2Electrochemical deposition of Mg(OH)_(2)/GO composite films for corrosion protection of magnesium alloys显示文摘Mg(OH)_(2)/graphene oxide(GO)composite film was electrochemical deposited on AZ91D magnesium alloys at constant potential.The characteristics of the Mg(OH)_(2)/GO composite film were investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry(EDS),X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and Raman spectroscopy.It was shown that the flaky GO randomly distributed in the composite film.Compared with the Mg(OH)_(2)film,the Mg(OH)_(2)/GO composite film exhibited more uniform and compact structure.Potentiodynamic polarization tests revealed that the Mg(OH)_(2)/GO composite film could significantly improve the corrosion resistance of Mg(OH)_(2)film with an obvious positive shift of corrosion potential by 0.19 V and a dramatic reduction of corrosion current density by more than one order of magnitude.Fengxia Wu Jun Liang Weixue Li 2015Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2015,3,3:6
3Overaccumulation of glycine betaine makes the function of the thylakoid membrane better in wheat under salt stress显示文摘Wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) lines T1, T4, and T6 were genetically modified to increase glycine betaine(GB) synthesis by introduction of the BADH(betaine aldehyde dehydrogenase, BADH)gene from mountain spinach(Atriplex hortensis L.). These transgenic lines and WT of wheat(T. aestivum L.) were used to study the effect of increased GB synthesis on wheat tolerance to salt stress. Salt stress due to 200 mmol L-1Na Cl impaired the photosynthesis of the four wheat lines, as indicated by declines in net photosynthetic rate(Pn), stomatal conductance(Gs),maximum photochemical efficiency of PSII(Fv/Fm), and actual photochemical efficiency of PSII(ФPSII) and an increase in intercellular CO2concentration(Ci). In comparison with WT, the effect of salinity on the three transgenic lines was mild. Salt stress caused disadvantageous changes in lipids and their fatty acid compositions in the thylakoid membrane of the transgenic lines and WT. Under salt stress, the three transgenic lines showed slightly higher chlorophyll and carotenoid contents and higher Hill reaction activities and Ca2+-ATPase activity than WT. All the results suggest that overaccumulation of GB resulting from introduction of the BADH gene can enhance the salt tolerance of transgenic plants, especially in the protection of the components and function of thylakoid membranes, thereby making photosynthesis better. 4Clinical value of Tongguanteng(Radix seu Herba Marsdeniae Tenacissimae) extract combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer: a Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Tongguanteng(Radix seu Herba Marsdeniae Tenacissimae) extract combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small celllung cancer(NCSLC) compared with chemotherapy alone.METHODS: Databases including Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure, China Biology Medicine Disc, Wanfang, and MEDLINE were searched until April 1, 2014. Two assessors independently reviewed each trial. The primary outcome was the effective rate(ER) of Tongguanteng(Radix seu Herba Marsdeniae Tenacissimae) extract combined with chemotherapy. The secondary outcomes included quality of life improvement rate(QOLIR) and adverse reactions. Statistical calculations were performed by using Cochrane Collaboration Review Manager 5.2.RESULTS: A total of 888 patients from 15 studies,13 randomized controlled trials(RCT) and two controlled clinical trials, were included. Compared with chemotherapy alone, Tongguanteng(Radix seu Herba Marsdeniae Tenacissimae) extract plus chemotherapy significantly improved ER [Risk ratio(RR) =1.32, 95% CI,(1.14, 1.54)](based on 15 studies) and QOLIR [RR = 2.04, 95% CI,(1.69, 2.47)](based on 13studies). Compared with chemotherapy alone,Tongguanteng(Radix seu Herba Marsdeniae Tenacissimae) extract plus chemotherapy significantly inhibited chemotherapy-induced white blood cell decline [RR = 0.79, 95% CI,(0.70, 0.90)(based on 10 studies), chemotherapy-induced platelet decline[RR = 0.77, 95% CI,(0.60, 0.98)](based on 8 studies),and significantly alleviated nausea and vomiting(NV) [RR = 0.83, 95% CI,(0.71, 0.97)](based on 7studies). There was no significant difference in hemoglobin decline between the two therapies [RR =0.88, 95% CI,(0.70, 1.09)](based on 6 studies).CONCLUSION: This Meta-analysis suggests that Tongguanteng(Radix seu Herba Marsdeniae Tenacissimae) extract combined with chemotherapy may be more efficacious in the treatment of advanced NSCLC than chemotherapy alone. This effect includes enhancing ER and QOLIR, and weakening chemotherapy toxicity. 9Establishment and Application of Heminested RT-PCR Assay for Detection of Mosquito-Borne Flavivirus—Guizhou Province,China,2018显示文摘Introduction:Mosquito-borne flavivirus can lead to serious infectious diseases worldwide and cause high mortality and disability.In order to strengthen epidemiological investigation of flavivirus and meet the needs of early warning of diseases,a simple,rapid,and sensitive detection method needs to be established to prevent and control mosquito-borne diseases.Methods:Using the NS5 gene of flavivirus in GenBank,3 universal primers targeting the conserved regions were designed.The complementary DNAs(cDNAs)of Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV),dengue virus(DENV),West Nile virus(WNV),and yellow fever virus(YFV)were used as the template to optimize the reaction conditions.A heminested reversetranscriptase polymerase chain reaction(hnRT-PCR)was established to verify the sensitivity and specificity of this method and to detect field-caught mosquitoes.Results:Our results showed that this method exhibited better specificity,higher sensitivity,and the ability to detect multiple viruses simultaneously.The lowest detection limit of JEV,DENV-2,YFV,and WNV was 3×10^(4),3×10^(6),3×10^(5),and 3×10^(4)copies/μL,respectively.Mosquito-borne flavivirus was successfully detected in the field-caught mosquito samples using the method established in this study.Discussion:The hnRT-PCR method established in this study can be employed for the rapid detection of flavivirus and provide technical support for early and rapid diagnosis of mosquito-borne flavivirus.Zhijing Xue Ning Zhao Jun Wang Xiuping Song Fengxia Meng Wenqin Liang Jingzhu Zhou Dan Wang Zhong Zhang Qiyong Liu 2021China CDC weekly2021,3,1:1

