2Review of Chinese atmospheric science research over the past 70 years: Synoptic meteorology显示文摘Synoptic meteorology is a branch of meteorology that uses synoptic weather observations and charts for the diagnosis,study,and forecasting of weather.Weather refers to the specific state of the atmosphere near the Earth’s surface during a short period of time.The spatial distribution of meteorological elements in the atmosphere can be represented by a variety of transient weather phenomena,which are caused by weather systems of different spatial and temporal scales.Weather is closely related to people’s life,and its development and evolution have always been the focus of atmospheric scientific research and operation.The development of synoptic meteorology is closely related to the development of observation systems,dynamical theories and numerical models.In China,observation networks have been built since the early 1950 s.Up to now,a comprehensive meteorological observation systembased on ground,air and space has been established.In particular,the development of a new generation of dense radar networks,the development of the Fengyun satellite series and the implementation of a series of large field experiments have brought our understanding of weather from large-scale environment to thermal dynamics,cloud microphysical structure and evolution characteristics of meso and micro-scale weather systems.The development of observation has also promoted the development of theory,numerical model and simulation.In the early days,China mainly used foreign numerical models.Lately,China has developed numerical model systems with independent intellectual property rights.Based on the results of high-resolution numerical simulations,in-depth understanding of the initiation and evolution mechanism and predictability of weather at different scales has been obtained.Synoptic meteorology has gradually changed from an initially independent development to a multidisciplinary approach,and the interaction between weather and the change of climate and environment has become a hot and frontier topic in atmospheric science.This paper reviews the important scientific and technological achievements made in China over the past 70 years in the fields of synoptic meteorology based on the literatures in China and abroad,from six aspects respectively including atmospheric dynamics,synoptic-scale weather,typhoon and tropical weather,severe convective weather,numerical weather prediction and data assimilation,weather and climate,atmospheric physics and atmospheric environment.Zhiyong MENG Fuqing ZHANG Dehai LUO Zhemin TAN Juan FANG Jianhua SUN Xueshun SHEN Yunji ZHANG Shuguang WANG Wei HAN Kun ZHAO Lei ZHU Yongyun HU Huiwen XUE Yaping MA Lijuan ZHANG Ji NIE Ruilin ZHOU Sa LI Hongjun LIU Yuning ZHU 2019Science China Earth Sciences2019,62,12:7
3SDS-modified Nanoporous Silver as an Efficient Electrocatalyst for Selectively Converting CO2 to CO in Aqueous Solution显示文摘Selectively electrochemical conversion of CO2 into organic fuel using renewable electricity is one of the most sought-after processes.In this paper,we report the electrochemical reduction of CO2(CO2RR)on the nanoporous Ag electrodes made of compacted Ag nanoparticles(AgNPs),which were prepared by one-step reduction in the water phase with or without the surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS).The scanning electron microscope(SEM)characterizations show that the compacted Ag electrodes have the nanoporous morphology formed by stacking AgNPs.Compared with the nanoporous Ag electrode without SDS modification(C-AgNPs),the SDS-modified AgNPs electrode(C-AgNPs-SDS)is highly effective in improving selective CO production in a wide range of potentials(-0.69 V--1.19 V,vs.RHE),with a Faradaic efficiency of 92.2% and a current density of -8.23 mA·cm^-2 for CO production at -0.79 V(vs.RHE).C-AgNPs-SDS is also catalytically stable with only less than 7% deactivation after 8 h of continuous electrolysis.Lei Shi Yuning Zhang Xiaofei Han Dongfang Niu Jinlong Sun Jenny Y.Yang Shuozhen Hu Xinsheng Zhang 2019Chinese Journal of Chemistry2019,37,4:5
4Facile one-pot emulsion/sol-gel method for preparing wrinkled silica microspheres显示文摘The present manuscript describes a facile and versatile method for preparing uniform wrinkled silica microspheres with diameters of tens of microns.The method comprises a one-pot emulsion/sol-gel method using silica precursors of organosilane and tetraethoxysilane.By controlling the sol-to-gel transition of the silica precursors,a series of silica microspheres based on uniform emulsion droplets was synthesized by membrane emulsification.The silica microspheres had a variety of surface morphologies ranging from smooth,maze-like wrinkles to polygon-like ravines.It was possible to alter the surface morphologies of the microspheres by controlling the amount of organosilane in the dispersed phase and the amount of ammonia catalyst in the continuous phase of the emulsion.The grooves on the wrinkled microspheres were able to trap polymer nanoparticles of matching size,thereby demonstrating the potential usefulness of the microspheres in separation science and drug delivery.Yuning Hu Dongxia Hao Fangling Gong Yuanyuan Gao Xingran Yan Guanghui Ma 2021Particuology2021,19,3:2

