1在线失眠认知行为治疗干预慢性失眠的开放性随机对照研究显示文摘目的探索在线失眠认知行为治疗(e-aid cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia,eCBTI)对慢性失眠患者的疗效和治疗依从性。方法本研究是4周的开放性随机对照研究。通过微信平台募集受试者,纳入符合DSM-5中慢性失眠诊断标准的190例患者,通过简单随机方法分为eCBTI组(n=95)和治疗等待组(n=95)。入组后2组均进行失眠严重程度指数(insomnia severity index,ISI)的评估并记录连续1周的睡眠日记,eCBTI组经4周包括5个CBTI核心模块的治疗,治疗等待组不做任何干预,第4周2组再次记录1周的睡眠日记并进行ISI的评估。分别以睡眠效率(sleep efficiency,SE)>85%和ISI<8为失眠痊愈指标进行疗效评估。组间睡眠评估指标的比较采用t检验,痊愈率比较采用χ^2检验。结果eCBTI组55例完成4周治疗,治疗等待组78例完成了2次评估。4周治疗后,eCBTI组与治疗等待组的睡眠效率(11.6%±3.9%与2.9%±1.1%,t=4.63,P=0.036)、睡眠潜伏期(-57.0%±-14.7%与-19.8%±-8.5%,t=13.44,P<0.01)、觉醒次数(-43.4%±-13.0%与-12.2%±-6.1%,t=3.73,P=0.042)、ISI分值(-49.7%±-15.7%与-16.4%±-8.3%,t=11.72,P<0.01)治疗减分率差异均有统计学意义。以睡眠效率>85%为失眠痊愈指标,eCBTI组和治疗等待组痊愈率分为67.3%与26.9%(χ^2=21.36,P<0.01);以ISI<8为失眠痊愈指标,eCBTI组和治疗等待组的痊愈率分为43.6%与6.4%(χ^2=26.22,P<0.01)。结论eCBTI对慢性失眠患者有较好的治疗效果,但治疗依从性欠佳。张斌 张黎黎 陈施雅 罗娴 Dhirendra Paudel 林秋雁 严彩萍 方乐琴 赵昱翰 2019中华精神科杂志2019,52,6:20
2综合医院有自杀倾向的住院患者发生自杀行为的影响因素分析显示文摘目的描述综合医院具有自杀倾向患者的特征,并分析此类患者发生自杀行为的危险因素.方法回顾性连续纳入南方医科大学南方医院2012年10月至2017年10月的住院患者中具有自杀倾向的病例共680例,根据是否发生自杀行为分为自杀倾向组(有自杀倾向无自杀行为,527例)和自杀行为组(有自杀倾向亦有自杀行为,153例).收集他们的性别、年龄、婚姻状况、户籍、入院科室、自杀诱因、自杀方式、精神疾患、躯体疾患及显著的精神症状等资料.采用单因素分析比较两组间的社会人口学和临床特征差异,采用二分类Logistic回归分析研究自杀行为的危险因素.结果自杀倾向组主要为女性[66.6%(351例)]、已婚[77.4%(458例)]、心理科[74.4%(392例)]、抑郁症[66.2%(349例)].自杀行为组中,男性和女性的自杀方式差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.489,P=0.014),选择跳楼方式的男性较多,药物及割脉方式的女性更多.Logistic回归分析结果表明,入住重症医学科(OR=7.844,95%CI:2.240~27.475,P=0.001)、婚恋受挫(OR=3.646,95%CI:1.217~10.917,P=0.021),肿瘤(OR=4.620,95%CI:1.552~13.755,P=0.006),双相情感障碍(OR=3.734,95%CI:1.157~12.052,P=0.028)是自杀行为的危险因素.结论具有自杀倾向的患者中,入住重症医学科、双相情感障碍、肿瘤、婚恋挫折是发生自杀行为的危险因素,而且两性的自杀方式有所不同,需要临床高度重视,并采取针对性预防措施.张菀凌 Paudel Dhirendra 康尹之 杨璐璐 欧浪 邵若洋 张斌 2020神经疾病与精神卫生2020,20,1:7

4Interbasinal marker intervals——A case study from the Jurassic basins of Kachchh and Jaisalmer, western India显示文摘The Kachchh Basin and the Jaisalmer Basin are two neighboring Mesozoic sedimentary basins at the western margin of the Indian craton. The Jurassic succession of the Kachchh Basin is more complete and more fossiliferous than that of the Jaisalmer Basin. Consequently, intrabasinal correlation of the sedimentary units has been possible in the Kachchh Basin, but not in the Jaisalmer Basin. However, some marker beds existing in the Kachchh Basin can be recognized also in the Jaisalmer Basin. Ammonite evidence shows that they are time-equivalent. The following four units form marker intervals in both basins: (1) the pebbly rudstone unit with Isastrea bernardiana and Leptosphinctes of the Kaladongar Formation (Kachchh Basin) and the Isastrea bernardiana-bearing rudstone of the Jaisalmer Formation (Jaisalmer Basin) both represent transgressive systems tract deposits dated as Late Bajocian; (2) bioturbated micrites with anomalodesmatan bivalves within the Goradongar