1Real-time histology with the endocytoscope显示文摘Endoscopic Imaging has progressed tremendously over the last few decades. Novel imaging technologies such as high-resolution and high-magnification white light endoscopy, narrow band imaging, optimal band imaging, auto? ourescence imaging and optical coherence tomography not only aid the endoscopist in detecting malignant or pre-malignant lesions but also assist in predicting histology. Recently, the introduction of Endocytoscopy (EC) and Confocal Endomicroscopy has taken us into a new realm of diagnostic endoscopy. With the ability to magnify up to 1000 ×, cellular structures can be visualized in real-time. This advance in technology could potentially lead to a paradigm shift negating the need to obtain biopsies. EC is, however, still in the early stages of development and further research needs to be carried out before it can be accepted as standard practice. 2酶消化法与机械法处理抽吸脂肪获得的基质血管细胞群组成成分对比显示文摘背景脂肪基质血管细胞群(stromal vascular fraction cells,SVFCs)是再生医学中脂肪来源间充质干细胞(adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells,ADMSCs)的重要来源。从脂肪组织中获取SVFCs的方法有很多,包括机械法和酶消化法。获得的SVFCs的细胞组成可对其能力产生影响。因此,我们比较了采用不同方法从抽吸脂肪中获得的SVFCs的细胞组成和数量,包括离心、涡旋和胶原酶消化。方法采用真空负压抽吸法,从9例成年人皮下脂肪组织获取脂肪,年龄21~55岁,平均BMI为28。分别采用高速离心,离心后涡旋分离3min和酶消化法分离SVFCs。红细胞裂解后,对SVFCs进行细胞计数、增殖能力检测和流式细胞术检测。计量ADMSCs(CIM5-CD73+CD90+)、内皮细胞(CD45-CD31+)和单核细胞/巨噬细胞的相对百分比。结果酶消化法获得的SVFCs数量最高(2.3×10^5/ml抽吸脂肪),高速离心法获得的SVFCs数量为其1/10,涡旋分离法获得的SVFCs数量为其1/20。3种方法获得的细胞活性相似(80%~90%)。3种方法获得的SVFCs成分有很大差异。酶消化法获得的SVFCs中,造血源性细胞的比例(32%)少于机械分离法获得的SVFCs中造血源性细胞的比例(70%~85%);酶消化法获得的ADMSCs数量(60%)多于机械分离法获得的ADMSCs数量(6%~13%)。另外,与机械分离法相比,酶消化法获得的SVFCs中,炎性单核细胞/巨噬细胞的数量较少,而内皮细胞数量较多。结论虽然3种分离方法均能获得再生细胞,但机械分离法获得的造血细胞和炎性细胞的数量较高,而ADMSCs和内皮细胞的数量较低,这可能会降低其在再生医学中应用的潜能。Alexandra Conde-Green Ricardo L. 6A Parametric Study of Mesh Free Interpolation Based Recovery Techniques in Finite Element Elastic Analysis显示文摘The paper presents a parametric study on interpolation techniques based postprocessed error estimation in finite element elastic analysis by varying important parameters of recovery,interpolation scheme and type of patch construction.The quality of error estimation with recovery parameters is compared in terms of local and global effectivity of error estimation,rate of error convergence,and adaptively refined meshes.A mesh free moving least square interpolation technique with proven reliability and effectivity is introduced for improving the recovery of finite element solution errors.The post-processed finite element solutions of elastic problems are presented for performance study under different parameters of recovery technique.The study concludes that recovery parameters of interpolation method have pronounced effect on the recovery of finite element solution error and analysis in adaptive environment.Mohd.Ahmed Mohamed Hechmi El Ouni Devinder Singh Nabil Ben Kahla 2019Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2019,,11:0
