1中国铀矿采冶回顾与展望显示文摘中国铀矿包括火山岩型、花岗岩型、碳硅泥岩型、砂岩型和煤岩型等多种类型。铀矿采冶始于20世纪50年代,早期以火山岩型和煤岩型铀矿常规地下开采为主,部分埋藏较浅的矿床则以露天开采的方式进行;铀的提取采用破磨搅拌浸出或堆浸工艺。20世纪90年代以来逐步向砂岩铀矿开采转型,以采冶一体的原地浸出方式进行开采和铀的提取,按浸出剂的不同主要分为酸法、碱法、中性(CO_(2)+O_(2))等工艺,其中酸法和中性浸出工艺在中国应用最为广泛。近年来微生物浸出技术在铀矿堆浸和地浸方面均有所突破,部分实现工业应用。清洁、高效和数字赋能是铀矿采冶发展的主要趋势,建设绿色、高效、智能的铀矿大基地也正在成为中国天然铀产业高质量发展的新动能。孙占学 Fiaz Asghar 赵凯 周义朋 黎广荣 徐玲玲 2021有色金属(冶炼部分)2021,,8:22
2序列模式图及其构造算法显示文摘序列模式挖掘是数据挖掘的一个重要分支 ,在序列事务及有关信息处理中有着广泛的应用 .目前已有许多序列模式模型及相应的挖掘算法 .该文在对序列模式挖掘问题及挖掘算法进行分析的基础上 ,定义了一种称为序列模式图的序列模式框架 ,用于表示序列模式挖掘过程发现的所有序列模式 .序列模式图是由离散状态的序列集到统一的图结构的桥梁 ,可以将序列模式挖掘结果统一到序列模式图中来 .基于序列模式图进行研究可发现某些结构化的新知识 ,称之为后序列模式挖掘 .文中还给出了序列模式图的有关性质及构造算法 .吕静 王晓峰 Osei Adjei Fiaz Hussain 2004计算机学报2004,27,6:16
3新疆蒙其古尔矿床铀矿石CO_(2)+O_(2)中性浸出试验显示文摘采用新疆某砂岩铀矿石为原料,在实验室开展了分别以矿床地下水和地浸尾液配制浸出剂的CO_(2)+O_(2)中性浸出试验,研究不同铀矿石的铀浸出差异,以及对地浸具有影响的Fe、S的氧化与碳酸盐的溶解沉淀状况。结果表明,地下水和地浸尾液配制的浸出剂对相同矿石的浸出结果没有明显差异,矿石铀含量是最主要影响因素,浸出铀浓度与矿石铀含量显著正相关;静态浸出过程中,铀在体系中的扩散不充分,底部铀浓度显著高于上部,通常静态浸泡比搅拌浸出的铀浸出率低与此有一定关系;Fe的氧化较显著,浸后矿石FeO含量下降37%~62%,S也有所氧化;碳酸盐处于接近饱或超饱和状态,应将体系pH控制在6.5以内,以避免方解石和白云石发生饱和沉淀。Fiaz Asghar 周义朋 孙占学 黎广荣 徐玲玲 赵凯 2021有色金属(冶炼部分)2021,,8:8
4Mechanical strength of wheat grain varieties influenced by moisture content and loading rate显示文摘Mechanical shear resistance of wheat grain is a significant concern for the designers and researchers related to the design of threshing,handling and processing machinery of the field crops.The grain mechanical properties directly affect the machine geometry and its operational parameters.The present study was carried out to determine the shear resistance of five wheat varieties(Locally names;TD-02,Sindhu-1105,Benazir,China and SKD-118)influenced by moisture content(16.7%,18.7%and 19.5%)and loading rate(3 mm/s,6 mm/s and 9 mm/s).However,some physio-dimensional properties(length,width,thickness,slenderness ratio,surface area and sphericity)were obtained at different moisture contents.The results showed that the shear resistance reduced by increasing the moisture content and loading rate.The average shear resistance decreased from 10.45 N to 3.74 N for 3-9 mm/s loading rate at moisture content of 16.7%to 19.5%.Thus,the maximum correlation(r=0.905)of shear resistance obtained at 16.7%,whereas minimum correlation(r=0.692)obtained at 19.5%.The shear resistance of wheat grain was highly significant(p<0.05)at 9 mm/s for 19.5%.Shear resistance decreased with an increase in the moisture content in the grain whereas deformation is increasing with the increase of moisture content.However,the maximum bulk density of wheat grain obtained at 19.5%for SKD-118,while the minimum obtained at 16.7%for TD-02.It is recommended that the design and modification of wheat grain processing equipment should be executed on the physio-mechanical properties of grain varieties.Yaoming Li Farman Ali Chandio Zheng Ma Imran Ali Lakhiar Abdul Razaque Sahito Fiaz Ahmad Irshad Ali Mari Umer Farooq Muhammad Suleman 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,4:4
