1The presence of phosphorylation form of D1 protein in its cross-linked aggregates in high light treated spinach leaves in vivo显示文摘In the present study, using specific antibody against D1 protein, we detected four ag- gregates of D1 protein in thylakoid membranes from spinach leaves illuminated at high light (800―2500 μmol photons·m?2·s?1) for 3 h. Their accumulations were dependent on the light intensity to which the leaves had been subjected. Further immunoblot analysis indicated that 70 kD aggregate was a prod- uct of D1 protein cross-linked with CP43, 65 and 60 kD aggregate were two cross-linked products be- tween D1 and D2 proteins, and 41 kD aggregate was one cross-linked D1 with α-subunit of cytochrome b559 (Cyt b559). This result provided the evidence for the existence of the aggregation of the D1 protein in vivo. The maximal level of D1/Cyt b559 aggregate occurred at 1000 μmol photons·m?2·s?1 but drastically decreased with further increasing light intensity. Im- munoblot analysis with phosphothreonine (Thr (P)) antibody indicated that D1/CP43 and D1/Cyt b559 aggregates contained the phosphorylated protein(s). In vitro dephosphorylation experiment also showed that D1/Cyt b559 and D1/CP43 aggregates lost the immunoreactivity with Thr (P) antibody after the phosphatase treatment of the membranes from high-light-illuminated leaves. 6Developer Cooperation Relationship and Attribute Similarity Based Community Detection in Software Ecosystem显示文摘A software ecosystem(SECO)can be described as a special complex network.Previous complex networks in an SECO have limitations in accurately reflecting the similarity between each pair of nodes.The community structure is critical towards understanding the network topology and function.Many scholars tend to adopt evolutionary optimization methods for community detection.The information adopted in previous optimization models for community detection is incomprehensive and cannot be directly applied to the problem of community detection in an SECO.Based on this,a complex network in SECOs is first built.In the network,the cooperation intensity between developers is accurately calculated,and the attribute contained by each developer is considered.A multi-objective optimization model is formulated.A community detection algorithm based on NSGA-II is employed to solve the above model.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method of calculating the developer cooperation intensity and our model are advantageous.SHEN Xin DU Junwei GONG Dunwei YAO Xiangjuan 2023Chinese Journal of Electronics2023,32,1:0
7First Discovery of Late Triassic Tuffs in the South Qilian Basin: Geochemical Characteristics, Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb Ages and Potential Source Regions显示文摘This investigation reports the first discovery of more than 70 tuff intervals in the Upper Triassic,South Qilian Basin.Petrographic and geochemical analyses were carried out on ten tuff samples and zircon U-Pb dating were on three.Thin section and X-ray diffraction(XRD)results indicate that the tuffs were composed of crystal shards and altered glass shards;crystal shards include plagio-clase and quartz.Most of the tuffs had been transformed into illite/smectite mixed-layers(I/S).In addition,calcite,pyrite,dolomite and siderite were also identified in some of the tuff samples.Analysis of major elements suggests that the tuffs are peraluminous high-K calcalkaline series.Trace elements indicate that the tuffs are enriched in high field strength elements(HFSE),including Th,U,Ta,Zr and Hf.Geochemical characteristics suggest that the tuffs originated from comendite pantellerite and rhyolite from within plate setting.Zircon U-Pb dating(236.0±1.7,231.4±1.6,and 223.1±3.9 Ma)indicate that the tuffs were erupted in the Late Triassic.Comparative chronology and geochemical analyses suggest that the West Qinling belt and the East Kunlun belt are the potential source regions of these tuffs,and they originated from the within plate magma during a post-collisional period.Fangpeng Du Furong Tan Shiming Liu Xiaochen Zhao Yingtao Chen Junwei Qiao 2023Journal of Earth Science2023,34,6:0
