1A complete sequence and comparative analysis of a SARS-associated virus(Isolate BJ01)显示文摘The genome sequence of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS)-associated virus provides essential information for the identification of pathogen(s), exploration of etiology and evolution, interpretation of transmission and pathogenesis, development of diagnostics, prevention by future vaccination, and treatment by developing new drugs. We report the complete genome sequence and comparative analysis of an isolate (BJ01) of the coronavirus that has been recognized as a pathogen for SARS. The genome is 29725 nt in size and has 11 ORFs (Open Reading Frames). It is composed of a stable region encoding an RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (composed of 2 ORFs) and a variable region representing 4 CDSs (coding sequences) for viral structural genes (the S, E, M, N proteins) and 5 PUPs (putative uncharacterized proteins). Its gene order is identical to that of other known coronaviruses. The sequence alignment with all known RNA viruses places this virus as a member in the family of Coronaviridae. Thirty putative substitutions have been identified by comparative analysis of the 5 SARS- associated virus genome sequences in GenBank. Fifteen of them lead to possible amino acid changes (non-synonymous mutations) in the proteins. Three amino acid changes, with predicted alteration of physical and chemical features, have been detected in the S protein that is postulated to beinvolved in the immunoreactions between the virus and its host. Two amino acid changes have been detected in the Mprotein, which could be related to viral envelope formation. Phylogenetic analysis suggests the possibility of non-human origin of the SARS-associated viruses but provides noevidence that they are man-made. 3Safety of different acupuncture manipulations for posterior circulation ischemia with vertigo显示文摘Acupuncture at Fengchi(GB20) in the posterior neck improves vertigo.However,subarachnoid hemorrhage and spinal epidural hematoma have been reported to occur after acupuncture in the posterior neck.Therefore,in the present study,we assessed the safety of acupuncture at Fengchi.Laboratory tests and adverse event reports were used to evaluate the safety of different acupuncture manipulations for the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia with vertigo.A total of 136 patients were randomly assigned to four groups.Verum acupuncture was conducted with different needle insertion directions(contralateral paropia or prominentia laryngea) and different needle twisting frequencies(60 or 120 times/minute) at Fengchi and matching acupoints(for example,Zhongwan [CV12],Qihai [CV6],Zusanli [ST36],and Fenglong [ST40]).The patients received 14 treatments over 3–4 weeks.Routine blood analysis,hepatic and renal function tests,urine and feces tests and electrocardiography were performed before the first treatment session and after the final session.Adverse events were recorded after every session.Of the 136 patients,120 completed the study.There were no significant differences between pretreatment and posttreatment test results in any of the groups.Only five patients suffered from minor adverse events(needling pain,slight hematoma and transient chest tightness).No serious adverse events were found.Our results indicate that a 14-session course of needling at Fengchi is relatively safe for treating posterior circulation ischemia with vertigo.Yan Wen Chao Zhang Xiao-feng Zhao Shi-zhe Deng Si He Ling-hui Huang Guang Tian Zhi-hong Meng 2016Neural Regeneration Research2016,11,8:16
4Multiscale carbon foam confining single iron atoms for efficient electrocatalytic CO2 reduction to CO显示文摘Electrocatalytic CO2 reduction to CO is a sustainable process for energy conversion.However,this process is still hindered by the diffusi limited mass transfer,low electrical conductivity and catalytic activity.Therefore,new strategies for catalyst design should be adopted to solve these problems and improve the electrocatalytic performa nee for CO production.Herein,we report a multiscale carb on foam confining〔single iron atoms prepared with the assistant of S1O2 template.The pore-enriched environment at the macro-scale facilitates the diffusion of reacta nts and products.The graphe ne nano sheets at the nano-scale promote the charge tran sfer duri ng the reaction.The single iron atoms con fined in carb on matrix at the atomic-scale provide the active sites for electrocatalytic CO2 reductio n to CO.The optimized catalyst achieves a CO Faradaic efficiency of 94.9%at a moderate potential of-0.5 V vs.RHE.Furthermore,the performance can be maintained over 60 hours due to the stable single iron atoms coordi nated with four n itroge n atoms in the carb on matrix.This work provides a promising strategy to improve both the activity and stability of single atom catalysts for electrocatalytic CO2 reduction to CO.Zheng Zhang Chao Ma Yunchuan Tu Rui Si Jie Wei Shuhong Zhang Zhen Wang Jian-Feng Li Ye Wang Dehui Deng 2019Nano Research2019,12,9:11
