2麦芽糖、NAA及ABA对华北落叶松体细胞胚成熟及生根的影响显示文摘研究了麦芽糖、NAA、ABA对华北落叶松体细胞胚发生及体细胞胚根发生和再生完整植株的影响。结果表明 :在胚性愈伤组织继代、增殖过程中 ,以 0 5mg·L- 1 的NAA代替 2 ,4 -D后 ,有利于体细胞胚的成熟和根发生。在ABA 16mg·L- 1 时 ,产生的华北落叶松体细胞胚 ,能够再生良好植株 ,ABA大于 2 0mg·L- 1 时对体细胞胚根的发育不利。在含 3%麦芽糖、4 %PEG4 0 0 0活性炭 1g·L- 1 的成熟培养基上 ,华北落叶松每克愈伤组织子叶胚达 10 6 7个 ,生根率达 5 7 89% ;显著地提高了成熟体细胞胚及其根的质量。齐力旺 韩一凡 韩素英 王建华 Dietrich Ewald 2004林业科学2004,40,1:38

4加拿大一枝黄花在中国的潜在入侵区预测(英文)显示文摘加拿大一枝黄花Solidago canadensis是原产于北美的菊科Asteraceae多年生草本植物, 上世纪30年代引入我国, 现广泛分布于我国东部地区的部分省市, 并已成为该区域的农业和环境杂草。为了预测加拿大一枝黄花在我国的潜在分布区, 本研究采用相同气候方法对其进行了估测。我们用加拿大一枝黄花的原产地——美国的气候参数作为参照, 将其与我国各地气象站的气候数据进行匹配。结果表明, 加拿大一枝黄花在我国的潜在分布区的纬度跨度为25°–50°, 所以其潜在的入侵区将远大于目前的实际分布区, 甚至东北的部分地区也将适宜于该物种的生长。据此, 我们建议相关管理部门应加强该物种的监测工作, 以防其进一步向目前入侵区以外的周边地区蔓延。陆建忠 翁恩生 吴晓雯 Ewald WEBER 赵斌 李博 2007植物分类学报2007,45,5:27

6Diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus in chronic pancreatitis显示文摘Diabetes secondary to pancreatic diseases is commonly referred to as pancreatogenic diabetes or type 3c diabetes mellitus.It is a clinically relevant condition with a prevalence of 5%-10%among all diabetic subjects in Western populations.In nearly 80%of all type 3c diabetes mellitus cases,chronic pancreatitis seems to be the underlying disease.The prevalence and clinical importance of diabetes secondary to chronic pancreatitis has certainly been underestimated and underappreciated so far.In contrast to the management of type 1 or type2 diabetes mellitus,the endocrinopathy in type 3c is very complex.The course of the disease is complicated by additional present comorbidities such as maldigestion and concomitant qualitative malnutrition.General awareness that patients with known and/or clinically overt chronic pancreatitis will develop type 3c diabetes mellitus(up to 90%of all cases)is rather good.However,in a patient first presenting with diabetes mellitus,chronic pancreatitis as a potential causative condition is seldom considered.Thus many patients are misdiagnosed.The failure to correctly diagnose type 3 diabetes mellitus leads to a failure to implement an appropriate medical therapy.In patients with type 3c diabetes mellitus treating exocrine pancreatic insufficiency,preventing or treating a lack of fat-soluble vitamins(especially vitamin D)and restoring impaired fat hydrolysis and incretin secretion are key-features of medical therapy.Nils Ewald Philip D Hardt 2013World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,42:23

8Associating liver partition and portal vein ligation for staged hepatectomy: From technical evolution to oncological benefit显示文摘Associating liver partition and portal vein ligation for staged hepatectomy(ALPPS) is a novel approach in liver surgery that allows for extensive resection of liver parenchyma by inducing a rapid hypertrophy of the future remnant liver. However,recent reports indicate that not all patients eligible for ALPPS will benefit from this procedure. Therefore,careful patient selection will be necessary to fully exploit possible benefits of ALPPS. Here,we provide a comprehensive overview of the technical evolution of ALPPS with a special emphasis on safety and oncologic efficacy. 9Protective effects of ischemic preconditioning and application of lipoic acid prior to 90 min of hepatic ischemia in a rat model显示文摘AIM: To compare different preconditioning strategies to protect the liver from ischemia/reperfusion injury focusing on the expression of pro- and anti-apoptotic proteins. Interventions comprised different modes of ischemic preconditioning (IP) as well as pharmacologic pretreatment by α-lipoic acid (LA). METHODS: Several groups of rats were compared: sham operated animals, non-pretreated animals (nt), animals receiving IP (10 min of ischemia by clamping of the portal triad and 10 min of reperfusion) prior to sustained ischemia, animals receiving selective ischemic preconditioning (IPsel, 10 min of ischemia by selective clamping of the ischemic lobe and 10 min of reperfusion) prior to sustained ichemia, and animals receiving 500 μmol α-LA injected i.v. 15 min prior to the induction of 90 min of selective ischemia. RESULTS: Cellular damage was decreased only in