| 2 | KEY TECHNOLOGY OF D-INSAR AT X-BAND FOR MONITORING LAND SUBSIDENCE IN MINING AREA AND ITS APPLICATION显示文摘In theory, land subsidence measurement results with high accuracy can be obtained by using the Differential Interferometry Synthetic Aperture Radar(D-InSAR) at X-band. In practice, however, the measuring accuracy of D-InSAR at X-band has been seriously affected by some factors, e.g., decorrelation and high deformation gradient. In this work, the monitoring capability of D-InSAR for coal-mining subsidence is evaluated by using SAR data acquired by TerrraSAR-X system. The SAR image registration method for low coherence image pairs, the denoising phase filter for high noise level interferogram and atmospheric effects mitigation method are the key technical aspects which directly influence the measurement results of D-InSAR at X-band. Thus, a robust image registration method, an improved phase filter method and an atmospheric effects mitigation method are proposed in this paper. The proposed image registration method successfully achieves InSAR coregistration, while the amplitude cross-correlation cannot properly coregister low coherence SAR image pairs. Moreover, the time complexity of the proposed image registration method is obviously slighter than that of the Singular Value Decomposition(SVD) method. The comparing experiment results and the unwrapping phase results show that the improved Goldstein filter is more effective than the original Goldstein filter in noise elimination. The atmospheric influence correction experiment results show that the land subsidence areas with atmospheric influence correction are more clarified than that of without atmospheric influence correction. | 3 | Nonswellable hydrogels with robust micro/nano-structures and durable superoleophobic surfaces under seawater显示文摘Hydrogels, composed mainly of water trapped in three dimensional cross-linked polymer networks, have been widely utilized to construct underwater superoleophobic surfaces. However, the swelling nature and instability of hydrogels under complex marine environment will weaken their underwater superoleophobicity. Herein, we synthesize structured poly(2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate)(PHEMA) hydrogels by using sandpaper as templates. The robust non-swelling of PHEMA hydrogel ensures that micro/nano-structures on the surface of PHEMA hydrogels can be well maintained. Moreover, when roughness Ra of about 3~4 μm, the surface has superior oil-repellency. Additionally, even after immersing in seawater for one-month, their breaking strength and toughness can be well kept. | 5 | A Reconfigurable Microstrip Patch Antenna with Frequency and Circular Polarization Diversities显示文摘A novel microstrip patch antenna with both frequency and circular polarization diversities is presented. The proposed antenna consists of two parts, a patch with two orthogonal slots on the upper substrate and a3 d B hybrid coupler fed structure which printed on the lower substrate. Two groups of diodes placed across the orthogonal slots are utilized to achieve frequency reconfiguration. Another two diodes, placed between the input port of the antenna and the 3d B hybrid coupler, are utilized to switch between Left-hand circular polarization(LHCP)and Right-hand circular polarization(RHCP). Full wave simulation is used for the antenna analysis, and a prototype of the antenna with an integrated Direct current(DC) biasing circuit has been fabricated and measured. | 10 | Cold-adaptive alkaline protease from the psychrophilic Planomicrobium sp.547: enzyme characterization and gene cloning显示文摘A psychrophilic bacterium strain 547 producing cold-adaptive alkaline protease was isolated from the deep sea sediment of Prydz Bay,Antarctica.The organism was identified as a Planomicrobium species by 16S rRNA analysis.The optimal and highest growth temperatures for strain 547 were 15℃ and 30℃,respectively.The extracellular protease was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation and DEAE cellulose-52 chromatography.The optimal temperature and pH for the activity of the purified enzyme were 35℃ and pH 9.0,respectively.The enzyme retained approximately 40% of its activity after 2 h of incubation at 50℃.The enzymatic activity was inhibited by 1 mmol/L phenylmethyl sulfonylfluoride (PMSF) and hydrochloride 4-(2-aminoethyl)-benzenesulfonyl fluoride (AEBSF),indicating that it was a serine protease.The presence of Ca2+ and Mn2+ increased the activity of the enzyme.The protease gene with a size of 1 269 bp was cloned from Planomicrobium sp.547 using primers designed based on the conserved sequences of proteases in GenBank.The Planomicrobium sp.547 protease contained a domain belonging to the peptidase S8 family,which has a length of 309 amino acid (AA) residues.The alignment and phylogenetic analysis of the AA sequence indicated that the protease belonged to the subtilisin family. | YANG XiangSheng CHEN XingLin XU XianZhong ZENG RunYing | 2011 | Chinese Journal of Polar Science2011,22,1: | 1 |

| 18 | Influence of bedding structure on stress-induced elastic wave anisotropy in tight sandstones显示文摘To understand the evolution of stress-induced elastic wave anisotropy,three triaxial experiments were performed on sandstone specimens with bedding orientations parallel,perpendicular,and oblique to the maximum principal stress.P-wave velocities along 64 different directions on each specimen were monitored frequently to understand the anisotropy change at various stress levels by fitting Thomsen’s anisotropy equation.The results show that the elastic wave anisotropy is very sensitive to mechanical loading.Under hydrostatic loading,the magnitude of anisotropy is reduced in all three specimens.However,under deviatoric stress loading,the evolution of anisotropic characteristics(magnitude and orientation of the symmetry axis)is bedding orientation dependent.Anisotropy reversal occurs in specimens with bedding normal/oblique to the maximum principal stress.P-wave anisotropyε0 is linearly related to volumetric strain Sv and dilatancy,indicating that stress-induced redistribution of microcracks has a significant effect on P-wave velocity anisotropy.The closure of initial cracks and pores aligned in the bedding direction contributes to the decrease of the anisotropy.However,opening of new cracks,aligned in the maximum principal direction,accounts for the increase of the anisotropy.The experimental results provide some insights into the microstructural behavior under loading and provide an experimental basis for seismic data interpretation and parameter selection in engineering applications. | Xiaying Li Xinglin Lei Qi Li Dianguo Chen | 2021 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2021,13,1: | 1 |
| 19 | Phylogenetic diversity of TypeⅠpolyketide synthase genes from sediments of Ardley Island in Antarctica显示文摘The diversity of modular polyketide synthase (PKS) genes in sediments of Ardley Island in Antarctica, was studied by restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis. Phylogenetic analysis of 14 amino acid (AA) sequences indicates that the identified ketosynthase (KS) domains were clustered with those from diverse bacterial groups, including Cyanobacteria, γ-Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, Firmicutes, and some unidentified microorganisms from marine sponge, bryozoan and other environmental samples. The obtained KS domains showed 43%-81% similarity at the AA level to reference sequences in GenBank. Six identified KS domains showed diverse sequences of the motif (VQTACSTS) that was used to identify the hybrid PKS/nonribosomal peptide synthetase (NRPS) enzyme complex, and formed a new branch.