5Extraction, identification, and antioxidant property evaluation of limonin from pummelo seeds显示文摘Limonin, the main bioactive phytochemical constituent of limonoids with multi-functions, is enriched in citrus fruits and often found at a high concentration in citrus seeds. The present study was attempted to introduce a new and efficient extraction method to isolate limonoids from pummelo seeds, and to evaluate the antioxidant property of the main constituent limonin in Hep G2 cells. Three key single factors were identified for the extraction of limonoids from pummelo seeds using the Box-Behnken experiment design of response surface methodology(RSM), and the optimized extraction parameters were treatment with 89.68 m L of anhydrous acetone for 4.62 h at 78.94C, while the yield of limonoids was 11.52 mg/g. The structure of isolated main constituent of the limonoids was further identified as limonin by Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) spectrometer and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectrum. Moreover, the molecular data in Hep G2 cells revealed that limonin exerted its anti-oxidant property mainly by the activation of nuclear factor(erythroid-2)-like 2(Nrf2)/kelch-like ECHassociated protein 1(Keap1)-antioxidant response element(ARE) pathway in the form of transcriptional regulation of Nrf2 m RNA and posttranscriptional regulation of Nrf2/Keap1 system. 6Effect of supplementation of allicin on methanogenesis and ruminal microbial flora in Dorper crossbred ewes显示文摘Background: Garlic extracts have been reported to be effective in reducing methanogenesis. Related mechanisms are not well illustrated, however, and most studies have been conducted in vitro. This study investigates the effects of supplementary allicin(AL) in sheep diet on in vivo digestibility, rumen fermentation, and shifts of microbial flora.Methods: Two experiments were conducted using Dorper × thin-tailed Han crossbred ewes. In experiment 1,eighteen ewes(60.0 ± 1.73 kg BW) were randomly assigned for 29 days to either of two dietary treatments: a basal diet or the basal diet supplemented with 2.0 g AL/head?day to investigate supplementary AL on nutrient digestibility and methane emissions. In experiment 2, six ewes(65.2 ± 2.0 kg BW) with ruminal canulas were assigned to the same two dietary treatments as in experiment 1 for 42 days to investigate supplementary AL on ruminal fermentation and microbial flora. The methane emissions were determined using an open-circuit respirometry system and microbial assessment was done by q PCR of 16 S r RNA genes.Results: Supplementary AL increased the apparent digestibility of organic matter(P < 0.001), nitrogen(P = 0.006),neutral detergent fiber(P < 0.001), and acid detergent fiber(P = 0.002). Fecal nitrogen output was reduced(P = 0.001)but urinary nitrogen output was unaffected(P = 0.691), while nitrogen retention(P = 0.077) and nitrogen retention/nitrogen intake(P = 0.077) tended to increase. Supplementary AL decreased methane emissions scaled to metabolic bodyweight by 5.95 %(P = 0.007) and to digestible organic matter intake by 8.36 %(P = 0.009). Ruminal p H was unaffected(P = 0.601) while ammonia decreased(P = 0.024) and total volatile fatty acids increased(P = 0.024) in response to supplementary AL. Supplementary AL decreased the population of methanogens(P = 0.001) and tended to decrease that of protozoans(P = 0.097), but increased the populations of F. succinogenes(P < 0.001), R. flavefaciens(P = 0.001), and B. fibrisolvens(P = 0.001).Conclusions: Supplementation of AL at 2.0 g/head?day effectively enhanced OM, N, NDF, and ADF digestibility and reduced daily methane emissions(L/kg BW0.75) in ewes, probably by decreasing the population of ruminal protozoans and methanogens.Tao Ma Dandan Chen Yan Tu Naifeng Zhang Bingwen Si Kaidong Deng Qiyu Diao 2016Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2016,7,2:9