the LA group. TUNEL-positive hepatocytes as well as necrotic hepatocyte injury were also decreased only by LA (19 ± 2 vs 10 ± 1, P < 0.05 and 29 ± 5 vs 12 ± 1, P < 0.05). Whereas caspase 3- activities in liver tissue were unchanged, caspase 9- activity in liver tissue was decreased only by LA pretreatment (3.1 ± 0.3 vs 1.8 ± 0.2, P < 0.05). Survival rate as the endpoint of liver function was increased after IP and LA pretreatment but not after IPsel. Levels of lipid peroxidation (LPO) in liver tissue were decreased in the IP as well as in the LA group compared to the nt group. Determination of pro- and anti-apoptotic proteins showed a shift towardsanti-apoptotic proteins by LA. In contrast, both our IP strategies failed to influence apototic cell death. CONCLUSION: IP, consisting of 10 min of ischemia and 10 min of reperfusion, protects only partly against ischemia/reperfusion injury of the liver prior to 90 min of selective ischemia. IPsel did not influence ischemic tolerance of the liver. 12Endoscopic sphincterotomy in patients with stenosis of ampulla of Vater:Three-year follow-up of exocrine pancreatic function and clinical symptoms显示文摘AIM: To investigate retrospectively the long-term effect of endoscopic sphincterotomy (ES) including exocrine pancreatic function in patients with stenosis of ampulla of Vater. METHODS: After diagnostic endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and ES because of stenosis of the ampulla of Vater (SOD Type Ⅰ), follow-up examinations were performed in 60 patients (mean follow-up time 37.7 mo). Patients were asked about clini-cal signs and symptoms at present and before interven-tion using a standard questionnaire. Before and after ES exocrine pancreatic function was assessed by determina-tion of immunoreactive fecal elastase 1. Serum enzymes indicating cholestasis as well as serum lipase and amy-lase were measured. RESULTS: Eighty percent of patients reported an im-provement in their general condition after ES. The fecal elastase 1 concentrations (FEC) in all patients increased significantly after ES. This effect was even more marked in patients with pathologically low concentrations (< 200 μg/g) of fecal elastase prior to ES. The levels of serum lipase and amylase as well as serum alcaline phosphatase (AP) and gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase (GGT) decreased signifi-cantly after ES. CONCLUSION: The results of this study demonstrate that patients with stenosis of the ampulla of Vater can be successfully treated with endoscopic sphincterotomy. 13Soil temperature modifies effects of soil biota on plant growth显示文摘Aims Plants directly and indirectly interact with many abiotic and biotic soil components.Research so far mostly focused on direct,indi-vidual abiotic or biotic effects on plant growth,but only few studies tested the indirect effects of abiotic soil factors on plant growth.therefore,we investigated how abiotic soil conditions affect plant performance,via changes induced by soil biota.Methods In a full-factorial experiment,we grew the widespread grass Dactylis glomerata either with or without soil biota and investigated the impact of soil temperature,fertility and moisture on the soil biota effects on plant growth.We measured biomass production,root traits and colonization by arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi as well as microbial respiration.Important Findings We found significant interaction effects between abiotic soil con-ditions and soil biota on plant growth for fertility,but especially for soil temperature,as an increase of 10°c significantly changed the soil biota effects on plant growth from positive to neutral.However,if tested individually,an increase in soil temperature and fertility per se positively affected plant biomass production,whereas soil biota per se did not affect overall plant growth,but both influenced root architecture.By affecting soil microbial activ-ity and root architecture,soil temperature might influence both mutualistic and pathogenic interactions between plants and soil biota.Such soil temperature effects should be considered in soil feedback studies to ensure greater transferability of results from artificial and experimental conditions to natural environmental conditions.Johannes Heinze Sabine Gensch Ewald Weber Jasmin Joshi 2017Journal of Plant Ecology2017,10,5:3