8Electrochemically-induced highly reactive PdO^(*) interface on modulated mesoporous MOF-derived Co_(3)O_(4) support for selective ethanol electro-oxidation显示文摘Herein,Pd nanoparticles loaded Co_(3)O_(4)catalysts(Pd@Co_(3)O_(4))are constructed from zeolitic imidazolate framework-67(ZIF-67)for the ethanol oxidation reaction(EOR).It is demonstrated for the first time that the electrochemical conversion of Co_(3)O_(4)support would result in the charge distribution alignment at the Pd/Co_(3)O_(4)interface and induce the formation of highly reactive Pd-O species(PdO^(*)),which can further catalyze the consequent reactions of the intermediates of the ethanol oxidation.The catalyst,Pd@Co_(3)O_(4)-450,obtained under the optimized conditions exhibits excellent EOR performance with a high mass activity of 590 mA mg-1,prominent operational stability,and extraordinary capability for the electro-oxidation of acetaldehyde intermediates.Importantly,the detailed mechanism investigation reveals that Pd@Co_(3)O_(4)-450 could be benefit to the C-C bond cleavage to promote the desirable C1 pathway for the ethanol oxidation reaction.The present strategy based on the metal-support interaction of the catalyst might provide valuable inspiration for the design of high-performing catalysts for the ethanol oxidation reaction.Yuling Chen Yali Wen Qun Zhou Lina Shen Fanghui Du Pai Peng Yu Chen Junwei Zheng 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,11:0
9Position based key exchange:definitions and implementations显示文摘Chandran,et al.introduce the direction of position based cryptography at CRYPTO 2009.In position based cryptography,the position of a party is used to be its unique“credential”in order to realize the cryptographic tasks,such as position based encryption,position based signature,position based key exchange and so on.Position based key exchange,as a basic primitive in position based cryptography,can be used to establish a shared key based on the position of the participant.To begin with,this paper presents the notions of the prover-to-verifier mode and the prover-to-prover mode for position based key exchange.In the prover-to-verifier mode,a secret key can be shared between a prover and the verifiers according to the position of the prover.While in the prover-to-prover mode,two provers located at the valid positions can negotiate a shared key with the help of the verifiers and any other party whose position is illegal cannot obtain the shared key.At the same time,this paper formalizes two security definitions against colluding adversaries:position based prover-to-verifier key exchange and position based prover-to-prover key exchange.Then,this paper introduces the bounded retrieval model and the implementations of position based key exchange in two modes based on the bounded retrieval model.Finally,this paper discusses the position based key exchange protocols in two modes from both security and performance perspectives.ZHANG Junwei DU Fangqiong MA Jianfeng YANG Chao 2016Journal of Communications and Information Networks2016,1,4:0
10Optimizing the configuration of a clearwell by integrating pilot and full-scale tracer testing显示文摘In this paper,the main factors impacting the plug flow pattern of a clearwell were investigated by integrating pilot-scale,full-scale clearwell tracer testing and computa-tional fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation.It was found that pilot tracer testing,full-scale tracer testing and CFD simulation all demonstrated that the correlation between the ratio of t_(10)/T and L/W can be approximately expressed by:t_(10)/T=0.1894ln(L/W)−0.0494.This study confirmed that the installation of baffles within clearwells is an efficient way to optimize their configuration.In addition,the inlet velocity has a minimal contribution to the ratio of t_(10)/T.However,the ratio of turning channel width to channel width(d/W)significantly contributes to the ratio of t_(10)/T.The optimal ratio of d/W is 0.8-1.2 for maintaining better plug flow pattern.The number of turning channels is one of the main factors that impact the ratio of t_(10)/T.When increasing the number of turning channels,a lower ratio of t_(10)/T is obtained.LIU Wenjun DU Zhipeng JIN Junwei 2007Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2007,1,3:0
11Adaptive structured sparse multiview canonical correlation analysis for multimodal brain imaging association identification显示文摘Multimodal brain imaging data can be obtained conveniently through rapidly advancing neuroimaging techniques.These multimodal data,which characterize the brain from distinct perspectives,offer a rare opportunity to comprehensively understand the neuropathology of complex brain disorders.Thus,identifying hidden relationships among multimodal brain imaging data is essential and meaningful.The pairwise correlation between two imaging modalities has been extensively studied.However,the multi-way association among more than three modalities remains unclear and is highly challenging.The difficulty and indeterminacy are largely due to the loss imbalances caused by multiple modalities fusion