7Lotus seed skin proanthocyanidin extract exhibits potent antioxidant property via activation of the Nrf2-ARE pathway显示文摘Lotus seed is well known as traditional food and medicine,but its skin is usually discarded.Recent studies have shown that lotus seed skin contains a high concentration of proanthocyanidins that have multi-functions,such as antioxidation,anti-inflammation,and anti-cancer effects.In the present study,we aimed to isolate and purify the proanthocyanidins from lotus seed skin by acetone extraction and rotary evaporation,identify their chemical structures by HPLC-MS-MS and NMR,and further investigate the antioxidant properties of the extract purified by macroporous resin (PMR) from lotus seed skin both in vitro and in vivo.The results showed that PMR mainly contained oligomeric proanthocyanidins,especially dimeric procyanidin B1 (PB1),procyanidin B2 and procyanidin B4.Although it had limited ability to directly scavenge radicals in vitro,PMR could significantly enhance the expressions of antioxidant proteins via activation of nuclear factory-related factor 2 (Nrf2)-antioxidant response element (ARE) pathway in HepG2 cells.Molecular data revealed that PB1,a major component in PMR,stabilized Nrf2 by inhibiting the ubiquitination of Nrf2,which led to subsequent activation of the Nrf2-ARE pathway,including the enhancements of Nrf2 nuclear translocation,Nrf2-ARE binding and ARE transcriptional activity.Moreover,the in vivo results in high fat diet-induced mice further verified the powerful antioxidant property of PMR.These results revealed that lotus seed skin is a promising resource for functional food development.Tao Li Qili Li Weiguo Wu Yong Li De-xing Hou Hua Xu Baodong Zheng Shaoxiao Zeng Yang Shan Xiangyang Lu Fangming Deng Si Qin 2019Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2019,51,1:8
8Increased Chondrocyte Apoptosis in Kashin-Beck Disease and Rats Induced by T-2 Toxin and Selenium Deficiency显示文摘Objective To investigate chondrocyte apoptosis and the expression of biochemical markers associated with apoptosis in Kashin-Beck disease(KBD) and in an established T-2 toxin-and selenium(Se) deficiency-induced rat model. Methods Cartilages were collected from the hand phalanges of five patients with KBD and five healthy children. Sprague-Dawley rats were administered a selenium-deficient diet for 4 weeks prior to T-2 toxin exposure. The apoptotic chondrocytes were observed by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase d UTP nick end labeling staining. Caspase-3, p53, Bcl-2, and Bax proteins in the cartilages were visualized by immunohistochemistry, their protein levels were determined by Western blotting, and m RNA levels were determined by real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Results Increased chondrocyte apoptosis was observed in the cartilages of children with KBD. Increased apoptotic and caspase-3-stained cells were observed in the cartilages of rats fed with normal and Se-deficient diets plus T-2 toxin exposure compared to those in rats fed with normal and Se-deficient diets. Caspase-3, p53, and Bax proteins and m RNA levels were higher, whereas Bcl-2 levels were lower in rats fed with normal or Se-deficiency diets supplemented with T-2 toxin than the corresponding levels in rats fed with normal diet. 10Synchronous multiple primary gastrointestinal cancers with CDH1 mutations:A case report显示文摘BACKGROUND Synchronous multiple primary cancers (SMPC) mean two or more malignant tumors occurring simultaneously and with different origins no matter what types they are or where they are located. The carcinogenesis of SMPC often involves variations of some specific genes. However, the correlation between CDH1 mutations and synchronous multiple primary gastrointestinal cancers is largely unknown. CASE SUMMARY A 62-year-old woman had sustained abdominal pain for one week and visited our hospital. Gastrointestinal endoscopy revealed multiple small polypoid lesions in both the stomach and colorectum. Computed tomography and laboratory results were within normal limits. Pathological evaluation confirmed signet ring cell carcinoma without obvious metastatic evidence. Malignant cells showed negativity for E-cadherin and positivity for β-catenin in the cytoplasm and nucleus. DNA sequencing performed on paraffin-embedded tissue revealed two exactly coincident alterations in CDH1, C.57T>G and C.1418A>T. 11Protein requirements of early-weaned Dorper crossbred female lambs显示文摘The net protein(NP) and metabolizable protein(MP) requirements of Dorper crossbred female lambs from 20 to 35 kg body weight(BW) were assessed in a comparative slaughter trial. Thirty-five Dorper×thin-tailed Han crossbred lambs weaned at approximately 50 d of age((19.1±2.37) kg of BW) were used. Seven randomly selected lambs were slaughtered at the beginning of the trial as baseline group(BL). An intermediate group of seven randomly selected lambs fed ad libitum(AL) intake was slaughtered when the lambs reached an average BW of 28.6 kg. The remaining 21 lambs were allotted randomly to three levels of dry matter intake: AL or restricted to 70 or 40% of the AL intake. All lambs were slaughtered when the sheep fed AL intake reached 35 kg of BW. Total body N and N retention were determined. The results showed that the maintenance requirements for NP and MP were 1.75 and 3.37 g kg^(–1) metabolic shrunk body weight(SBW0.75), respectively. The partial efficiency of protein use for maintenance was 0.52. The NP requirements for growth ranged from 10.9 to 42.4 g d^(–1) for the lambs gaining 100 to 350 g d^(–1) from 20 to 35 kg BW. The partial efficiency of MP for growth was 0.52. 