14Pancreaticoduodenectomy: Secondary stenting of the celiac trunk after inefficient median arcuate ligament release and reoperation as an alternative to simultaneous hepatic artery reconstruction显示文摘In patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD),unrecognized hemodynamically significant celiac axis(CA) stenosis impairs hepatic arterial flow by suppressing the collateral pathways supplying arterial flow from the superior mesenteric artery and leads to serious hepatobiliary complications due to liver and biliary ischemia, with a high rate of mortality. CA stenosis is usually due to an extrinsic compression by a previously asymptomatic median arcuate ligament(MAL). MAL is diagnosed by computerized tomography in about 10% of the candidates for PD, but only half are found to be hemodynamically significant during the gastroduodenal artery clamping test with Doppler assessment, which is mandatory before any resection. MAL release is usually efficient to restore an adequate liver blood inflow and prevent ischemic complications. In cases of failure in MAL release, postponed PD with secondary stenting of the CA and reoperation for PD should be considered as an alternative to immediate hepatic artery re-construction, which involves the risk of postoperative thrombosis of the arterial reconstruction. 16Using multispectral landsat and sentinel-2 satellite data to investigate vegetation change at Mount St. Helens since the great volcanic eruption in 1980显示文摘Long-term analyses of vegetation succession after catastrophic events are of high interest for an improved understanding of succession dynamics. However, in many studies such analyses were restricted to plot-based measurements. Contrarily, spatially continuous observations of succession dynamics over extended areas and timeperiods are sparse. Here, we applied a change vector analysis(CVA) to investigate vegetation succession dynamics at Mount St. Helens after the great volcanic eruption in 1980 using Landsat. We additionally applied a supervised random forest classification using Sentinel-2 data to map the currently prevailing vegetation types. Change vector analysis was performed with the normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI) and the urban index(UI) for three subsequent decades after the eruption as well as for the whole observation time between 1984 and 2016. The influence of topography on the current vegetation distribution was examined by comparing altitude, slope angles and aspect values of vegetation classes derived by the random forest classification. WilcoxRank-Sum test was applied to test for significant differences between topographic properties of the vegetation classes inside and outside of the areas affected by the eruption. For the full time period, a total area of 516 km2 was identified as re-vegetated, whereas the area and magnitude of re-growing vegetation decreased during the three decades and migrated closer to the volcanic crater. Vegetation losses were mainly observed in regions unaffected by the eruption and related mostly to timber harvesting. The vegetation type classification reached a high overall accuracy of approximately 90%. 36 years after the eruption, coniferous and deciduous trees have established at formerly devastated areas dominating with a proportion of 66%, whereas shrubs are more abundant in riparian zones. Sparse vegetation dominates at regions very close to the crater. Elevation was found to have a great influence on the reestablishment and distribution of the vegetation classes within the devastated areas showing in almost all cases significant differences in altitude distribution. Slope was less important for the different classes-only representing significantly higher values for meadows, whereas aspect seems to have no notable influence on the reestablishment of vegetation at Mount St. Helens.
