1NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF ROUND TO OVAL ROLLING PROCESS显示文摘Three dimensional thermal-mechanical coupled elasto-plastic FEM has been used for simulation of round to oval single pass rolling. The analysis was conducted using MARC/AUTOFORCE1. 2 code. The material is assumed to be elasto-plastic and it obey the Von Mises yield criterion and Prandtl- Reuss rule. Deformation of the workpiece is simulated in a step-by-step manner,updating the coordinates of material points and the property after each step, so that both nonsteady-state and stendy-state deformation can be simulated. 4动迁居民的出行特征及其对社会分异和宜居水平的影响显示文摘以主动搬迁、选择动迁、被动安置3种不同搬迁类型的居民为研究对象,选择莘庄、江桥、三林地区进行实证调查,分析不同的搬迁类型对人们交通出行的影响,及其对社会分异的作用。分析表明,在通勤出行方面,主动搬迁的居民具有明显的优势,而被动安置的居民则处于绝对的劣势。并且通勤出行的不便对于被动安置居民的工作收入和交通支出有较大影响。人们动迁的目的是为了改善生活质量,正是这种影响差异性的存在,加剧了不同类型动迁居民的社会分异。最后根据建设部制定的《宜居城市科学评价标准》,对不同类型迁居居民的宜居性进行了评价。结果表明,尽管被动安置居民的住房条件有所改善,但他们的宜居性水平反而有所下降,所以城市在制定动迁和城市住房政策时务必将如何改善居民交通出行问题作为政策整体的一部份加以考虑。潘海啸 王晓博 Jennifer Day 2010城市规划学刊2010,,6:23

6Use of exclusive enteral nutrition in adults with Crohn's disease: A review显示文摘Exclusive enteral nutrition(EEN)is well-established as a first line therapy instead of corticosteroid(CS)therapy to treat active Crohn’s disease(CD)in children.It also has been shown to have benefits over and above induction of disease remission in paediatric populations.However,other than in Japanese populations,this intervention is not routinely utilised in adults.To investigate potential reasons for variation in response between adult studies of EEN and CS therapy.The Ovid database was searched over a 6-mo period.Articles directly comparing EEN and CS therapy in adults were included.Eleven articles were identified.EEN therapy remission rates varied considerably.Poor compliance with EEN therapy due to unpalatable formula was an issue in half of the studies.Remission rates of studies that only included patients with previously untreated/new CD were higher than studies including patients with both existing and new disease.There was limited evidence to determine if disease location,duration of disease or age of diagnosis affected EEN therapy outcomes.There is some evidence to support the use of EEN as a treatment option for a select group of adults,namely those motivated to adhere to an EEN regimen and possibly those newly diagnosed with CD.In addition,the use of more palatable formulas could improve treatment compliance.Catherine L Wall Andrew S Day Richard B Gearry 2013World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,43:15
7miR-182参与调节胶质母细胞瘤的凋亡、生长和分化(英文)显示文摘Glioblastoma multiforme(GBM)is a lethal,therapy-resistant brain cancer consisting of numerous tumor cell subpopulations,including stem-like glioma-initiating cells(GICs),which contribute to tumor recurrence following initial response to therapy.Here,we identified miR-182 as a regulator of apoptosis,growth,and differentiation programs whose expression level is correlated with GBM patient survival.Repression of Bcl2-like12(Bcl2L12),c-Met,and hypoxia-inducible factor 2α(HIF2A)is of central importance to miR-182 anti-tumor activity,as it results in enhanced therapy susceptibility,decreased GIC sphere size,expansion,and stemness in vitro.To evaluate the tumor-suppressive function of miR-182 in vivo,we synthesized miR-182-based spherical nucleic acids(182-SNAs);i.e.,gold nanoparticles covalently functionalized with mature miR-182 duplexes.Intravenously administered 182-SNAs penetrated the bloodbrain/blood-tumor barriers(BBB/BTB)in orthotopic GBM xenografts and selectively disseminated throughout extravascular glioma parenchyma,causing reduced tumor burden and increased animal survival.Our results indicate that harnessing the anti-tumor activities of miR-182 via safe and robust delivery of 182-SNAs represents a novel strategy for therapeutic intervention in GBM.Kouri FM Hurley LA Daniel WL Day ES Hua Y Hao L Peng CY Merkel TJ Queisser MA Ritner C Zhang H James CD Sznajder JI Chin L Giljohann DA Kessler JA Peter ME Mirkin CA Stegh AH 2015中华神经外科疾病研究杂志2015,14,2:14

