| 1 | 肺炎链球菌耐药性和血清型分布及隐匿性耐药克隆株的研究显示文摘目的 了解儿童肺炎链球菌携带者耐药菌株的流行情况 ,比较携带者菌株血清型与肺炎链球菌结合疫苗血清型的符合率 ,寻找单个患儿同时携带敏感和耐药菌株的可能性。方法 (1)对1997年 11月~ 12月在北京儿童医院普通门诊登记的 3个月~ 5岁儿童进行问卷调查 ;(2 )采集鼻咽拭子和尿标本 ,培养、分离和鉴定肺炎链球菌 ,并测定尿标本中的抗生素活性 ;(3)根据NCCLS方法使用微量稀释法测定肺炎链球菌对青霉素、头孢呋新、头孢噻肟、复方新诺明、红霉素和氯霉素的敏感性 ;(4 )从最初发现的青霉素、红霉素敏感株中寻找“隐匿性耐药克隆株”。结果 (1) 5 0 2例受试儿童中 ,分离出 190株肺炎链球菌 ,携带率为 37.8% (190 / 5 0 2 ) ,对青霉素的敏感率为 91.1% ;(2 )只有33 .9%的菌株血清型与建议使用的肺炎链球菌结合疫苗血清型相符 ;(3) 4 2例含青霉素和红霉素敏感菌株鼻咽拭子中发现 6株 (14% )“隐匿性耐药克隆株”。结论 在携带者中 ,肺炎链球菌对 β 内酰胺类耐药还不常见 ,但对红霉素和复方新诺明耐药却非常严重 ;建议使用的结合疫苗血清型不能覆盖大部分携带菌株 ;耐药菌株的小部分隐匿在敏感菌株中 。 | 俞桑洁 王槿芳 李洁 李艳 王雪莲 Whitney CG Levine OS Dowell SF 杨永弘 | 2000 | 中华儿科杂志2000，38，7： | 40 |
| 2 | Hopf-flip bifurcation of high dimensional maps and application to vibro-impact systems显示文摘This paper addresses the problem ofHopf-flip bifurcation of high dimensional maps. Using the center manifold theorem, we obtain a three dimensional reduced map through the projection technique. The reduced map is further transformed into its normal form whose coefficients are determined by that of the original system. The dynamics of the map near the Hopf-flip bifurcation point is approximated by a so called 'time-2τ2 map' of a planar autonomous differential equation. It is shown that high dimensional maps may result in cycles of period two, tori T1 (Hopf invariant circles), tori 2T1 and tori 2T2 depending both on how the critical eigenvalues pass the unit circle and on the signs of resonant terms' coefficients. A two-degree-of-freedom vibro-impact system is given as an example to show how the procedure of this paper works. It reveals that through Hopf-flip bifurcations, periodic motions may lead directly to different types of motion, such as subharmonic motions, quasi-periodic motions, motions on high dimensional tori and even to chaotic motions depending both on change in direction of the parameter vector and on the nonlinear terms of the first three orders. | Jianhua Xie Wangcai Ding E.H. | 4 | Stress distribution and fatigue life of nonlinear vibration of an axially moving beam显示文摘In this paper, the effects of the nonlinear vibration on stress distribution and fatigue life of the axially moving beam are studied.The parametric excitation of the flexible material is created by the pulsating moving speed. Three-to-one internal resonance condition is satisfied. The three-parameter model is adopted in the viscoelastic constitutive relation. The nonlinear vibration of the axially moving beam with parametric and internal resonance are studied by using the direct multiple scales method(MSM)with numerical simulation confirmation. Based on the approximate analytical solution, the distribution of tensile stress and bending stress on the axially moving beam is presented by adopting a V-belt as the prototype. Based on the maximum stable cyclic stress, the limit cycle response of the V-belt is utilized to evaluate the effect of the resonance on the fatigue life. Also, the influences of the internal resonance on the steady-state responses and the fatigue life of the V-belt are revealed. Numerical examples illustrate that large unwanted resonances occur and the second-order mode receives vibration energy from to the firstorder mode. | 6 | 杂交改良对撒坝猪肉品质的影响——肌肉食用品质及肌纤维特性分析显示文摘研究选用24kg左右的去势撒坝猪及其约长撒三元杂交猪各7头,根据基因型分成两组,按活重变化分为3个试验期(前:20~35kg,中:35~60kg 和后期60~90kg),在同一试验期内饲喂同样的日粮进行饲养试验,当活重达90kg进行屠宰试验,研究杂交改良对云南省本地猪种撒坝猪肉品质和肌纤维特性的影响.撒坝猪通过杂交改良后,生长速度和瘦肉率显著提高,但其肉品质均有不同程度的下降.杂交后代肌肉水分显著地增加(P<0.01),相反,肌肉粗蛋白(P<0.05)、粗脂肪和肌内脂肪(P<0.01)显著地降低.杂交后代的系水率、保水率、肉色、嫩度等指标均有不同程度的下降(差异不显著P>0.05),然而,大理石纹、熟肉率、滋味、多汁性和汤味显著下降(P<0.05).肌纤维直径和密度变化较为显著.杂交后显著地降低了腰肌、股二头肌和背最长肌肌纤维密度(P<0.001);腰肌、股二头肌和背最长肌肌纤维密度分别降低了22.3%,22.8%和19.3%.肌纤维密度降低的主要原因是杂交后显著地增加了腰肌、股二头肌和背最长肌肌纤维直径(P<0.01);腰肌、股二头肌和背最长肌肌纤维直径分别增加了22.5%,18.1%和18.9%. | 贾俊静 严达伟 赵桂英 李琦华 陶琳丽 葛长荣 Mark Jois Graham H Mc Dowell | 2005 | 云南农业大学学报2005，20，3： | 3 |
