1Expression of hepatitis B surface antigen gene (HBsAg) in Laminaria japonica (Laminariales,Phaeophyta)显示文摘A transformation model for Laminaria japonica was established from 1993 to 1998, on the basis of which the transgenic kelp with heterologous gene encoding hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) was obtained by using the micro-particle bombardment transformation method. Results of quantitative ELISA showed that HBsAg in transgenic kelp was 0.529μg/mg soluble proteins on average and the highest value was 2.497μg/mg, implying that recombinant HBsAg had natural epitope. Further support for the integration of HBsAg gene into kelp genome was obtained by PCR-Southern and total DNA hybridization. 2Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. 5Synthesis and characterization of water-soluble magnetite nanocrystals via one-step sol-gel pathway显示文摘Water-soluble magnetite nanocrystals have been prepared by one-step non-alkoxide sol-gel method.The magnetic properties of magnetite nanocrystals obtained are size dependent.The experimental results also reveal that 2-pyrrolidone not only serves as solvent,but also involves surface coordination which renders the magnetite nanoparticles water-soluble and colloidal solution stable.Although the current synthetic approach is a small modification to the non-alkoxide sol-gel method,it allows us to directly obtain high-quality water-soluble magnetic nanocrystals.In addition,we realize that this method could be easily extended to preparation of many other transition and main group metal oxide water-soluble nanocrystals only from simple metal ion salts.QI HongZhang YAN Biao LI ChengKui LU Wei 2011Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,7:3
6Effect of^3B Group in Rings on Special Dispersion of B2O3-SiO2-ZrO2-Ta2O5-Na2O System Glass显示文摘Borosilicate glasses,with x B_2O_3-(60-x)SiO_2-8ZrO_2-8Ta_2O_5-24Na_2O(7≤x≤59 mol%)composition,were fabricated by melt-quenching technique.NMR,UV-Vis,Raman and IR spectroscopic studies were utilized to investigate the structure of fabricated glasses.The NMR spectrum was deconvoluted into five Gaussian bands,assigned to ~4B(0B,4Si),~4B(1B,3Si),~4B(2B,2Si),~3B(rings)and ~3B(loose),to get their quantitative information.The relative dispersion deviation?P_(g,F) was attributed to the relative quantity of ~3B(rings)but not all ~3B groups,and B_2O_3 existed mainly as[BO_3]in rings firstly,and then as[BO_3]in loose condition.The UV-Vis spectra revealed that the quantity of non-bridging oxygen increased firstly and then decreased with increasing concentration of B_2O_3.Acting as complementary techniques,Raman and IR measurements revealed that four-coordinated boron and silica mainly existed as ~4B-O-B,and Si-O-Si in Q^2,respectively,as chain structure but not framework structure,and[B?_4]units prefered connections with borate rather than with silicate entities of the glass network in these studied glasses.In addition,the conclusion also certified that ~3B in'loose'condition located in lower wavenumbers between 1 200-1 600 cm^(-1) in Raman spectra.许晓典 WANG Yanhang ZU Chengkui ZHOU Peng 2018Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2018,33,5:2
7Overview to the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (Insight-HXMT) Satellite显示文摘As China’s first X-ray astronomical satellite, the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT), which was dubbed as Insight-HXMT after the launch on June 15, 2017, is a wide-band(1-250 ke V) slat-collimator-based X-ray astronomy satellite with the capability of all-sky monitoring in 0.2-3 Me V. 9Cloning and sequence analysis of the partial sequence of the rbcL from Bryopsis hypnoides显示文摘The partial sequence of the rbcL from Bryopsis hypnoides, including the sequences of the upstream, extron and partial intron, was amplified by PCR and their sequences were determined. With Spinacia oleracea as the outgroup, neighbor-joining method and maximum parsimony method were used respectively to build phylogenetic trees according to the rbcL exon sequence among 13 species that were the typical species of six phyla. Two kinds of trees showed clearly that there were two groups among those species, the green lineage and the non-green lineage. And the relationships of algae in the green lineage were similar in the two trees but those in the non-green lineage were not consistent. 13Effect of Ga_2O_3 on Structure and Properties of Calcium Aluminate Glasses显示文摘The effect of Ga_2O_3 on the structure and properties of calcium aluminate glasses fabricated by vacuum melting process was investigated by Raman spectrum, differential scanning calorimeter(DSC), and infrared spectrum methods. The results show that calcium aluminate glass network only consists of [AlO_4] tetrahedral units. With the gradual addition of Ga_2O_3, the quantity of [GaO_4] tetrahedral units increases. Substitution of Ga_2O_3 for Al_2O_3 results in a decrease in Tg, Tx, and Tp, and an increase in the thermal stable index ΔT. Similarly, the absorption band around 3.0 μm obviously reduces and the transparency in 4.0-6.0 μm rapidly increases with increasing Ga_2O_3 content. 14Efficacy of Renshen Sanqi Chuanxiong formula for preventing vascular aging显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of Renshen Sanqi Chuanxiong formula(RSCF)for preventing vascular aging,and to investigate the possible molecular mechanism underlying the actions of RSCF.METHODS:Potentially active components and their relatively direct targets were identified by combining drug-likeness(DL)screening using a target identification process.Vascular aging-associated targets for RSCF were obtained by selecting common genes not only from potential targets but also from human vascular aging-associated genes.Cytoscape 3.2.1 software was employed to visualize the complex compound-target and target-function networks.Biological process and molecular function were assessed,and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes and pathway enrichment analyses were performed using Clue GO.Pathways directly associated with vascular aging were integrated into a'vascular aging-related'pathway.RESULTS:Altogether,122 potentially active components of RSCF were identified through DL screening,and their corresponding 692 direct targets were retrieved via target prediction and identification.We identified 49 vascular aging-associated targets for RSCF by overlapping the 692 potential targets with 146 human vascular aging-associated genes.The results from the compound-target network indicated that most components acted on common targets and displayed synergistic action,which showed that the magnifying effects of RSCF were based on these common targets.The target-function network revealed that each target was involved in multiple function modules,suggesting that RSCF was multi-functional during treatment of vascular aging.The results of the Clue GO analysis indicated that most of the targets were associated with the hypoxia-inducible factor 1(HIF-1)signaling pathway.The results from the pathway analysis also indicated that an integrative vascular aging-related pathway mainly included an angiogenesis regulation module,cell-survival module,and oxidative stress-resistance module.CONCLUSION:Our results suggested that many components act synergistically on common targets to delay vascular aging,and each target is involved in multiple functional modules.The Clue GO analysis indicated that most of the targets were connected to the HIF-1 signaling pathway,FOXO signaling pathway,and thyroid hormone signaling pathway.Lai Xiaohua Xiu Chengkui Wang Xue Fang Jingyi Yang Jing Lei Yan 2019Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,6:1
