1Chassis Coordinated Control for Full X-by-Wire Vehicles-A Review显示文摘An X-by-wire chassis can improve the kinematic characteristics of human-vehicle closed-loop system and thus active safety especially under emergency scenarios via enabling chassis coordinated control.This paper aims to provide a complete and systematic survey on chassis coordinated control methods for full X-by-wire vehicles,with the primary goal of summarizing recent reserch advancements and stimulating innovative thoughts.Driving condition identification including driver’s operation intention,critical vehicle states and road adhesion condition and integrated control of X-by-wire chassis subsystems constitute the main framework of a chassis coordinated control scheme.Under steering and braking maneuvers,different driving condition identification methods are described in this paper.These are the trigger conditions and the basis for the implementation of chassis coordinated control.For the vehicles equipped with steering-by-wire,braking-by-wire and/or wire-controlled-suspension systems,state-of-the-art chassis coordinated control methods are reviewed including the coordination of any two or three chassis subsystems.Finally,the development trends are discussed.Lei Zhang Zhiqiang Zhang Zhenpo Wang Junjun Deng David G.Dorrell 2021Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,2:6
2Aerosol light absorption in a coastal city in Southeast China:Temporal variations and implications for brown carbon显示文摘Light-absorbing carbonaceous aerosols including black carbon(BC) and brown carbon(BrC)play significant roles in atmospheric radiative properties. One-year measurements of aerosol light absorption at multi-wavelength were continuously conducted in Xiamen,southeast of China in 2014 to determine the light absorption properties including absorption coefficients(σabs) and absorption ?ngstr?m exponent(AAE) in the coastal city.Light absorptions of BC and BrC with their contributions to total light absorption were further quantified. Mean σabsat 370 nm and 880 nm were 56.6 ± 34.3 and 16.5 ± 11.2 Mm-1,respectively. σabspresented a double-peaks diurnal pattern with the maximum in the morning and the minimum in the afternoon. σabswas low in warm seasons and high in cold seasons. AAE ranged from 0.26 to 2.58 with the annual mean of 1.46, implying that both fossil fuel combustion and biomass burning influenced aerosol optical properties. σabsof BrC at 370 nm was 24.0 ± 5.7 Mm-1, contributing 42% to the total absorption. The highest AAE(1.52 ± 0.02) and largest BrC contributions(47% ± 4%) in winter suggested the significant influence of biomass burning on aerosol light absorption. Long-distance air masses passing through North China Plain and the Yangtze River Delta led to high AAE and BrC contributions. High AAE value of 1.46 in July indicated that long-range transport of the air pollutants from intense biomass burning in Southeast Asia would affect aerosol light absorption in Southeast China. 3Modeling heterogeneous chemical processes on aerosol surface显示文摘To explore the possible impact of heterogeneous chemical processes on atmospheric trace components,a coupled box model including gas-phase chemical processes,aerosol thermodynamic equilibrium processes,and heterogeneous chemical processes on the surface of dust,black carbon(BC) and sea salt is set up to simulate the effects of heterogeneous chemistry on the aerosol surface,and analyze the primary factors affecting the heterogeneous processes.Results indicate that heterogeneous chemical processes on the aerosol surface in the atmosphere will affect the concentrations of trace gases such as H2O2,HO2,O3,NO2,NO3,HNO3 and SO2,and aerosols such as SO42-,NO3- and NH4+.Sensitivity tests suggest that the magnitude of the impact of heterogeneous processes strongly depends on aerosol concentration and the surface uptake coefficients used in the box model.However,the impact of temperature on heterogeneous chemical processes is considerably less.The 'renoxification' of HNO3 will affect the components of the troposphere such as nitrogen oxide and ozone.Junjun Deng Tijian Wang Li Liu Fei Jiang 2010Particuology2010,8,4:4
