| 1 | Coastal seafloor observatory at Xiaoqushan in the East China Sea显示文摘The seafloor observation system is becoming an important infrastructure for marine research because it is transforming oceanic research from temporal investigation to long term observation.The East China Sea coastal seafloor observatory,located between 30°31′44″N,122°15′12″E and 30°31′34″N,122°14′40″E,is constructed near the Xiaoqushan Island outside the Hangzhou Bay on the inner continental shelf of the East China Sea.The observatory is connected by a submarine optical fiber composite power cable that is more than one kilometer long and consists of a special junction box that transmits power and communication signals to different instruments.The special junction box has a variety of waterproof plugs and connects to three different instruments installed in a trawl preventer.The submarine optical fiber composite power cable is landed on the platform by The East China Sea Branch,State Oceanic Administration and the power is continuously supplied by the solar panels and solar battery on the top of the platform.The real time data are directly sent through the cable to the platform and are transmitted by CDMA wireless to the receiver at the State Key Laboratory of Marine Geology of Tongji University.Measurements at the observatory have been taken since April 20,2009 after installation and the results have been interpreted.The characteristics of the near bottom boundary are constrained by a sediment suspension model using portion of the observed data.In particular,discussion is provided on the sea surface height anomaly at Xiaoqushan Island influenced by the tsunami driven by the 2010 Earthquake in Chile.The successful establishment of the coastal seafloor observatory is the first step toward future development of seafloor observation systems in China.It not only accumulates experiences in technology and engineering,but also paves the way for performing important oceanic research using the long term continuous observation platform. | XU HuiPing ZHANG YanWei XU ChangWei LI JianRu LIU Ding QIN RuFu LUO ShenQian FAN DaiDu | 2011 | Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,26: | 10 |
| 2 | Bi-level Coordinated Planning of Active Distribution Network Considering Demand Response Resources and Severely Restricted Scenarios显示文摘Due to the uncertainty and fluctuation of distributed generation(DG)and load,the operation of active distribution network(ADN)is affected by multi-dimension factors which are described by massive operation scenarios.Efficient and accurate screening of severely restricted scenarios(SRSs)has become a new challenge in ADN planning.In this paper,a novel bi-level coordinated planning model which combines the short-time-scale operation problem with the long-time-scale planning problem is proposed.At the upper level,the demand response(DR)resource,an effective non-component planning resource characterized by low capacity price,high energy price,and short contract term,is co-optimized with the configuration of lines and energy storage systems(ESSs)to achieve the economic trade-off between the investment cost and the operation cost under SRSs.At the lower level,with the planning scheme obtained from the upper level,massive operation problems are optimized to minimize the daily operation cost;and the SRSs are provided to the upper level through a shadow-price-based scenario screening method,which simulates the planning information(i.e.,the restricted degrees of operation scenarios)feedback process from ADN operators to ADN planners.Case studies on a 62-node distribution system in Jianshan New District,Zhejiang Province,China,illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed bi-level coordinated planning model considering DR resources and SRSs. | Huang Yixin Lin Zhenzhi Liu Xinyi Yang Li Dan Yangqing Zhu Yanwei Ding Yi Wang Qin | 2021 | Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2021,9,5: | 3 |
| 3 | Electrodeposition Process for the Fabrication of Copper Dendrites Film with Stable Superhydrophobicity显示文摘Copper dendrites on the copper surface were successfully prepared by electrodeposition in acidic copper sulfate aqueous solution containing ethanol.The XRD(X-ray difraction)patterns indicate that the Cu dendrites possess fcc(face-centered cubic)crystal structure.The contact angle of the as-prepared Cu dendrites surface without palmitic acid modification is almost 0 and the surface is completely wetted by water.After modified with palmitic acid,the Cu dendrite surface shows superhydrophobicity with a contact angle of 160.The polarization curves reveal that the superhydrophobic Cu dendrites surface exhibits a distinct passivation phenomenon,which could provide enhanced corrosion resistance for the substrate in the aqueous solution.The weight loss measurements show that the corrosion values of superhydrophobic surface is much lower than that of the bare copper,further meaning that the as-prepared surface has the anticorrosion performance. | Huan SHEN Fengping WANG Yanwei DING Jun YANG | 2013 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2013,26,6: | 2 |