12Cardiac fibroblast heat shock protein 47 aggravates cardiac fibrosis post myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by encouraging ubiquitin specific peptidase 10 dependent Smad4 deubiquitination显示文摘Despite complications were significantly reduced due to the popularity of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in clinical trials, reperfusion injury and chronic cardiac remodeling significantly contribute to poor prognosis and rehabilitation in AMI patients. We revealed the effects of HSP47 on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI) and shed light on the underlying molecular mechanism.We generated adult mice with lentivirus-mediated or miRNA(mi1/133TS)-aided cardiac fibroblastselective HSP47 overexpression. Myocardial IRI was induced by 45-min occlusion of the left anterior descending(LAD) artery followed by 24 h reperfusion in mice, while ischemia-mediated cardiac remodeling was induced by four weeks of reperfusion. Also, the role of HSP47 in fibrogenesis was evaluated in cardiac fibroblasts following hypoxia-reoxygenation(HR). Extensive HSP47 was observed in murine infarcted hearts, human ischemic hearts, and cardiac fibroblasts and accelerated oxidative stress and apoptosis after myocardial IRI. Cardiac fibroblast-selective HSP47 overexpression exacerbated cardiac dysfunction caused by chronic myocardial IRI and presented deteriorative fibrosis and cell proliferation.HSP47 upregulation in cardiac fibroblasts promoted TGFβ1-Smad4 pathway activation and Smad4 deubiquitination by recruiting ubiquitin-specific peptidase 10(USP10) in fibroblasts. However, cardiac fibroblast specific USP10 deficiency abolished HSP47-mediated fibrogenesis in hearts. Moreover, blockage of HSP47 with Col003 disturbed fibrogenesis in fibroblasts following HR. 13Role of TGF-βl Signaling in Heart Valve Calcification Induced by Abnormal Mechanical Stimulation in a Tissue Engineering Model显示文摘A tissue engineering model of heart valve calcification induced in a bio-reactor was established to evaluate the calcification induced by abnormal mechanical stimulation and explore the underlying molecular mechanisms.Polyethylene glycol (PEG)-modified decellularized porcine aortic leaflets seeded with human valve interstitial cells (huVICs)were mounted on a Ti-Ni alloy frame to fabricate two-leaflet and three-leaflet tissue engineered valves.The two-leaflet model valves were exposed to abnormal pulsatile flow stimulation with null (group A),low (1000mL/min,group B),medium (2000mL/min,group C),and high velocity (3000mL/min,group D)for 14 days. Morphology and calcification were assessed by yon Kossa staining,alkaline phosphatase (ALP)content,and Runx2 immunostaining.Leaflet calcification and mRNA and protein expression of transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1,bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP2),Smadl,and MSX2 were measured at different time points.ALP content was examined in two-leaflet valves seeded with BMP2 shRNA plasmid-infected huVICs and exposed to the same stimulation conditions.The results showed that during 14 days of flow stimulation,huVICs on the leaflet surface proliferated to generate normal monolayer coverage in groups A,B,and C.Under mechanical stimulation,huVICs showed a parallel growth pattern in the direction of the fluid flow,but huVICs exhibited disordered growth in the high-velocity flow environment,yon Kossa staining,ALP measurement,and immunohistochemical staining for Runx2 confirmed the lack of obvious calcification in group A and significant calcification in group D.Expression levels of TGF-β1,BMP2, and MSX2 mRNA and protein were increased under fluid stimulation.ALP production by BMP2 shRNA plasmid-infected huVICs on model leaflets was significantly reduced.In conclusion,abnormal mechanical stimulation in a bioreactor induced calcification in the tissue engineering valve model.The extent of calcification correlated positively with the flow velocity,as did the mRNA and protein levels of TGF-β1,BMP2,and MSX2.These findings indicate that TGF-β1/BMP2 signaling is involved in valve calcification induced bv abnormal mechanical stimulation.Xing-jian HU Wen-cong-hui WU Nian-guo DONG Jia-wei SHI Jun-wei LIU Si CHEN Chen DENG Feng SHI 2018Current Medical Science2018,38,5:2