Yellow Flagstone Member (Kachchh Basin) and bioturbated units in the Fort Member (Jaisalmer Basin) represent maximum flooding zone deposits of the Middle to Late Bathonian; (3) trough-crossbedded, sandy packto grainstones of the Raimalro Limestone Member (Kachchh Basin) and the basal limestone-sandstone unit of the Kuldhar section of the Jaisalmer Formation (Jaisalmer Basin) correspond to Late Bathonain transgressive systems tract deposits; and (4) ferruginous ooid-bearing carbonates with hardgrounds of the Dhosa Oolite member (Kachchh Basin) and the middle part of the Jajiya Member (Jaisalmer Basin) are Oxfordian transgressive systems tract deposits. The fact that in both basins similar biofacies prevailed during certain time intervals demonstrates a common control of their depositional history. 5Burning rate and other characteristics of strontium titanate (SrTiO3) supplemented AP/HTPB/Al composite propellants显示文摘In a quest of search for a new burning rate modifier for composite propellant, strontium titanate (SrTiO3), a perovskite oxide has been chosen for evaluation in a composite propellant formulation based on its other catalytic applications. Initially, SrTiO3 was characterized for particle size, morphology and material/ phase identification (using XRD). By varying SrTiO3 content in a standard composite propellant, different compositions were prepared and their performance and processing parameters like the end of mix (EOM) viscosity, mechanical properties, density, burning rate, pressure exponent (n-value), etc. were measured. The results reveal that 2% SrTiO3 causes more than 12% enhancement in propellant burning rate (at 70 ksc pressure) in comparison to the standard propellant composition. 6Slumping in the Upper Jurassic Baisakhi Formation of the Jaisalmer Basin, western India: Sign of synsedimentary tectonics?显示文摘A spectacularly exposed slump is described from a 120-m-long road cut between the villages of Kanod and Deva in the northeastern Jaisalmer Basin of Rajasthan,India.The Upper Jurassic part of the sediments at the outcrop was formed in a near-shore setting and belongs to the Ludharwa Member of the Baisakhi Formation.The 3-m-thick unit shows a number of asymmetric folds and thrust faults leading to an imbrication of partly lithified sandstone beds.The deformation structures allow the reconstruction of a movement towards the northwest.This agrees well with the basin configuration that shows a deepening into this direction.Although the determination of a specific trigger mechanism is difficult for soft-sediment deformation structures,an earthquake caused by synsedimentary tectonics in the basin seems to be the most likely explanation.Matthias Alberti Dhirendra K.Pandey Jitendra K.Sharma Narendra K.Swami Alfred Uchman 2017Journal of Palaeogeography2017,6,4:2
