1Intrinsic apoptotic pathway and G2/M cell cycle arrest involved in tubeimoside I-induced EC109 cell death显示文摘Objective: Squamous esophageal carcinoma is highly prevalent in developing countries, especially in China. Tu Bei Mu (TBM), a traditional folk medicine, has been used to treat esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) for a long term. tubeimoside I (TBMS1) is the main component of TBM, exhibiting great anticancer potential. In this study, we investigated the mechanism of TBMS1 cytotoxic effect on EC109 cells. Methods: Comparative nuclear proteomic approach was applied in the current study and we identified several altered protein spots. Further biochemical studies were carried out to detect the mitochondrial membrane potential, cell cycle and corresponding proteins' expression and location. Results: Subcellular proteomic study in the nucleus from EC109 cells revealed that altered proteins were associated with mitochondrial function and cell proliferation. Further biochemical studies showed that TBMS1-induced molecular events were related to mitochondria-induced intrinsic apoptosis and P21-cyclin B1/cdc2 complex-related G2/M cell cycle arrest. 2Recent progress of composite solid polymer electrolytes for all-solid-state lithium metal batteries显示文摘In comparison with lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)with liquid electrolytes,all-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLBs)have been considered as promising systems for future energy storage due to their safety and high energy density.As the pivotal component used in ASSLBs,composite solid polymer electrolytes(CSPEs),derived from the incorporation of inorganic fillers into solid polymer electrolytes(SPEs),exhibit higher ionic conductivity,better mechanical strength,and superior thermal/electrochemical stability compared to the single-component SPEs,which can significantly promote the electrochemical performance of ASSLBs.Herein,the recent advances of CSPEs applied in ASSLBs are presented.The effects of the category,morphology and concentration of inorganic fillers on the ionic conductivity,mechanical strength,electrochemical window,interfacial stability and possible Li+transfer mechanism of CSPEs will be systematically discussed.Finally,the challenges and perspectives are proposed for the future development of high-performance CSPEs and ASSLBs.Qingjiang Yu Kecheng Jiang Cuiling Yu Xianjin Chen Chuanjian Zhang Yi Yao Bin Jiang Huijin Long 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,9:4

73DRGO-NiFe2O4/NiO nanoparticles for fast and simple detection of organophosphorus pesticides显示文摘The residues of organophosphorus pesticide(OPs)on fruits and vegetables pose a threat to human health,so it is very meaningful to explore simple and fast detect methods for OPs residual.In this work,nickel ferrite/nickel oxide nanoparticles co-loaded three-dimensional reduced graphene oxide(3DRGONiFe2O4/NiO NPs),as a new low cost nanocomposite,was prepared.Based on its high performance mimetic peroxidase activity,a colorimetric method for the detection of OPs has been developed.Dichlorvos was chosen as model compounds to evaluate the detection performance.The detection linear range for dichlorvos is from 50μg/mL to 2.5×10^4μg/mL with a detection limit of 10μg/mL.Furthermore,a test paper can be developed based on the 3 DRGO-NiFe2O4/NiO NPs for visual detection of dichlorvos,and the image information of the paper sensor can be converted into digital signal and quantitative detection by a smartphone.Notably,this method can also be used to detect dichlorvos in real samples,including vegetables and fruits.Thus,the developed naked assay holds great potential in simple,inexpensive and rapid detection of OPs in fruit and vegetable samples.Zhenni Wei Huiqing Li Jing Wu Yalei Dong Hongyi Zhang Hongli Chen Cuiling Ren 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,1:1