The proposed deep convolution network could learn the highdimensional feature representation of images by using their depth. An inception module was used to construct a neural network. In the inception module, multiscale convolution kernels were used to extract the distributed characteristics of soybean pests and diseases at different scales and to perform cascade fusion. The model then trained the SoftMax classifier in a uniformed framework. This realized the model of soybean pests and diseases so as to verify the effectiveness of this method. In this study, 800 images of soybean leaf images were taken as the experimental objects. Of these 800 images, 400 were selected for network training, and the remaining 400 images were used for the network test. Furthermore, the classical convolutional neural network was optimized. The accuracies before and after optimization were 96.25% and 95.81%, respectively, in terms of extracting image features. 16Comparative transcriptome analysis of the effect of different heat shock periods on the unfertilized ovule in watermelon(Citrullus lanatus)显示文摘In vitro gynogenesis is an important tool used in haploid or homozygous double-haploid plant breeding.However,because of low repeatability,embryoid induction rate and quality,the molecular mechanisms remain poorly understood.Heat shock treatment can promote the transformation of the gametophytic pathway into the sporophyte pathway,which induces the occurrence of haploid.In this study,unfertilized ovaries were heat shocked for 0 h(A0)before flowering and for 0 h(A1),4 h(A3),8 h(A5),12 h(A7),and 24 h(A8),respectively,at 37℃at the first day of the flowering stage.The ovule enlargement rate was increased from 0%at 25℃to 96.8%at 37℃(24 h treatment).Thus,we aimed to investigate the gene expression patterns in unfertilized ovules of watermelon after different periods of heat shock by using RNA-Seq technology.The results showed that compared with A3,A5,A7,and A8,the biosynthesis of amino acid,glycine,serine and threonine metabolic pathways in A1 has changed significantly.This indicated that heat shock treatment affected the synthesis and transformation of amino acids during ovule expansion.The transcriptome data suggested gene expressions of ovule growth were significantly changed by heat-specific influences.The results provide new information on the complex relationship between in vitro gynogenesis and temperature.This provides a basis for further study of the mechanism of heat shock affecting the expansion of watermelon ovule.ZHU Ying-chun SUN De-xi DENG Yun AN Guo-lin LI Wei-hua SI Wen-jing LIU Jun-pu SUN Xiao-wu 2020Journal of Integrative Agriculture2020,19,2:2
17Analysis on internal mechanism of zedoary turmeric in treatment of liver cancer based on pharmacodynamic substances and pharmacodynamic groups显示文摘Zedoary tumeric(Curcumae Rhizoma,Ezhu in Chinese)has a long history of application and has great potential in the treatment of liver cancer.The antiliver cancer effect of zedoary tumeric depends on the combined action of multiple pharmacodynamic substances.In order to clarify the specific mechanism of zedoary tumeric against liver cancer,this paper first analyzes the mechanism of its single pharmacodynamic substance against liver cancer,and then verifies the joint anti liver cancer mechanism of its“pharmacodynamic group”.By searching the research on the antihepatoma effect of active components of zedoary tumeric in recent years,we found that pharmacodynamic substances,including curcumol,zedoarondiol,curcumenol,curzerenone,curdione,curcumin,germacrone,β-elemene,can act on multi-target and multi-channel to play an antihepatoma role.For example,curcumin can regulate miR,GLO1,CD133,VEGF,YAP,LIN28B,GPR81,HCAR-1,P53 and PI3K/Akt/mTOR,HSP70/TLR4 and NF-κB.Wnt/TGF/EMT,Nrf2/Keap1,JAK/STAT and other pathways play an antihepatoma role.Network pharmacological analysis showed that the core targets of the“pharmacodynamic group”for anti-life cancer are AKT1,EGFR,MAPK8,etc,and the core pathways are neuroactive live receiver interaction,nitrogen metabolism,HIF-1 signaling pathway,etc.At the same time,by comparing and analyzing the relationship between the specific mechanisms of pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic group”,it is found that they have great reference