11Thymoquinone suppresses migration of Lo Vo human colon cancer cells by reducing prostaglandin E2 induced COX-2 activation显示文摘AIM To identify potential anti-cancer constituents in natural extracts that inhibit cancer cell growth and migration.METHODS Our experiments used high dose thymoquinone(TQ) as an inhibitor to arrest Lo Vo(a human colon adenocarcinoma cell line) cancer cell growth, which was detected by cell proliferation assay and immunoblotting assay. Low dose TQ did not significantly reduce Lo Vo cancer cell growth. Cyclooxygenase 2(COX-2) is an enzyme that is involved in the conversion of arachidonic acid into prostaglandin E2(PGE2) in humans. PGE2 can promote COX-2 protein expression and tumor cell proliferation and was used as a control.RESULTS Our results showed that 20 μmol/L TQ significantly reduced human LoV o colon cancer cell proliferation. TQ treatment reduced the levels of p-PI3 K, p-Akt, p-GSK3β, and β-catenin and thereby inhibited the downstream COX-2 expression. Results also showed that the reduction in COX-2 expression resulted in a reduction in PGE2 levels and the suppression of EP2 and EP4 activation. Further analysis showed that TG treatment inhibited the nuclear translocation of β-catenin in LoV o cancer cells. The levels of the cofactors LEF-1 and TCF-4 were also decreased in the nucleus following TQ treatment in a dose-dependent manner. Treatment with low dose TQ inhibited the COX-2 expression at the transcriptional level and the regulation of COX-2 expression efficiently reduced LoV o cell migration. 12Valuing water quality in China:purpose,approach and policy显示文摘The economic valuation of water quality in a rapidly developing country such as China should be undertaken to determine when the benefits from rapid growth begin to exceed the costs from the same. The best approach is to ascertain the total economic valuation of the environmental resource. This includes all of the various uses of the resource, and even those values that are unconnected to individual use (e.g. natural and aesthetic values). A method known as contingent valuation (CV) is used to ascertain these forms of value. This approach is demonstrated here in an application to river water quality in the Beijing area. A CV study is reported in which Beijing area citizens reported an average willingness to pay about 1.3% of annual income in order to prevent further deterioration of river water quality. Aggregation over the representative population indicates that the perceived cost of further river quality deterioration is in the neighbourhood of USD 60 million. 13From filaments to function: The role of the plant actin cytoskeleton in pathogen perception,signaling and immunity显示文摘The eukaryotic actin cytoskeleton is required for numerous cellular processes, including cell shape, development and movement, gene expression and signal transduction, and response to biotic and abiotic stress. In recent years,research in both plants and animal systems have described a function for actin as the ideal surveillance platform, linking the function and activity of primary physiological processes to the immune system. In this review, we will highlight recent advances that have defined the regulation and breadth of function of the actin cytoskeleton as a network required for defense signaling following pathogen infection. Coupled with an overview of recent work demonstrating specific targeting of the plant actin cytoskeleton by a diversity of pathogens,including bacteria, fungi and viruses, we will highlight the importance of actin as a key signaling hub in plants, one that mediates surveillance of cellular homeostasis and the activation of specific signaling responses following pathogen perception. 16Cr_2O_3对高放核废料磷酸盐玻璃固化体的影响显示文摘在含高放核废料的玻璃固化体中添加了不同含量的Cr2O3,以考察其对玻璃固化体的结构和性质的影响.对添加Cr2O3的玻璃固化体进行了各种方法(溶出速率法,蒸汽水化侵蚀和试样坚固性法)的化学稳定性的测试.测试结果表明,Cr2O3的引入不会对玻璃固化体的化学稳定性产生不良的影响.与此相反,Cr2O3能抑制各种离子自玻璃固化体中沥析出来, 改善玻璃固化体的化学耐蚀性. XRD内标法测定,Cr2O3在铁磷酸盐玻璃中的溶解度可达4.1%,是其在硼硅酸盐玻璃的3倍. FTIR和DTA的结果表明,不同含量的Cr2O3的引入, 不会对玻璃固化体的网络结构造成显著的变化. 17中国城市的郊区化与公交导向开发显示文摘中国大城市的郊区化使得许多居民被安置在比他们以前居住地可达性更差的地方,而需要采用机动化方式出行。基于对最近才迁居到上海郊区三个街区的居民所进行的当前出行及回顾以前出行的调查数据,研究了迁居至外围地区对就业可达性、通勤方式选择和通勤时耗的影响。发现:迁居后,居民的就业可达性下降很快,与此相伴随的是机动化出行比例及通勤时间的大幅度提高。然而,也发现:迁居到郊区地铁站附近的居民就业可达性下降的较少,而且对于许多居民来说,如此迁居正鼓励居民出行方式从非机动车方式转向公共交通方式。我们得出结论认为:对于把快速郊区化的中国城市引导走向更持续的道路,可寄予公交为导向的开发模式以很高的期望。Robert Cervero Jennifer Day 刘贤腾(校译) 孙中亚(校译) 2010上海城市规划2010,,4:7
18磷酸盐玻璃固化体化学耐蚀性研究显示文摘以在美国Washington州Hanford市存放的17类不同组成的高放射性核废料(highlevelradioactivenuclearwaste,HLW)为研究对象,设计了含Cr2O3为4%(质量分数,下同)的模拟HLW。采用25%~35%磷酸盐与含Cr2O3的65%~75%的HLW模拟组成相混合,经1150~1250℃加热处理数小时,能熔化成为均质玻璃体,然后冷却成固化体。用试样坚固法(productconsistencytest,PCT)测试包容70%和75%HLW的2种玻璃固化体的各元素,在90℃放置7d,元素沥析量总和分别为小于1.5g/m2和2.0g/m2。用蒸汽水化侵蚀法(vaporhydrationtest,VHT)对此2种试样在200℃的水蒸汽中进行水化侵蚀,经7d处理,平均被侵蚀的速率分别小于0.2g/(m2·d)和3.5g/(m2·d)。晶化处理后的此2种试样的PCT和VHT测试结果与晶化前基本相近。对HLW不同包容量的玻璃固化体的红外光谱分析表明:在较高的HLW包容量的玻璃固化体的结构中,容易被水化的(PO3)-结构转化为分离的(P2O7)4-或(PO4)3-。X射线衍射分析表明:玻璃固化体中分离的(P2O7)4-和(PO4)3-阴离子团被金属离子Al3+,Fe3+,Cr3+和Zr4+等所连接,形成O—Me—O—P键,不仅提高了玻璃的抗析晶的能力,而且也大大地提高了其化学稳定性。样品O/(Si+P)的摩尔比为3.7~4.1,从结构上也表明核废料包容量高达70%~75%的玻璃固化体有优良的?黄文旵 周萘 DAY D E RAY C S 2004硅酸盐学报2004,32,4:6