5Design and experimental validation of sliding knife notch-type disc opener for a no-till combine harvester cum seed drill显示文摘One major constraint in developing a combine harvester cum seed drill(CHCSD)is the limited space available for the attachment of no-till furrow openers.Investigating the straw stubble cutting and furrow opening performance of small-sized disc furrow openers is critically important for the development and the optimization of the no-till seeding assemblies.A set of down-scaled sliding knife notch-type disc opener(SKO),modified notch-type disc opener(MNO)and smooth-type disc opener(SDO),with upper size limit of 160 mm,were designed and fabricated for field testing.Experimental results show that for small-sized disc furrow openers of the same type,a larger disc diameter yields a greater furrow depth and width.For small-sized disc furrow openers with an identical diameter,SKOs yield a greater furrow depth and width than MNOs,with SDOs yielding the lowest values.The measured furrow depth and width for an SKO with diameter of 160 mm are 3.52 cm and 3.56 cm,respectively,meeting the no-tillage furrowing requirements for a CHCSD.The highest stubble cover rate of 62.5%is obtained for the SKO with diameter of 160 mm.Therefore,this opener has greater ability to remove stubble from the furrow and seeding band than the other designs.Finally,experimental results of the stubble cutting rates confirm that,for irregularly placed straw and residue,the stubble cutting rate of the SKO with diameter of 160 mm is the highest at 61.7%.Kuan Qin Weimin Ding Fiaz Ahmad Zhichao Fang 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,4:3
6Convenient synthesis of nucleoside 5'-(α-P-thio)triphosphates and phosphorothioate nucleic acids(DNA and RNA)显示文摘Modified deoxy-and ribo-nucleoside triphosphates are chemically synthesized in multiple steps due to the protection and deprotection of the nucleoside functionalities.To conveniently synthesize the S-modified triphosphates for enzymatically preparing phosphorothioate DNAs and RNAs(PS-DNA and PS-RNA) as potential therapeutics,herein we report a one-pot strategy to synthesize the deoxy-and ribo-nucleoside 5'-(α-P-thio)triphosphates(dNTPαS and NTPαS) without protecting any nucleoside functionalities.This facile synthesis is achieved by treating the nucleosides with a mild phosphitylating reagent,reacting selectively with the 5'-hydroxyl group of each unprotected nucleoside,followed by sulfurization and hydrolysis to afford the crude dNTPαS and NTPαS analogs(mixtures of Sp and Rp diastereomers).We also demonstrated that after just simple precipitation(without HPLC and ion-exchange purification),the quality of the synthesized dNTPαS and NTPαS analogs is excellent for direct DNA polymerization and RNA transcription,respectively.Since Klenow DNA polymerase and T7 RNA polymerase accept the Sp diastereomers of dNTPαS and NTPαS analogs,respectively,while the Rp diastereomers are neither substrates nor inhibitors,the diastereomerically-pure PS-DNAs and PS-RNAs can be conveniently synthesized enzymatically.CATON-WILLIAMS Julianne FIAZ Bilal HOXHAJ Rudiona SMITH Matthew 2012Science China Chemistry2012,55,1:3