14Effects of 5-Azacytidine(AZA)on the Growth,Antioxidant Activities and Germination of Pellicle Cysts of Scrippsiella acuminata(Dinophyceae)显示文摘In this study,we investigated the effects of different concentrations of 5-azacytidine(AZA),a DNA methyltransferase in-hibitor,on the growth,antioxidant activities and germination of pellicle cysts of Scrippsiella acuminata.The purpose of this study is to understand the toxic effects of AZA on marine microalgae,and to demonstrate the effect of DNA methyltransferase inhibitors on the germination of pellicle cysts.Results showed that AZA inhibited the growth of S.acuminata significantly,and displaced a clear dose-dependent inhibition trend with the 96h EC50 of 146.77μmolL^(-1)(35.84mgL^(-1)).Pellicle cysts of S.acuminata were less sensitive to AZA than the vegetative cells,and the EC50 value of AZA to the germination of pellicle cysts of S.acuminata was 8.08mmolL^(-1)(1.97g L^(-1)).After exposed to AZA,the antioxidant activities in S.acuminata responded rapidly and significantly.Among them,soluble pro-tein and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were more sensitive to AZA,and significant promotions occurred after exposed to 10μmolL^(-1)AZA for 24h.Meanwhile,malondialdehyde(MDA)contents in algal cells did not change significantly after exposed to low concen-trations of AZA,but increased firstly and then decreased under high concentration of AZA.The glutathione(GSH)levels in S.acu-minata increased significantly under high concentrations of AZA,and remained unchanged at low concentrations of AZA.The results suggested that the enhanced protein level and SOD activity of S.acuminata eliminated reactive oxygen species(ROS)to a certain ex-tent,and thus protected algal cells against damages of ROS caused by AZA.WANG Zhaohui ZHANG Jianneng TANG Tao ZHANG Yuning HU Ren 2023Journal of Ocean University of China2023,22,6:0

18Designing and Understanding of Fire Flooding in the later Phase of CSS in Heavy Oil Reservoir显示文摘Block G is a deeper thick-massive heavy oil reservoir.It is developed in 1986 by cyclic steam stimulation.After 22 years development,it's reservoir pressure and oil production rate become lower and lower,production cost higher and higher,it is getting into the low-yielding and inefficient produced stage,urgently needing to search for more efficient mining technology to further enhance oil recovery.Block G is special-super deep heavy oil reservoir and its reservoir depth is 1540-1890m,which don't suit for steam flooding and SAGD technology.In-situ combustion technology has a wide range of applications.Base on the characteristics of Block G that under large dip angle/thick layer,according to the parameters of fire flooding.Fire flooding pilot test started in May 2008,obtained obvious effect of increasing oil.Meanwhile there were a lot of problems,such as combustion front overlapping,injected air monolayer and one-way breakthrough,the swept efficiency decreases with combustion front improving,The paper analysis the pilot production and exited problem,and provide reference for next adjustment of Block G and fire flooding in the same type of reservoir.Sun Hongjun,Gao Fei,Hu Shiqing,Gong Yuning(Exploration & Development Research Institute of Liaohe Oilfield Company,PetroChina) 2011China Oil & Gas2011,18,4:0

20Lpcat3 deficiency promotes palmitic acid-induced 3T3-L1 mature adipocyte inflammation through enhanced ROS generation显示文摘Phosphatidylcholines(PCs)are major phospholipids in the mammalian cell membrane.Structural remodeling of PCs is associated with many biological processes.Lysophosphatidylcholine acyltransferase 3(Lpcat3),which catalyzes the incorporation of polyunsaturated fatty acyl chains into the sn-2 site of PCs,plays an important role in maintaining plasma membrane fluidity.Adipose tissue is one of the main distribution organs of Lpcat3,while the relationship between Lpcat3 and adipose tissue dysfunction during overexpansion remains unknown.In this study,we reveal that both polyunsaturated PC content and Lpcat3 expression are increased in abdominal adipose tissues of high-fat diet-fed mice when compared with chow-diet-fed mice,indicating that Lpcat3 is involved in adipose tissue overexpansion and dysfunction.Our experiments in 3T3-L1 adipocytes show that inhibition of Lpcat3 does not change triglyceride accumulation but increases palmitic acid-induced inflammation and lipolysis.Conversely,Lpcat3 overexpression exhibits anti-inflammatory and anti-lipolytic effects.Furthermore,mechanistic studies demonstrate that Lpcat3 deficiency promotes reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation by increasing NOX enzyme activity by facilitating the translocation of NOX4 to lipid rafts,thereby aggregating 3T3-L1 adipocyte inflammation induced by palmitic acid.Moreover,overexpression of Lpcat3 exhibits the opposite effects.These findings suggest that Lpcat3 protects adipocytes from inflammation during adipose tissue overexpansion by reducing ROS generation.In conclusion,our study demonstrates that Lpcat3 deficiency promotes palmitic acid-induced inflammation in 3T3-L1 adipocytes by enhancing ROS generation.Jiachun Hu Yan Deng Tingbo Ding Jibin Dong Yuning Liang Bin Lou 2023Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,1:0
