportional hazard model was used to select independent risk factors of survival. Analysis of variance was used to compare the expression of immunohistochemical markers among different pathological grades. Results: Among 119 patients, pancreas(45/119, 37.82%) and rectum(33/119, 27.73%) were mostly involved. The onset age of GEP-NEN in female group was younger than that of the male group. There were 13 deaths(10.92%) during 18.9(0.1–133.4) months follow-up period. Multivariate analysis indicated that neural invasion, gender and pathological grades of NET and NEC were independent risk factors. In neuroendocrine neoplasm(NEN), Syn expression in G2 was higher than G1 and G3, while Cg A showed no significant difference. All markers showed no significant differences between NET and NEC. Conclusion: GEP-NEN may occur at multiple sites of digestive system and lack specific clinical manifestations. Syn expression detected for the prognosis of G1, G2 and G3 tumors have clinical significance. Neural invasion, sex and pathological grades were independent prognostic factors for GEP-NEN patients.