7植保无人飞机作业参数对田外除草靶标区内外雾滴沉积规律的影响显示文摘雾滴大小、气象条件和施药装备的作业参数对雾滴的覆盖范围、靶标的吸附性能有影响。无人飞机(UAV)是目前有助于高效喷雾的现代施药技术装备。然而作业参数对靶标区和脱靶区的影响依然尚待确定。开展了田间试验并运用沉积扫描软件测定了在田外除草中不同飞行高度(2 m和3 m)和飞行速度(2 m/s和3 m/s)下雾滴的沉积量、覆盖密度、覆盖率和雾滴直径。结果表明,当无人飞机在处理T_(1)中以2 m/s速度、2 m高度飞行时,靶标区域平均沉积量最高,为2.29μL/cm^(2),飞行航线中央0点位置的覆盖率达到36.19%。处理T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)和T_(4)在飞行航线中央的雾滴谱相对宽度分别为0.70、1.01、1.03、1.05。处理T_(1)体积中值直径(VMD,也即D_(v0.5))最大,为448.75μm;而处理T_(4)的D_(v0.5)最小,为238.95μm。单旋翼无人飞机在脱靶区的沉积量几乎可以忽略不计。本研究为无人飞机运营商、农民和生产企业提供了参考,从而优化航空植保技术在除草上的应用。Fiaz Ahmad 邱白晶 董晓娅 马靖 黄鑫 Shibbir Ahmed Farman Ali Chandio 蔡晨(译) 2021中国农机化学报2021,42,8:2

13Sowing uniformity of bed-type pneumatic maize planter at various seedbed preparation levels and machine travel speeds显示文摘Precision planters are important machines in the regime of modern technological agriculture.Field conditions,seed metering system and machine operating parameters affect the pneumatic planter performance.The pneumatic planter was evaluated to determine the effect of three tillage levels(L1,L2,and L3)and four travel speeds(S1,S2,S3 and S4).The sowing uniformity of the planter was observed with respect to the horizontal distribution of seeds within a row and described by using the precision index(Ip),the multiple index(Imult),the miss-seeding index(Imiss)and the quality of feed index(Iqf).The results revealed that the tillage levels(L)and travel speed(S)had a significant effect(p<0.05)on dependent variables.The maximum Imiss(22.12%)was observed at L1 and S4 whereas the maximum Imult was observed at L1 and S1.The mean values of missing-,multi-,quality-feed and precision indices were 5.14%,5.833%,89.03%and 17.85%at L3,respectively.The mean values of multi-index 17.59%,14.44%,12.40%and 10.18%,quality feed index 74.07%,75.92%,75.74%and 74.07%and precision indices 21.47%,23.26%,25.51%and 28.53%were at S1,S2,S3 and S4,respectively.The study showed that maize could be seeding within an acceptable precise range by bed-type pneumatic planter subjected to the proper seedbed preparation level.Fiaz Ahmad Muhammad Adeel Baijing Qiu Jing Ma Muhammad Shoaib Aamir Shakoor Farman Ali Chandio 2021International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,1:1

15Discrete element method simulation of disc type furrow openers in paddy soil显示文摘For granular materials,discrete element modeling is one of the best computer tools to simulate their behavior and interactions.A field experiment was carried out to evaluate the performance of disc furrow openers in paddy soil.Discrete element simulation was done to develop a 3D DEM model for notched,toothed and double disc furrow openers using EDEM software.Hertz Mindlin contact model with bonding was applied for simulation to fulfill the obligations of the soil moisture and bonding between the cohesive particles.Simulated and field experimental data were compared to determine the applicability in the different working conditions.The results of the simulation validated the applicability of the Hertz-Mindlin contact model with bonding to simulate the no till paddy soil using an extremely narrow tillage tool.The calibrated value of normal and shear stiffness was 5×10^(7)N/m,and the calibrated value of bond normal and shear strength was 3×10^(7)Pa.The relative error(-1.7%to 20.6%)for the double disc furrow opener was lower as compared with that notch typed(29.2%to 44.4%)and toothed type(31.5%to 45.9%)furrow openers.Fiaz Ahmad Baijing Qiu Qishuo Ding Weimin Ding Zahid Mahmood Khan Muhammad Shoaib Farman Ali Chandio Abdur Rehim Abdul Khaliq 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,4:1

