| 1 | The contribution of cultivated land occupation by construction to China's economic growth显示文摘The paper applies Cobb-Douglas Production Function and Solow-Swan Model to constructing the calculation model of the contribution rate of cultivated land occupation by construction (CLOC) to China's economic growth,and analyzes the contribution change of CLOC to China's economic growth qualitatively and quantitatively.The main conclusions are as follows:1) From 1989 to 2007,the contribution rates of capital,labor,and CLOC to China's economic growth were 45.76%,8.47%,and 6.19% respectively.2) From the period 1989-1996 to the period 1997-2007 the contribution rate of CLOC to China's economic growth increased from 5.40% to 5.87%.The degree of contribution was enhanced significantly.3) The contribution of CLOC to China's economic growth had a spatial distribution characteristic that the contribution rate of eastern coastal regions was the highest,that of central regions came second,and that of western regions the lowest.The paper indicates that in order to enhance the contribution of CLOC to China's economic growth,some relevant economic and administrative measures might be taken,and land might be used intensively and economically to increase land economic density.The cost of promoting gross domestic product (GDP) growth might be reduced as much as possible to achieve higher GDP growth and lower land resource consumption. | YANG Ke CHEN Baiming DU Hongliang TANG Xiumei | 2011 | Journal of Geographical Sciences2011,21,5: | 5 |
| 2 | Novel hierarchical structure of MoS_(2)/TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) composites for dramatically enhanced electromagnetic absorbing properties显示文摘In order to prevent the microwave leakage and mutual interference,more and more microwave absorbing devices are added into the design of electronic products to ensure its routine operation.In this work,we have successfully prepared MoS_(2)/TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) hierarchical composites by one-pot hydrothermal method and focused on the relationship between structures and electromagnetic absorbing properties.Supported by comprehensive characterizations,M0S_(2) nanosheets were proved to be anchored on the surface and interlayer of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) through a hydrothermal process.Additionally,TiO_(2) nanoparticles were obtained in situ.Due to these hierarchical structures,the MoS_(2)/TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) composites showed greatly enhanced microwave absorbing performance.The MoS_(2)/TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) composites exhibit a maximum reflection loss value of -33.5 dB at 10.24 GHz and the effective absorption bandwidth covers 3.1GHz(13.9-17 GHz)at the thickness of 1.0 mm,implying the features of wide frequency and light weight.This work in the hierarchical structure of MoS_(2)/TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) composites opens a promising door to the exploration of constructing extraordinary electromagnetic wave absorbents. | Heng DU Qipeng ZHANG Biao ZHAO Frank MARKEN Qiancheng GAO Hongxia LU Li GUAN Hailong WANG Gang SHAO Hongliang XU Rui ZHANG Bingbing FAN | 2021 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,5: | 4 |
| 3 | Neuronal-like differentiation of single versus multiple treatments with human amnion-derived mesenchymal stem cells induced by basic fibroblast growth factor显示文摘<正>BACKGROUND:Cultures from multiple portions of umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells have been shown to undergo more rapid proliferation and attachment than single portions. OBJECTIVE:To observe growth of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)-induced cultures of human amnion-derived mesenchymal stem cells(AMSCs) and differentiation into neuronal-like cells. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:Comparative observation.The study was performed at the Laboratory of Microbiology and Immunology,Basic Medical School of Zhengzhou University from January to May 2008. METHODS:Amnia from full-term,uterine-incision delivery were donated by 12 healthy women. AMSCs were obtained by cell separation and culture techniques,and were passaged and induced by bFGF.From the third passage,a total of 1 mLAMSCs,at a density of 1.0×10~4/mL,was separately harvested from six samples,which served as group A.A total of 1 mLAMSCs,at a density of 1.0×10~4/mL,was harvested separately from the remaining six samples,which served as group B.A total of 0.5 mL from the six samples of group A and 0.5 mL from the six samples of group B were combined to form group C. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Differences in cell quantity among the three groups were compared by cell quantification and 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT) analysis.Expression of a glial cell marker,neuron-specific enolase,and nestin was detected in the three groups by immunocytochemistry. RESULTS:Cell quantification and MTT analysis of live cells,as well as AMSC absorbance,were significantly greater in group C compared with groups A and B at 18 days of culture(P<0.05),and no significant difference was observed between groups A and B.Glial fibrillary acidic protein, neuron-specific enolase,and nestin were expressed in all groups following bFGF induction. | 4 | Comprehensive metabolic profiling of Alismatis Rhizoma triterpenes in rats based on characteristic ions and a triterpene database显示文摘Alismatis Rhizoma(AR)is widely used in Chinese medicine,and its major bioactive components,triterpenes,reportedly possess various pharmacological activities.Therefore,it is very important to study the metabolism of triterpenes in vivo.However,the metabolism of AR triterpene extract has not been comprehensively elucidated due to its complex chemical components and metabolic pathways.In this study,an ultra-performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry method,which was based on the characteristic ions from an established database of known triterpenes,was used to analyze the major metabolites in rats following the oral administration of Alismatis Rhizoma extracts(ARE).As a result,a total of 233 constituents,with 85 prototype compounds and 148 metabolites,were identified for the first time.Hydrogenation,oxidation,sulfate and glucuronidation conjugation were the major metabolic pathways for triterpenes in AR.In addition,the mutual in vivo transformation of known ARE triterpenes was discovered and confirmed for the first time.Those results provide comprehensive insights into the metabolism of AR in vivo,which will be useful for future studies on its pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics.Moreover,this established strategy may be useful in metabolic studies of similar compounds. | Lu Wang Sen Li Jiaxin Li Zhongzhe Cheng Yulin Feng Hui Ouyang Zhifeng Du Hongliang Jiang | 2021 | Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2021,11,1: | 2 |

A series of graphene oxide(GO)-modified activated carbon(AC) composites(GO@ACs) have been prepared as electrode materials for supercapacitors(SCs). In GO@ACs, AC particles anchored on the surface of GO sheets which were synchronously reduced during charge/discharge process, and formed a 3D-conductive network. Electrochemical analyses revealed that 2.5 wt% GO@AC,which exhibited improved electrical conductivity and high specific capacitance at large current density in organic electrolyte, is a promising electrode material for high-performance SCs. | 18 | Paleogene-Neogene stratigraphic realm and tectonic-sedimentary evolution of the Qilian Mountains and their surrounding areas显示文摘The Cenozoic uplift of Qilian Mountains is critical to comprehend the uplift and extension of the Tibet Plateau as well as the formation of the first and second steps in China's topography. This study summarized dynamic stratigraphic realm comprehensively on the basis of stratigraphic correlation of different Cenozoic sedimentary basin regions of the Qilian Mountains and adjacent mountains. This facilitated the re-creation of the tectonic-sedimentary evolutionary process of the Qilian Mountains and their surrounding areas. The results indicate that during the Early Paleogene(Paleocene-Eocene), the Qilian Mountains were part of an uplift realm. During the Oligocene, Guide-Xining-Lanzhou-Linxia sag basin at the northern margin of the West Qinling Mountains came into being and was subjected to sedimentation. The Suli Basin located between the North and South Qilian paleo-uplifts began to form and undergo sedimentation. Intracontinental orogenic extrusion and basin detachment occurred at the Qilian Mountains during the Miocene, which caused successive uplifts of various mountains, including the Laji, South Qinghai,Jishi, Liupan, and South Shule Mountains.
