11食物生产的氮代价:挪威实况分析显示文摘人类活动引起的生物圈氮富集在逐渐增加N_2O向大气排放方面具有潜在的全球性影响。这方面的氮污染需要对'人为氮循环'进行综合分析。我们曾以挪威为例分析一个社会中的氮流通以及氮向环境的扩散。本文重点讨论食物生产方面,我们发现食物生产具有最大的氮通量,而且对氮循环有最复杂的影响。到达消费者口中的食物含氮量约占初级植物生产总投入氮量的10%。最大的氮损耗出现在植物生产中,但社会整体的情况主要取决于人类的食物。氮代价定义为氮肥投入量(包括动物粪肥)与产品中含氮量的比值,小麦的氮代价约为3,奶品为14,肉类为21。不同缓解方案的分析也显示出在最高营养级进行再循环的重要性。氮消费总量的较大减少可通过适当地改用植物性食物和更好地利用现有食物达到。而废物在最低营养级的循环(堆肥)是很不经济的。Marina Azzaroli Bleken Lars R.Bakken 朱志辉 1997人类环境杂志1997,26,3:1