11Ionic/electronic conductivity regulation of n-type polyoxadiazole lithium sulfonate conductive polymer binders for high-performance silicon microparticle anodes显示文摘Low-cost silicon microparticles(SiMP),as a substitute for nanostructured silicon,easily suffer from cracks and fractured during the electrochemical cycle.A novel n-type conductive polymer binder with excellent electronic and ionic conductivities as well as good adhesion,has been successfully designed and applied for high-performance SiMP anodes in lithium-ion batteries to address this problem.Its unique features are attributed to the stro ng electron-withdrawing oxadiazole ring structure with sulfonate polar groups.The combination of rigid and flexible components in the polymer ensures its good mechanical strength and ductility,which is beneficial to suppress the expansion and contraction of SiMP s during the charge/discharge process.By fine-tuning the monomer ratio,the conjugation and sulfonation degrees of the polymer can be precisely controlled to regulate its ionic and electronic conductivities,which has been systematically analyzed with the help of an electrochemical test method,filling in the gap on the conductivity measurement of the polymer in the doping state.The experimental results indicate that the cell with the developed n-type polymer binder and SiMP(~0.5 μm) anodes achieves much better cycling performance than traditional non-conductive binders.It has been considered that the initial capacity of the SiMP anode is controlled by the synergetic effect of ionic and electronic conductivity of the binder,and the capacity retention mainly depends on its electronic conductivity when the ionic conductivity is sufficient.It is worth noting that the fundamental research of this wo rk is also applicable to other battery systems using conductive polymers in order to achieve high energy density,broadening their practical applications.Yuanyuan Yu Huihui Gao Jiadeng Zhu Dazhe Li Fengxia Wang Chunhui Jiang Tianhaoyue Zhong Shuheng Liang Mengjin Jiang 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,1:1

13Tunable In-Plane Anisotropy in Amorphous Sm Co Films Grown on(011)-Oriented Single-Crystal Substrates显示文摘Amorphous Sm-Co films with uniaxial in-plane anisotropy have great potential for application in information-storage media and spintronic materials.The most effective method to produce uniaxial inplane anisotropy is to apply an in-plane magnetic field during deposition.However,this method inevitably requires more complex equipment.Here,we report a new way to produce uniaxial in-plane anisotropy by growing amorphous Sm-Co films onto(011)-cut single-crystal substrates in the absence of an external magnetic field.The tunable anisotropy constant,kA,is demonstrated with variation in the lattice parameter of the substrates.A kA value as high as about 3.3×10^4J·m^-3 was obtained in the amorphous Sm-Co film grown on a LaAlO3(011)substrate.Detailed analysis indicated that the preferential seeding and growth of ferromagnetic(FM)domains caused by the anisotropic strain of the substrates,along with the formed Sm-Co,Co-Co directional pair ordering,exert a substantial effect.This work provides a new way to obtain in-plane anisotropy in amorphous Sm-Co films.Wenhui Liang Houbo Zhou Jiefu Xiong Fengxia Hu Jia Li Jian Zhang Jing Wang Jirong Sun Baogen Shen 2020Engineering2020,6,2:0

15Safety Risk Assessment of Overturning Construction of Towering Structure Based on Cloud Matter–Element Coupled Model显示文摘Rapid urbanization has led to a surge in the number of towering structures,and overturning is widely used because it can better accommodate the construction of shaped structures such as variable sections.The complexity of the construction process makes the construction risk have certain randomness,so this paper proposes a cloudbased coupled matter-element model to address the ambiguity and randomness in the safety risk assessment of overturning construction of towering structures.In the pretended model,the digital eigenvalues of the cloud model are used to replace the eigenvalues in the matter–element basic element,and calculate the cloud correlation of the risk assessment metrics through the correlation algorithm of the cloud model to build the computational model.Meanwhile,the improved hierarchical analysis method based on the cloud model is used to determine the weight of the index.The comprehensive evaluation scores of the evaluation event are then obtained through the weighted average method,and the safety risk level is determined accordingly.Through empirical analysis,(1)the improved hierarchical analysis method based on the cloud model can incorporate the data of multiple decisionmakers into the calculation formula to determine theweights,which makes the assessment resultsmore credible;(2)the evaluation results of the cloud-basedmatter-element coupledmodelmethod are basically consistent with those of the other two commonly used methods,and the confidence factor is less than 0.05,indicating that the cloudbased physical element coupled model method is reasonable and practical for towering structure overturning;(3)the cloud-based coupled element model method,which confirms the reliability of risk level by performing Spearman correlation on comprehensive assessment scores,can provide more comprehensive information of instances compared with other methods,and more comprehensively reflects the fuzzy uncertainty relationship between assessment indexes,which makes the assessment results more realistic,scientific and reliable.Yingxue Sang Fengxia Han Qing Liu Liang Qiao Shouxi Wang 2023Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2023,,8:0