17用于蛋白质结晶的形核剂研究综述显示文摘获取蛋白质晶体是蛋白质三维结构解析、医疗药品生产、自组装纳米体系构建等过程中重要的步骤。例如,利用X射线衍射技术对蛋白质进行三维结构解析时,首先需要通过结晶条件筛选,获得质量较高的蛋白质晶体,进而进行衍射得到蛋白质结构相关信息。蛋白质结晶需要经历从未饱和区经亚稳区至形核区的形核过程以及从形核区到亚稳区的生长成熟过程。在整个蛋白质结晶过程中,形核过程是至关重要的一步。均相形核过程中,结晶体系中各个部分形核概率相同,当蛋白质结晶体系中溶液的过饱和度足够克服形核势垒时,在形核区发生成核,因而在低浓度的结晶溶液体系中,均相形核存在一定的局限性。形核剂的添加使蛋白质晶体异相形核,相较于均相形核其需要克服的阻力小,形核势垒低。因而形核剂的使用对于难结晶蛋白或者起始浓度过低的蛋白质结晶具有重要意义。随着结构生物学的发展,形核剂在蛋白质结晶中的研究仍是结晶方法学领域的热点问题。多孔微球对蛋白质分子的吸附作用有利于无序蛋白质分子团簇的形成,进而促进蛋白质形核。添加多孔微球不但可以增加结晶条件筛选数,也可以提高晶体质量。促进蛋白质分子有序排列的形核剂籽晶的使用,使晶体的形核生长过程始终处于结晶体系溶液浓度较低的状态,而交联的籽晶因为稳定性更高而更有应用前景。新型交互扩散结晶板中,蛋白质结晶体系通过一个较缓慢的交互扩散过程实现蛋白质结晶溶液浓度的变化,并且结晶体系可达到共平衡,因而能显著提高蛋白质晶体结晶条件筛选数和晶体质量:蛋白酶K结晶条件数由39个提升至47个,分辨率由1.66提升至1.54。利用基底材料的一些特性,如静电作用、疏水作用和氢键,可以起到促进蛋白质分子聚集的功能,从而促进形核。本文从物理作用和化学作用两个角度详细总结了形核剂对蛋白质结晶的影响,并展望了该领域的发展前景及研究方向。石苗 侯海 Fiaz Ahmad 尹大川 2018材料导报2018,32,11:1

20Uncertainty analysis of runoff and sedimentation in a forested watershed using sequential uncertainty fitting method显示文摘The Soil and Water Assessment Tool(SWAT) was implemented in a small forested watershed of the Soan River Basin in northern Pakistan through application of the sequential uncertainty fitting(SUFI-2) method to investigate the associated uncertainty in runoff and sediment load estimation. The model was calibrated for a 10-year period(1991–2000) with an initial 4-year warm-up period(1987–1990), and was validated for the subsequent 10-year period(2001–2010). The model evaluation indices R^2(the coefficient of determination), NS(the Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency), and PBIAS(percent bias) for stream flows simulation indicated that there was a good agreement between the measured and simulated flows. To assess the uncertainty in the model outputs, p-factor(a 95% prediction uncertainty, 95PPU) and r-factors(average wideness width of the 95 PPU band divided by the standard deviation of the observed values) were taken into account. The 95 PPU band bracketed 72% of the observed data during the calibration and 67% during the validation. The r-factor was 0.81 during the calibration and 0.68 during the validation. For monthly sediment yield, the model evaluation coefficients(R^2 and NS) for the calibration were computed as 0.81 and 0.79, respectively; for validation, they were 0.78 and 0.74, respectively. Meanwhile, the 95 PPU covered more than 60% of the observed sediment data during calibration and validation. Moreover, improved model prediction and parameter estimation were observed with the increased number of iterations. However, the model performance became worse after the fourth iterations due to an unreasonable parameter estimation. Overall results indicated the applicability of the SWAT model with moderate levels of uncertainty during the calibration and high levels during the validation.