and the lack of reasonable consideration of the relationship implicated in different brain areas.To address both issues,we propose a structured sparse multiview canonical correlation analysis(SMCCA)with adaptive loss balancing and a novel graph-group penalty.The adaptive loss balancing technique encourages SMCCA to fairly optimize each sub-objective.The graph-group constraint penalizes the brain’s regions of interest(ROIs)hierarchically with different regularizations at different levels.We derive an efficient algorithm and present its convergence.Experimental results on synthetic and real neuroimaging data confirm that,compared with state-of-the-art methods,our method is a better alternative as it identifies higher or comparable correlation coefficients and better canonical weights.Importantly,delivered by the canonical weights,the identified ROIs of each modality show a high correlation to each other and brain disorders,which demonstrates the potential of our method for untangling the intricate relationship among multimodal brain imaging data.Lei DU Huiai WANG Jin ZHANG Shu ZHANG Lei GUO Junwei HAN 2023Science China(Information Sciences)2023,66,4:0
12inMTSCCA:An Integrated Multi-task Sparse Canonical Correlation Analysis for Multi-omic Brain Imaging Genetics显示文摘Identifying genetic risk factors for Alzheimer's disease(AD)is an important research topic.To date,different endophenotypes,such as imaging-derived endophenotypes and proteomic expression-derived endophenotypes,have shown the great value in uncovering risk genes compared to case-control studies.Biologically,a co-varying pattern of different omics-derived endophenotypes could result from the shared genetic basis.However,existing methods mainly focus on the effect of endophenotypes alone;the effect of cross-endophenotype(CEP)associations remains largely unexploited.In this study,we used both endophenotypes and their CEP associations of multi-omic data to identify genetic risk factors,and proposed two integrated multi-task sparse canonical correlation analysis(inMTSCCA)methods,i.e.,pairwise endophenotype correlationguided MTSCCA(pcMTSCCA)and high-order endophenotype correlation-guided MTSCCA(hocMTSCCA).pcMTSCCA employed pairwise correlations between magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)-derived,plasma-derived,and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)-derived endophenotypes as an additional penalty.hocMTSCCA used high-order correlations among these multi-omic data for regularization.To figure out genetic risk factors at individual and group levels,as well as altered endophenotypic markers,we introduced sparsity-inducing penalties for both models.We compared pcMTSCCA and hocMTSCCA with three related methods on both simulation and real(consisting of neuroimaging data,proteomic analytes,and genetic data)datasets.The results showed that our methods obtained better or comparable canonical correlation coefficients(CCCs)and better feature subsets than benchmarks.Most importantly,the identified genetic loci and heterogeneous endophenotypic markers showed high relevance.Therefore,jointly using multi-omic endophenotypes and their CEP associations is promising to reveal genetic risk factors.Lei Du Jin Zhang Ying Zhao Muheng Shang Lei Guo Junwei Han 2023Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2023,21,2:0

14Near room-temperature ferromagnetism in air-stable twodimensional Cr_(1−x)Te grown by chemical vapor deposition显示文摘Identifying air-stable two-dimensional(2D)ferromagnetism with high Curie temperature(T_(c))is highly desirable for its potential applications in next-generation spintronics.However,most of the work reported so far mainly focuses on promoting one specific key factor of 2D ferromagnetism(T_(c)or air stability),rather than comprehensive promotion of both of them.Herein,ultrathin Cr_(1-x)Te crystals grown by chemical vapor deposition(CVD)show thickness-dependent T_(c)up to 285 K.The out-of-plane ferromagnetic order is well preserved down to atomically thin limit(2.0 nm),as evidenced by anomalous Hall effect observed in non-encapsulated samples.Besides,the CVD-grown Cr_(1-x)Te nanosheets present excellent ambient stability,with no apparent change in surface roughness or electrical transport properties after exposure to air for months.Our work provides an alternative platform for investigation of intrinsic 2D ferromagnetism and development of innovative spintronic devices.Zhansheng Gao Ming Tang Junwei Huang Jiabiao Chen Wei Ai Linglu Wu Xinyue Dong Yifei Ma Zheshan Zhang Lei Zhang Yaping Du Huixia Fu Hongtao Yuan Jinxiong Wu Feng Luo 2022Nano Research2022,15,4:0
