| 1 | 华南五峰组-龙马溪组黑色岩系时空展布的主控因素及其启示显示文摘在回顾五峰组-龙马溪组两个地层单位沿革并重申其定义与划分基础上,重建了华南五峰组-龙马溪组及其相关地层序列的区域地层框架.根据这一框架中奥陶-志留纪黑色笔石岩系的穿时性、以及相关地层序列纵向演化特征与岩石圈板块挠曲模式的联系,结合所发现钾质斑脱岩源岩的板块汇聚背景,以及该阶段海平面升降与黑色岩系对应关系,提出控制该阶段华南黑色岩系的时空展布格局的主要因素有两个,即该阶段自南东向北西的华夏地块与扬子地块幕式汇聚过程所产生的岩石圈板块挠曲-周缘前陆盆地的同向迁移,以及该阶段两次全球性的三级海平面变化快速上升阶段所导致的缺氧及欠补偿水体.本文认为,要在华南奥陶-志留纪(包括其他断代)寻找其他可能的烃源岩层位,可能要首先考虑类似背景下这两种因素综合作用所导致的快速沉降及深水缺氧的沉积环境. | 苏文博 李志明 Frank R.Ettensohn Markes E.Johnson Warren D.Huff 王巍 马超 李录 张磊 赵慧静 | 2007 | 地球科学(中国地质大学学报)2007,32,6: | 109 |
| 2 | 中国及其他分布区域野生虎的系统地理学和遗传起源研究进展显示文摘世界野生虎(Pantheratigris)传统上被划分为8个亚种,其中3个亚种已于20世纪灭绝,而剩余种群的生存仍然受到偷猎、栖息地丧失和片断化的威胁。作为唯一栖息着4个现存虎亚种的国家,中国在世界虎的保护事业中负有重要责任,然而其野生和圈养虎的分类地位却仍然不确定。最近一项研究(Luoetal,2004)从所有现存野生虎分布地区(包括中国)采集了134份“基准样品”(即原产野外或有确定地域起源的个体生物样品),对虎的系统地理学、种群结构以及遗传起源进行了全面分析。所用的分子标记包括四千碱基对的线粒体DNA、30个核基因组微卫星位点,以及MHC-DRB基因。研究结果表明,虽然虎的整体遗传多态性较低,但是种群分化程度很高,它们被划分为6个,而不是5个现存亚种(1)西伯利亚虎(P.t.altaica);(2)苏门答腊虎(P.t.sumatrae);(3)孟加拉虎(P.t.tigris);(4)华南虎(P.t.amoyensis);(5)印支虎(P.t.corbetti);(6)新定义的亚种马来虎,暂命名为P.t.Jacksoni。由于所研究样本量有限,目前暂定的华南虎亚种还需进一步确定。现有华南虎圈养种群包括遗传关系相距较远的两支一支与印支虎(P.t.corbetti)无异;而另一支则与其他种群均相距甚远,可能代表了真正的华南虎(P.t.amoyensis)。利用分子生物学方法对中国动物园中圈养虎的遗传起源调查亟待进行,以确认该圈养种群整体的遗传独特性或者非独特性。换言之,这将是确认华南虎是否仍然存在的关键。 | 罗述金 Jae-heup Kim Warren E.Johnson Dale G.Miquelle 黄世强 潘文石 James L.D.Smith Stephen J.O'Brien | 2006 | Zoological Research2006,27,4: | 10 |
| 3 | Prograde and retrograde growth of monazite in migmatites:An example from the Nagercoil Block,southern India显示文摘Data from a migmatised metapelite raft enclosed within charnockite provide quantitative constraints on the pressure-temperature-time[P-T-t) evolution of the Nagercoil Block at the southernmost tip of peninsular India.An inferred peak metamorphic assemblage of garnet,K-feldspar.sillimanite,plagioclase,magnetite,ilmenite,spinel and melt is consistent with peak metamorphic pressures of 6-8 kbar and temperatures in excess of 900℃.Subsequent growth of cordierite and biotite record high-temperature retrograde decompression to around 5 kbar and 800 C.SHRIMP U-Pb dating of magmatic zircon cores suggests that the sedimentary protoliths were in part derived from felsic igneous rocks with Palaeoproterozoic crystallisation ages.New growth of metamorphic zircon on the rims of detrital grains constrains the onset of melt crystallisation,and the minimum age of the metamorphic peak,to around560 Ma.The data suggest two stages of monazite growth.The first generation of REE-enriched monazite grew during partial melting along the prograde path at around 570 Ma via the incongruent breakdown of apatite.Relatively REE-depleted rims,which have a pronounced negative europium anomaly,grew during melt crystallisation along the retrograde path at around 535 Ma.Our data show the rocks remained at suprasolidus temperatures for at least 35 million years and probably much longer,supporting a long-lived high-grade metamorphic history.The metamorphic conditions,timing and duration of the implied clockwise P-T-t path are similar to that previously established for other regions in peninsular India during the Ediacaran to Cambrian assembly of that part of the Gondwanan supercontinent. | Tim E.Johnson Chris Clark Richard J.M.Taylor M.Santosh Alan S.Collins | 2015 | Geoscience Frontiers2015,6,3: | 8 |