| 5 | Folding of a single polymer chain and phase transition显示文摘Using an ultra-sensitive differential scanning calorimetry (US-DSC), we have investigated the folding and aggregation behaviors of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) chains in dilute and semidilute solutions. In the heating process, the intrachain folding and interchain aggregation simultaneously occur in the dilute solutions, and the ratio of intrachain folding increases with decreasing concentra-tion. In the semidilute solutions, PNIPAM chains show limited interchain aggregation with elevated temperature, because most of the PNIPAM chains have been collapsed at lower temperature. In an ex-tremely dilute solution, PNIPAM chains undergo a single folding transition in the heating process. By extrapolating heating rate and concentration to zero, we have obtained the phase transition tempera-ture (TS) and enthalpy change (△HS) of the single chain folding. △HS is higher than that for a phase transition involving intrachain collapse and interchain aggregation, indicating that a single chain fold-ing can not be taken to be a macroscopic phase transition. | DING YanWei ZHANG GuangZhao | 2009 | Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,11: | 1 |

| 11 | New insights into MnCeO_(x)/TiO_(2) composite oxide catalyst:Barium additive accelerated ammonia conversion显示文摘MnCeO_(x)/TiO_(2)has been widely used in selective catalytic reduction(SCR)of NO_(x)at low temperature.However,it is often poisoned in the presence of water vapor and sulfur dioxide.In this work,the promotion mechanism of Ba modification was investigated.Results show that the doped BaO reacts with CeO_(2)and forms BaCeO_(3).This unique perovskite structure of BaCeO_(3)significantly enhances NO oxidation and NH_(3)activation of MnCeO_(x)/TiO_(2)catalyst so that the NO conversion and the resistances to SO_(2)improve.It is found that Ba species obviously promotes the NO adsorption ability and improve the redox properties of MnCeO_(x)/TiO_(2)catalyst.While the acid properties of the catalyst are inhibited by Ba modification and among which Lewis acid sites are dominant for both MnCeO_(x)/TiO_(2)and MnCe(Ba)O_(x)/TiO_(2)catalysts.Furthermore,in situ DRIFT experiments reveal that the NO reduction upon MnCeO_(x)/TiO_(2)and MnCe(Ba)O_(x)/TiO_(2)catalysts follows both E-R and L-H mechanisms,in which L-H is preferred.Ba species enhances the formation of active nitrate species,which accelerates the NO reduction through L-H mechanism.It is interesting that although Ba species weakens the NH_(3)adsorption,it induces the ammonia conversion to coordination ammonia,which in turn accelerates the catalytic reaction. | Youchun Pan Qijie Jin Bingxu Lu Yan Ding Xin Xu Yuesong Shen Yanwei Zeng | 2021 | Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,5: | 1 |
| 12 | A study of transarterial infusion chemotherapy of gemcitabine plus three dimensional conformal radiotherapy for local advanced pancreatic cancer显示文摘Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of transarterial infusion chemotherapy of gemcitabine plus three dimen- sional conformal radiotherapy on patients with local advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods: Fifty-one patients with local ad- vanced pancreatic cancer from June 2002 to February 2004 were enrolled, twenty-four patients of combined group were treat- ed with transarterial infusion chemotherapy of gemcitabine plus three dimensional conformal radiotherapy, while twenty-seven patients of control group were treated only with transarterial infusion chemotherapy of gemcitabine. Results: There were significant statistical differences between two groups in clinical benefit response (91.7% versus 74.1%, P < 0.01) and overall remission rate (70.8% versus 33.3%, P < 0.01). The 6-month survival rate, 12-month survival rate and 24-month survival rate of combined group were 83.3%, 62.5% and 37.5% respectively, while that of control group were 55.6%, 33.3% and 11.1% respectively. This showed significant difference between the two groups. | 19 | Successful medical treatment of west syndrome with a KCNA2 variant: a case report显示文摘Background:West syndrome is a devastating disorder characterized by a triad of epileptic spasms,abnormal electroencephalography(EEG),and developmental arrest or psychomotor delay.In addition to early diagnosis,knowing the etiology of the condition is also important for its treatment.Among various etiologies,the genetic factors,especially mutations of ion channel genes,are very common and strongly linked to West syndrome.Case presentation:A boy who had epileptic spasms from the age of 4 months was diagnosed with West syndrome based on the clinical manifestation and EEG results in Shenzhen Children's Hospital in June 2019.Trios whole-exome sequencing(WES)test and protein structural model prediction were performed.We also reviewed the clinical and genetic features of this syndrome and the mechanisms of action of topiramate(TPM)by literature search in databases of Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man,Clinical Genome Resource,PubMed,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure and Wanfang database using keywords'KCNA2''West syndrome'and'Topiramate'by December 2020.The relationship between the effect of TPM and the pathogenesis of the KCNA2 variant was also assessed.The WES test revealed c.244C>T/p.Arg82Cys varaint of KCNA2(NM_004974.3)in this patient,and Sanger sequencing identified this was a de novo mutation.As far as we know,this is the first report of the C.244C>T/p.Arg82Cys variant in KCNA2,which was likely a pathogenic mutation.The seizures were successfully controlled for 10 months by TPM after failure of sodium valproate,large doses of vitamin B6,and adrenocorticotropic hormone.We speculate that the therapeutic effect of TPM in this patient is partially due to the inhibition of carbonic anhydrase.Conclusions:Mutations in the KCNA2 gene should be considered for patients with West syndrome.The TPM treatment is probably effective for KCNA2-associated disorders. | Han Wang Yanwei Zhu Dezhi Cao Hong Chen Xin Ding Qi Zeng Huafang Zou Jianxiang Liao | 2022 | Acta Epileptologica2022,5,1: | 0 |