significance in target,pathway,biological function,determination of core pharmacodynamic components,formation of core target protein interaction,in-depth research of single pharmacodynamic substance,increasing curative effect and so on.By analyzing the internal mechanism of zedoary tumeric pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic group”in the treatment of liver cancer,this paper intends to provide some ideas and references for the deeper pharmacological research of zedoary tumeric and the relationship between pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic group”.Zeyu Li Erwei Hao Rui Cao Si Lin Linghui Zou Tianyan Huang Zhengcai Du Xiaotao Hou Jiagang Deng 2022Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,4:2
18Functional Amphiphilic Poly(2-oxazoline)Block Copolymers as Drug Carriers:the Relationship between Structure and Drug Loading Capacity显示文摘Poly(2-oxazoline)(POx)is a kind of polymeric amides that can be viewed as conformational isomers of polypeptides with excellent cyto-and hemo-compatibility,and is promising to be used as drug carriers.However,the drug loading capacity(DLC)of POx for many drugs is still low except several hydrophobic ones including paclitaxel(PTX).Herein,we prepared a series of amphiphilic POx block copolymers with various functional groups,and investigated the relationship between functional structures and the DLC.Functional POxs with benzyl,carboxyl,and amino groups in the side-chain were synthesized based on a poly(2-methyl-2-oxazoline)-block-poly(2-buty1-2-oxazoline-co-2-buteny1-2-oxazoline)(PMeOx-P(nBuOx-co-ButenOx),PMBEOx)precursor,followed by click reaction between vinyl and the 2-phenylethanethiol,thioglycolic acid and cysteamine.Using thin-film hydration method,eight commonly used drugs with various characteristics were encapsulated within these functional POx polymers.We found that amine-containing drugs were more easily encapsulated by POx with carboxyl groups,while amine functionalities in POx enhanced the loading capacity of drugs with carboxyl groups.In addition,n-n interactions resulted in enhanced DLC of most drugs,except several hydrophobic drugs with aromatic to total carbon ratios less than 0.5.In general,we could successfully encapsulate all the selected drugs with a DLC%over 10%using properly selected functional POxs.The above results confirm that the DLC of polymeric carriers can be adjusted by modifying the functional groups,and the prepared series of functional POxs provide an option for various drug loadings.Si Dong Sheng Ma Zhi-Lin Liu Li-Li Ma Yu Zhang Zhao-Hui Tang Ming-Xiao Deng Wan-Tong Song 2021Chinese Journal of Polymer Science2021,39,7:2

20High-density lipoprotein regulates angiogenesis by long non-coding RNA HDRACA显示文摘Normal high-density lipoprotein(nHDL)can induce angiogenesis in healthy individuals.However,HDL from patients with coronary artery disease undergoes various modifications,becomes dysfunctional(dHDL),and loses its ability to promote angiogenesis.Here,we identified a long non-coding RNA,HDRACA,that is involved in the regulation of angiogenesis by HDL.In this study,we showed that nHDL downregulates the expression of HDRACA in endothelial cells by activating WW domain-containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 2,which catalyzes the ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of its transcription factor,Kruppel-like factor 5,via sphingosine 1-phosphate(S1P)receptor 1.In contrast,dHDL with lower levels of S1P than nHDL were much less effective in decreasing the expression of HDRACA.HDRACA was able to bind to Ras-interacting protein 1(RAIN)to hinder the interaction between RAIN and vigilin,which led to an increase in the binding between the vigilin protein and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)mRNA,resulting in a decrease in the expression of PCNA and inhibition of angiogenesis.The expression of human HDRACA in a hindlimb ischemia mouse model inhibited the recovery of angiogenesis.Taken together,these findings suggest that HDRACA is involved in the HDL regulation of angiogenesis,which nHDL inhibits the expression of HDRACA to induce angiogenesis,and that dHDL is much less effective in inhibiting HDRACA expression,which provides an explanation for the decreased ability of dHDL to stimulate angiogenesis.Zhi-Wei Mo Yue-Ming Peng Yi-Xin Zhang Yan Li Bi-Ang Kang Ya-Ting Chen Le Li Mary GSorci-Thomas Yi-Jun Lin Yang Cao Si Chen Ze-Long Liu Jian-Jun Gao Zhan-Peng Huang Jia-Guo Zhou Mian Wang Guang-Qi Chang Meng-Jie Deng Yu-Jia Liu Zhen-Sheng Ma Zuo-Jun Hu Yu-Gang Dong Zhi-Jun Ou Jing-Song Ou 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,9:1