4Risk factors for the incidence of apoplexy in pituitary adenoma: a single-center study from southwestern China显示文摘Background:Although the incidence and clinical manifestations of pituitary apoplexy were reported by a few researches,the results are not consistent.This study aimed to explore the risk factors associated with an incidence of apoplexy in pituitary adenomas.Methods:The clinical information of 843 patients with pituitary adenoma from the Department of Neurological Surgery,1st Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University,was reviewed.The incidence,clinical manifestation,and potential risk factors for pituitary apoplexy were analyzed by a case-control study.Results:In total,121 patients(14.4%)with macroadenoma were suffered from pituitary apoplexy.Headache,vomiting,and visual impairment are the top 3 symptoms for the pituitary apoplexy.Logistic regression results showed that the hypertension(hypertension vs non-hypertension OR=2.765,95%CI:1.41~5.416),tumor type(negative staining vs.positive staining,OR=1.501,95%CI:1.248~5.235),and tumor size(diameter>2 cm vs.diameter≤2 cm,OR=3.952,95%CI:2.211~7.053)are independent factors associated with pituitary apoplexy.Conclusion:Our results indicate that the risk factors for the incidence of pituitary apoplexy depend mainly on properties of the tumor itself(tumor size and pathologic type)and the blood pressure of patients.Yao Li Yuan Qian Yisheng Qiao Xiaoxiang Chen Jiaotian Xu Chao Zhang Wei Wang Junjun Li Xingli Deng 2020Chinese Neurosurgical Journal2020,6,4:3
5Integrated histopathological,lipidomic,and metabolomic profiles reveal mink is a useful animal model to mimic the pathogenicity of severe COVID-19 patients显示文摘Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)is transmitted on mink farms between minks and humans in many countries.However,the systemic pathological features of SARS-CoV-2-infected minks are mostly unknown.Here,we demonstrated that minks were largely permissive to SARS-CoV-2,characterized by severe and diffuse alveolar damage,and lasted at least 14 days post inoculation(dpi).We first reported that infected minks displayed multiple organ-system lesions accompanied by an increased inflammatory response and widespread viral distribution in the cardiovascular,hepatobiliary,urinary,endocrine,digestive,and immune systems.The viral protein partially co-localized with activated Mac-2+macrophages throughout the body.Moreover,we first found that the alterations in lipids and metabolites were correlated with the histological lesions in infected minks,especially at 6 dpi,and were similar to that of patients with severe and fatal COVID-19.Particularly,altered metabolic pathways,abnormal digestion,and absorption of vitamins,lipids,cholesterol,steroids,amino acids,and proteins,consistent with hepatic dysfunction,highlight metabolic and immune dysregulation.Enriched kynurenine in infected minks contributed to significant activation of the kynurenine pathway and was related to macrophage activation.Melatonin,which has significant anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating effects,was significantly downregulated at 6 dpi and displayed potential as a targeted medicine.Our data first illustrate systematic analyses of infected minks to recapitulate those observations in severe and fetal COVID-19 patients,delineating a useful animal model to mimic SARS-CoV-2-induced systematic and severe pathophysiological features and provide a reliable tool for the development of effective and targeted treatment strategies,vaccine research,and potential biomarkers.Zhiqi Song Linlin Bao Wei Deng Jiangning Liu Erjun Ren Qi Lv Mingya Liu Feifei Qi Ting Chen Ran Deng Fengdi Li Yunpeng Liu Qiang Wei Hong Gao Pin Yu Yunlin Han Wenjie Zhao Junjun Zheng Xujian Liang Fuhe Yang Chuan Qin 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,2:2
6China's battery electric vehicles lead the world:achievements in technology system architecture and technological breakthroughs显示文摘Developing new energy vehicles has been a worldwide consensus,and developing new energy vehicles characterized by pure electric drive has been China's national strategy.After more than 20 years of high-quality development of China's electric vehicles(EVs),a technological R&D layout of“Three Verticals and Three Horizontals”has been created,and technological advantages have been accumulated.As a result,China's new energy vehicle market has ranked first in the world since 2015.To systematically solve the key problems of battery electric vehicles(BEVs)such as“driving range anxiety,long battery charging time,and driving safety hazards”,China took the lead in putting forward a“system engineering-based technology system architecture for BEVs”and clarifying its connotation.This paper analyzes the research status and progress of the three core components of this architecture,namely,“BEV platform,charging/swapping station,and real-time operation monitoring platform”,and their key technological points.The three major demonstration projects of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,and the intelligent and connected autonomous battery electric bus project are discussed to specify the applications of BEVs in China.The key research directions for upgrading BEV technologies remain to be further improving the vehicle-level all-climate environmental adaptability and all-day safety of BEVs,systematically solving the charging problem of BEVs and improving their application convenience,and safeguarding safety with early warning and implementing active/passive safety protection for the whole life cycle of power batteries on the basis of BEVs'operation big data.BEVs have acquired new technological features such as intelligent and networked technology empowerment,extensive integration of control-by-wire systems,a platform of chassis hardware,and modularization of functional software.Hongwen He Fengchun Sun Zhenpo Wang Cheng Lin Chengning Zhang Rui Xiong Junjun Deng Xiaoqing Zhu Peng Xie Shuo Zhang Zhongbao Wei Wanke Cao Li Zhai 2022Green Energy and Intelligent Transportation2022,1,1:2
