| 6 | Effect of longitudinal lift distribution on sonic boom of a canard-wing-stabilator-body configuration显示文摘After the last flight of the Concorde in 2003,sonic boom has been one of the obstacles to the return of a supersonic transport aircraft to service.To reduce the sonic boom intensity to an acceptable level,it is of great significance to study the effect of lift distribution on far-field sonic boom,since lift is one of the most important contributors to an intense sonic boom.Existing studies on the longitudinal lift distribution used low-fidelity methods,such as Whitham theory,and in turn,only preliminary conclusions were obtained,such as that extending the lift distribution can reduce sonic boom.This paper uses a newly developed high-fidelity prediction method to quantitatively study the effect of longitudinal lift distribution on the sonic boom of a Canard-Wing-Stabilator-Body(CWSB)configuration.This high-fidelity prediction method combines near-feld CFD simulation with far-field propagation by solving the augmented Burgers equation.A multipole analysis method is employed for the extraction of near-field waveform in order to reduce computational cost.Seven configurations with the same total lift but different distributions are studied,and the quantitative relationship between the longitudinal lift distribution and far-field sonic boom intensity is investigated.It is observed that a small lift generated by the stabilator can prevent aft-stabilator and aft-fuselage shocks from merging,while the balanced lift generated by the canard and wing can effectively keep the corresponding shocks further apart,which is beneficial for reducing both the on-track and off-track sonic boom.In turn,the acoustic level perceived at the ground can be reduced by 5.9 PLdB on-track and 5.4 PLdB off-track,on average. | Liwen ZHANG Zhonghua HAN Jianling QIAO Wenping SONG Yulin DING Xuehe WANG | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,6: | 1 |

| 10 | Mitochondrial sensitive probe with aggregation-induced emission characteristics for early brain diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease显示文摘The early diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease(PD)provides opportunities for early intervention to slow the progression of neurological degeneration in patients,particularly as the aging population increases in our society.Among a series of pathological features of PD,mitochondria abnormalities have been identified as central event that occurs at the early stage of PD.However,the method for detecting mitochondrial abnormalities-associated early PD has not been fully developed.We herein report a specifically mitochondrial targeting probe(named TPA-BT-SCP)that is able to characterize mitochondria abnormalities for early diagnosis of PD and monitor PD neurodegenerative progress.The probe is an aggregation-induced emission(AIE)probe with a strong positive charge,a 3D distorted molecular structure,and a separated HOMO-LUMO distribution,designed with unique molecular design guidelines.Our research demonstrated that TPA-BT-SCP could emit stable and strong fluorescence,and rapidly accumulate in mitochondria due to the negative charge.After intranasal administration of 1-methy-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine(MPTP)-induced PD mice,TPA-BT-SCP successfully bypassed the blood−brain barrier to light up the brain,allowing the grading of PD severity based on its high sensitivity.Taken together,this work develops a novel AIE probe that exhibits dramatically high sensitivity to mitochondrial changes and enables noninvasive diagnosis of early PD in the brain. | Liwen Huang Yutong Zhou Di Jiao Jing Ren Yilin Qi Heping Wang Yang Shi Dan Ding Xue Xue | 2024 | Aggregate2024,5,1: | 0 |

| 12 | Integrated Transcriptome and Small RNA Sequencing Analyses Reveals Insights into the Molecular Mechanism of Seed Germination in Mung Bean显示文摘During the life cycle of a plant,seed germination is crucial.Upon ingestion of water,the dry seeds resumed energy metabolism and cellular repair.To dissect the complex mechanisms at the very beginning of seed germination,two approaches including transcriptome and small RNA sequencing were conducted during the water imbibition process of mung bean seeds compared with dry seed.The transcriptome sequencing analysis identified 10,108 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)between dry and imbibed mung bean seeds.KEGG enrichment analyses demonstrated numerous DEGs involved in hormone signaling pathways,carbohydrate,and energy metabolism.Out of the total DEGs,129 genes were investigated to involve in abscisic acid,gibberellin,and ethylene pathways,with 56 genes involved in glycolysis and TCA cycle.Through the analysis of small RNA sequencing among different samples,there were 284 miRNAs found in the imbibed and dried seeds of mung bean containing 213 known and 71 novel miRNAs.From comparison between the two types of seeds,51 miRNAs were differentially expressed.The integrated analyses of transcriptome and miRNAome data showed that 23 DEGs are the putative target genes of 8 miRNAs including miR156,miR171b-3p,miR166e-3p,miR169-1,etc.QRT-PCR was used to validate several DEGs and miRNAs.The data suggested that the seed imbibition process is regulated by a variety of DEGs and microRNAs.Meanwhile,we hope to gain a deeper insight into how mung bean seeds germinate in order to optimize seed growth. | Yanyan Pu Liwen Wang Leilei Li Yujun Si Shubin Xie Yunzhe Cong Dong Wang Yongchao Gong Rumei Tian Xue Chen Xiaoyan Zhang Min Liu Hanfeng Ding Nana Li | 2023 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2023,92,6: | 0 |