| 6 | 美国哥伦比亚河下游及河口地区基于生态系统的湿地保护与恢复工作——哥伦比亚河口生态系统恢复工程显示文摘美国西北太平洋地区进行的哥伦比亚河河口生态系统恢复项目可以为中国三峡库区消落带的友好型利用的研究和开发活动提供借鉴经验,该项目提出了基于生态系统的理论与方法降低联邦哥伦比亚河电力系统开发活动带来的环境影响,并开展哥伦比亚河下游及河口地区的生态系统研究、保护与恢复工作。哥伦比亚河流域的农业、工业以及水利开发等人类活动给哥伦比亚河下游至河口地区长达235 km的河口湿地区域以及区域内80%的潮感淡水水系带来了严重影响,表现在食物网的破坏,大型碎屑物流的减少以及供三文鱼育幼及避难的栖息地破坏等方面。恢复项目主要包括5个方面的目标:1)理解影响生态系统的主要控制因素,比如水利工程对湿地生态系统的影响;2)保护和恢复影响生态系统结构和功能的因素,比如重建湿地区域与主航道的连通性;3)增加生态系统结构的稳定性,比如清除入侵物种以及恢复受威胁的盐沼湿地;4)维护和增强系统过程,比如重建食物网;5)增强鲑鱼的生态系统功能,比如增加生活史多样性,提高孵化率、增长率和成活率。为了达到以上目标,CEERP实施了一项适应性管理的一系列工程项目。本文介绍了适应性管理的一个年度中5个循环阶段:即制定战略、决策、行动、监测/研究以及评估。本文结尾处对三峡库区的生态保护和恢复工作提出了一些可供借鉴的经验。 | Gary E.JOHNSON Blaine D.EBBERTS Ben D.ZELINSKY | 2012 | 重庆师范大学学报(自然科学版)2012,29,3: | 5 |
| 7 | 上溯型鱼道生态设计在中国澎溪河汉丰坝的应用显示文摘为中国目前新建的大坝工程修建上溯型鱼道提供了科学的生态设计理念和方法,这种生态设计的理念体现了对鱼类生物性和工程学两个学科(也可称之为生物工程学或生态水力学)原理的综合运用。鱼道是指帮助河流中鱼类上溯通过大坝等障碍的结构或装置等,人造的结构或自然的河床均可以成为鱼道的一部分而发挥作用。河流建坝带来的一个主要问题是阻断了鱼类到达大坝上游用以产卵、育幼和摄食的栖息地的通道,降低了鱼类栖息地之间的连接度。为了解决这个问题,最好的解决办法就是设计鱼道,在大坝设计的过程中如果能够加以改进增加鱼道设计,将能帮助鱼类顺利上溯减少其洄游途中不必要的阻碍。鱼道的生态设计理念主要包括8个步骤:1)确定主要的重要鱼种;2)了解这些种类的生态学特征和生活习性;3)了解鱼类通道被阻断或将被阻断的区域环境特征;4)建立鱼道生态设计标准,由相关管理机构统一制定,或者根据需要对具体工程区域进行单独制定;5)提出鱼道设计的方案并确定最优的方案;6)根据需要和实际情况开展对不确定性的关键因素的调查研究,确定鱼道生态设计的标准;7)根据鱼道生态设计标准及具体区域特点进行鱼道的设计,并由当地相关部门或机构进行评估审查;8)根据设计方案进行鱼道的建设,并对鱼道建成后的效果进行监测、评估,总结经验。针对不同的大坝和关注鱼种介绍了一系列的鱼道的类型和设计理念。以鱼道的生态设计理念为中国开县附近澎溪河上的汉丰坝上溯型鱼道的设计提出了下一阶段的思路和工作建议。 | Gary E.JOHNSON William S.RAINEY | 2012 | 重庆师范大学学报(自然科学版)2012,29,3: | 2 |

| 14 | Targeting the JAK/STAT pathway in solid tumors显示文摘Aberrant activation of signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT)proteins is associated with the development and progression of solid tumors.However,as transcription factors,these proteins are difficult to target directly.In this review,we summarize the role of targeting Janus kinases(JAKs),upstream activators of STATs,as a strategy for decreasing STAT activation in solid tumors.Preclinical studies in solid tumor cell line models show that JAK inhibitors decrease STAT activation,cell proliferation,and cell survival;in in vivo models,they also inhibit tumor growth.JAK inhibitors,particularly the JAK1/2 inhibitor ruxolitinib,sensitize cell lines and murine models to chemotherapy,immunotherapy,and oncolytic viral therapy.Ten JAK inhibitors have been or are actively being tested in clinical trials as monotherapy or in combination with other agents in patients with solid tumors;two of these inhibitors are already Food and Drug Administration(FDA)approved for the treatment of myeloproliferative disorders and rheumatoid arthritis,making them attractive agents for use in patients with solid tumors as they are known to be well-tolerated.Four JAK inhibitors(two of which are FDA approved for other indications)have exhibited promising anti-cancer effects in preclinical studies;however,clinical studies specifically assessing their activity against the JAK/STAT pathway in solid tumors have not yet been conducted.In summary,JAK inhibition is a viable option for targeting the JAK/STAT pathway in solid tumors and merits further testing in clinical trials. | Zoya Qureshy Daniel E.Johnson Jennifer R.Grandis | 2020 | Journal of Cancer Metastasis and Treatment2020,6,1: | 1 |