7A three-dimensional two-level gradient smoothing meshfree method for rainfall induced landslide simulations显示文摘A three-dimensional two-level gradient smoothing meshfree method is presented for rainfall induced landslide simulations. The two-level gradient smoothing for meshfree shape function is elaborated in the threedimensional Lagrangian setting with detailed implementation procedure. It is shown that due to the successive gradient smoothing operation without the requirement of derivative computation in the present formulation, the two-level smoothed gradient of meshfree shape function is capable of achieving a given influence domain more efficiently than the standard gradient of meshfree shape function. Subsequently, the two-level smoothed gradient of meshfree shape function is employed to discretize the weak form of coupled rainfall seepage and soil motion equations in a nodal integration format, as provides an efficient three-dimensional regularized meshfree formulation for large deformation rainfall induced landslide simulations. The exponential damage and pressure dependent plasticity relationships are utilized to describe the failure evolution in landslides. The plastic response of soil is characterized by the true effective stress measure, which is updated according to the rotationally neutralized objective integration algorithm. 14Magnetic Coupler Robust Optimization Design for Electric Vehicle Wireless Charger Based on Improved Simulated Annealing Algorithm显示文摘Fleets of autonomous vehicles including shuttle buses,freight trucks,and road sweepers will be deployed in the Olympic Vil-lage during Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.This requires intelligent charging infrastructure based on wireless power transfer technology to be equipped.To increase the misalignment tolerance of a high-power wireless charger,the robustness of the magnetic coupler should be optimized.This paper presents a new type of unipolar coupler,which is composed of three con-nected coils in series.The dimensional configuration of the coils is analyzed by the finite element method.The characteristic parameters of the coil are identified with their influence on the self-inductance and coupling coefficient.An expert model is built,whose feasibility can be verified in the aimed design domain.Combined with the expert model,an improved simulated annealing algorithm with a backtracking mechanism is proposed.The primary coil can reach the expected characteristics from any starting parameter combination through the proposed optimization algorithm.Under the same conditions in terms of external circuit parameters,ferrite usage,and aluminum shielding,the offset sensitivity of the magnetic coupler can be reduced from 58.79%to 18.89%.A prototype is established,validating the feasibility of the proposed coil structure with the optimized parameter algorithm.Zhenpo Wang Lantian Li Junjun Deng Baokun Zhang Shuo Wang 2022Automotive Innovation2022,5,1:1

20Chiral nanoparticle-induced amplification in optical activity of molecules with chiral centers显示文摘Sensitive differentiation of an enantiomer from its mirror image(ie,enantiodifferentiation),a perennial challenge for pharmaceutical production and disease diagnosis,is technically limited by the weak optical activity(OA)of enantiomers,mainly due to their dimensional mismatch with light wavelengths in the ultraviolet(UV)-visible region.Here we use silver chiral nanoparticles(Ag CNPs)with nominally sub-5 nm helical pitch(P)to amplify the OA of(20R,30R,40S)-riboflavin-50-phosphate sodium salts(RP),which have been found to indirectly affect metabolic processes,through the formation of an RP thin film(TF)covering a close-packed array of Ag CNPs.The OA of the RP in the deep-UV region can be amplified up to 80-fold,ascribed to the aggregation of RP in the TFs and the interactions between RP and the atomically chiral lattices at the CNPs'surfaces.The former contribution,not associated with the chiral Ag topographies,plays a dominant role by thickening the RP TFs,so that the observed amplification has no enantioselective dependence on the chirality of the Ag CNPs.This study extends progress in the sensitive detection of bio-enantiomers,which is highly desired for advanced bio-detection in disease diagnosis and production of single-enantiomer pharmaceuticals.Lin Yang Junjun Liu Junhong Deng Zhifeng Huang 2020InfoMat2020,2,6:0
