| 1 | Micromorphology of landslide soil Case study on the Jibazi landslide in Yunyang in the Three Gorges Region, China显示文摘Landslide is one of natural catastrophes affecting national economy and people’s livelihood There are many reports on the forming mechanism and control of landslide, but the studies on micromorphology of landslide soil are few. There are many potential landslides in the Three Gorges Region in China. In this paper, the micromorphologic features of the Jibazi landslide soil in Yunyang in the Three Gorges Region of the Yangtze River were studied using routine methods, that is, soil micro- morphology, X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope. The main conclusions are as follow: (1) The basic micromorphologic characteristics of the landslide soil are that the fine soil particles are commonly cohesive matrix, finer and lower content o skeleton grains, the microstructures are mainly types of phenocrystal gelatinization, densely chap and fissure structure. As a result, these micromorphologic features affect the discharging of soil water, favor the movement of landslide body and provide an interna basis of materials for the formation of landslide. (2) The concept on the forming material of landslide was proposed, and types of optical beamed clay aggregates Fe-Mn isolates and glassy material were found in landslide-belt soil, which were remarkably differen from the natural soil formation, and had some scientific significance in analyzing the formingmechanism of landslide and distinguishing the landslide-belt soil. (3) Some special micromor- phologic and sub-micromorphologic characteristics, such as fingerprint microstructure, clay beamed bedding microstructure, oppressive microstructure, moulage microstructure and extending hole microstructure, could bring useful micromorphologic evidences for the observation and forecasting of landslide. | 2 | Fabrication and characterization of novel meso-porous carbon/n-octadecane as form-stable phase change materials for enhancement of phase-change behavior显示文摘In this study, series of novel composite phase change materials(PCMs) were prepared through vacuum impregnation by using meso-porous carbon as a supporting matrix and n-octadcane as PCMs.The meso-porous carbon material was prepared through one-pot co-assembly method, using resorcinol and formaldehyde as carbon precursor, tetraethoxysilane as silica sources and triblock copolymer F127 as a template. And the phase behaviors of n-octadcane confined in the nano-porous structure of the meso-porous carbon were further investigated. Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy spectra show that n-octadecane was effectively encapsulated in the porous structure of mesoporous carbon and the composite PCMs were successfully prepared. Differential scanning calorimetry results confirm that the composite PCMs possess a good phase change behavior, fast thermal-response rate and excellent thermal cycling stability. In addition, the composite PCMs possess expected heat storage and heat release properties. | 4 | CsPbI nanorods as the interfacial layer for high-performance,all-solution-processed self-powered photodetectors显示文摘Heterojunction is regarded as a crucial step toward realizing high-performance devices,particularly,forming gradient energy band between heterojunctions benefits self-powered photodetectors.Therefore,in this paper,the synthesis of CsPbI3 nanorods(NRs)and its application as the interfacial layer in high-performance,all-solution-processed self-powered photodetectors are presented.For the bilayer photodetector ITO/ZnO(100 nm)/PbS-TBAI(150 nm)/Au,a responsivity of 3.6 A/W with a specific detectivity of 9.8×10^(12)Jones was obtained under 0.1 mW/cm^(2)white light illumination at zero bias(i.e.in self-powered mode).Meanwhile,the photocurrent was enhanced to an On/Off current ratio of 105 at zero bias with an open circuit voltage of 0.53 V for trilayer photodetector ITO/ZnO(100 nm)/PbSTBAI(150 nm)/CsPbI3(250 nm)/Au,in which the CsPbI3 NRs layer works as the interfacial layer.As a result,a specific detectivity of 4.5×10^(13)Jones with a responsivity of 11.12 A/W was obtained under0.1 mW/cm^(2) white light illumination,as well as the rising/decaying time of 0.57 s/0.41 s with excellent stability and reproducibility upto four weeks in air.The enhanced-performance is ascribed to the mismatch bandgap between PbS-TBAI/CsPbI_(3)interface,which can suppress the carrier recombination and provide efficient transport passages for charge carriers.Thus,it provides a feasible and efficient method for high-performance photodetectors. | Muhammad Imran Saleem Shangyi Yang Attia Batool Muhammad Sulaman Chandrasekar Perumal Veeramalai Yurong Jiang Yi Tang Yanyan Cui Libin Tang Bingsuo Zou | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,16: | 1 |

| 6 | Effect of orphanin FQ and morphine on sodium channel current in somatosensory area of rat cerebral cortex显示文摘BACKGROUND:Some experiments have demonstrated that injecting orphanin FQ (OFQ) into lateral ventricle, which can obviously decrease the pain threshold. It is indicated that OFQ is an anti-opiate substance. However, whether OFQ has effects on sensory neuron ion channel in cerebral cortex needs to be further studied. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of OFQ, morphine or their combination on sodium channel current of somatosensory neurons in rat cerebral cortex. DESIGN:Repeated measurement trial. SETTING:Department of Physiology, Harbin Medical University. MATERIALS:Fifty healthy Wistar rats, aged 12-16 days, of either gender, were provided by the Experimental Animal Center, Second Hospital Affiliated to Harbin Medical University. OFQ was purchased from Sigma-Aldrich Company, and morphine was provided by the Shenyang First Pharmaceutical Factory. PC2C patch clamp amplifier and LabmasterTL1were purchased from Yibo Life Science Instrument Co.,Ltd. of Huazhong University of Science and Techgnology. METHODS:This experiment was carried out in the Department of Physiology (provincial laboratory), Harbin Medical University between January 2005 and May 2006. Cortical neurons were acutely isolated from rats, and prepared into cell suspension following culture. ①Sodium channel current of somatosensory neurons in rat cerebral cortex was recorded before and after administration by whole-cell Patch clamp technique after 50 nmol/L OFQ being added to extracellular fluid. ②The amplitude of sodium channel current of somatosensory neurons in rat cerebral cortex was recorded before and after administration by the same method after 20 μmol/L morphine being added to extracellular fluid, and then the change of sodium channel current was recorded after 50 nmol/L OFQ being added. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:The amplitude of sodium channel current of somatosensory neurons in rat cerebral cortex following the administration of OFQ, morphine separately or their combination.. RESULTS:①The amplitude of sodium channel current of somatosensory neurons in rat cerebral cortex was significantly lower after administration of 50 nmol/L OFQ than before at the clampe of the voltage of -30 mV (P < 0.05). ②The amplitude of sodium channel current of somatosensory neurons in rat cerebral cortex was significantly lower after administration of 20 μmol/L morphine than before at the clampe of the voltage of -30 mV (P < 0.05). The sodium channel current recovered to -(2 345.24±174.18)pA after 50 nmol/L OFQ was administrated. There were significant differences in the amplitude of Na+ channel current between two interventions (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION:Morphine and OFQ can respectively reduce the amplitude of sodium channel current of somatosensory neurons in rat cerebral cortex, and OFQ can reverse the effect of morphine partly. | 7 | Acetylcholine modulates transient outward potassium channel in acutely isolated cerebral cortical neurons of rats显示文摘BACKGROUND:The neuronal transient outward potassium channel has been shown to be highly associated with acetylcholine.However,the influence of acetylcholine on the transient outward potassium current in cerebral cortical neurons remains poorly understood. OBJECTIVE:To investigate acetylcholine modulation on transient outward potassium current in rat parietal cortical neurons using the whole-cell patch-clamp technique. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A neuroelectrophysiology study was performed at the Department of Physiology,Harbin Medical University between January 2005 and January 2006. MATERIALS:Wistar rats were provided by the Animal Research Center,the Second Hospital of Harbin Medical University;PC-IIC patch-clamp amplifier and IBBClamp data collection analysis system were provided by Huazhong University for Science and Technology,Wuhan,China;PP-83 microelectrode puller was purchased from Narrishage,Japan. METHODS:The parietal somatosensory cortical neurons were acutely dissociated,and the modulation of acetylcholine(0.1,1,10,100μmol/L) on transient outward potassium channel was recorded using the whole-cell patch-clamp technique. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Influence of acetylcholine on transient outward potassium current, potassium channel activation,and inactivation. RESULTS:The inhibitory effect of acetylcholine on transient outward potassium current was doseand voltage-dependent(P<0.01).Acetylcholine was found to significantly affect the activation process of transient outward potassium current,i.e.,the activation curve of transient outward potassium current was left-shifted,while the inactivation curve was shifted to hyperpolarization. Acetylcholine significantly prolonged the time constant of recovery from inactivation of transient outward potassium current(P<0.01). | 9 | Interstitial nitrogen-induced efficiency alcohol oxidation over heterogeneous N–CoMn_(2)O_(4) catalyst under visible-light显示文摘Developing highly efficient and recyclable photocatalysts through harvesting solar light as energy is crucial to oxidation for industrial implementation,especially for simple transition metal oxidic catalysts without precious/heavy/rare metal dopants.Herein,we like to report the use of nitrogen-doped CoMn_(2)O_(4) oxide(N–CoMn_(2)O_(4))as a heterogeneous catalyst for efficient oxidation of various alcohols such as p/m/o-methyl-substituted aromatic alcohols,p-substituted aromatic alcohols including electron-donating and electron-withdrawing substituents,heterocycle-based alcohols and secondary aromatic alcohols to the corresponding aldehydes/ketones,under visible light(>420 nm)illumination and mild condition of oxygen as oxidant and room temperature.The relation of various Co-based oxides to their catalytic performance was studied.It is shown that the Co^(2+)species in N–CoMn_(2)O_(4),obviously increased by the doping of nitrogen,are acted as catalytic active species coupled with the synergistic effect between Co and Mn species for the enhanced visible-light selective oxidation of alcohols to aldehydes.A plausible catalytic mechanism is proposed basis of control experiments and published studies,which suggests that this oxidation process probably occurs on Co^(2+)þsites via an ionic reactive oxygen species pathway and ^(1)O2 and O2⋅^(-)species are the reactive oxygen species.This simple transition metal oxide-catalyzed aerobic oxidation provides a green alternative for the manufacture of aldehydes/ketones from alcohols. | Hongwei Li Yurong Zhang Jun Tang Guozheng Huang Ping Cui Qingping Ke | 2023 | Green Synthesis and Catalysis2023,4,4: | 0 |
